Fabin and his team are amazing. I dropped in for a morning class while travelling with my wife & kids and they immediately treated me like one of their own. The quality of instruction is top notch and the vibe of everyone on the mat is awesome. No egos, just a great group of people training hard, sharing ideas, and having a good time. As a long time practitioner of the beautiful art, I would highly recommend this academy to anyone who lives in or is visiting the Orlando area!

Came here for Orlando summer open and pan kids weekend not knowing what to expect but when I came to the gym I felt super welcomed by everyone including professor Fabiano Rosa. I love how he handled class and separated the competitors to the hobbyist while paying attention to everyone on the mat and also treating his guests like I was one of his own students. Would def comeback here anytime I come up to Orlando and I recommend everyone else to do the same🤙🏼

I highly recommend this place. I was in town for a conference and dropped in for a couple of classes. Very welcoming and amazing instruction. Fabin is very personable and makes you want to return. If you live in the area or a visiting, this is the place to train.

Been coming for a few months and I must say this is the best mma gym I’ve been to. Most gyms charge you an arm and a leg just for a few jiu jitsu classes but here at CSA I pay a fair monthly fee and have unlimited classes, I stick to one striking and one jiu jitsu class a day but if you want you can do more than that. More than enough weights for you to work on your strength. A nice shower. Friendly staff and they have a kids program too and my son loves it. The coaches are awesome and super helpful. I’ve also made amazing friends in my classes. CSA CSA 👊🏻

New beautiful and safe space for all jujitsu practitioners. Welcoming staff and knowledgeable coaches. The gym also has strength and conditioning equipment to support your jujitsu practice. Good parking space too! I highly recommend it!

I visited CSA for jiu jitsu instruction while in Orlando this week and absolutely loved it. Welcoming, friendly instructors and students. Immaculate facility with a great range of equipment for strength training and conditioning. The jiu jitsu instruction is top-tier. The gym is still relatively new; the classes are small and incredibly effective, with a lot of personal attention for the time investment. I highly recommend checking out this gym, whether you live in Orlando or are just passing through. No matter your current level of experience, you will benefit from stopping by.

Very clean facility with a modern design, large mat space, and dedicated strength/conditioning areas with top tier equipment. The head instructors are both very knowledgable and helpful, with background in different martial arts in order to offer a very well rounded program. If you're in Orlando, this is the place to train. If you're in central Florida in general it's worth the drive.

My favorite place in town to train jiu jitsu / grappling in. I have trained in multiple world class facilities throughout the United States during my time in the military with some very high level fights and grapplers. The coaches and professors here are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth people. They provide a safe training environment and the people who train here treat each other like family. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Did a drop in class last night and doing one more tonight before I head home from traveling in Orlando for some military training. If you are in the area, definitely stop by. The instructors and other members displayed great hospitality and were very welcoming. Even got a few more techniques after class to take back home with me. Plenty of mat space and a great facility as well.

We searched the Lake Nona area and visited a few and this place was the best. Really well managed, great instructors that are always involved in teaching and sharing their knowledge. This place is top notch. My kids have really progressed here. We love it.

I started Jui Jitsu about a month and a half ago. Very humbling experiences through out. I had to travel for work and a good friend of mine recommended that I come here. Being new to this, it intimidating but Daniel made me feel like family and all the fells I met did the same. That bond right there said it all to me—feels like that Marine Corps brotherhood. All the athletes here were fantastic and the atmosphere is definitely conducive for learning and for me helps my self esteem for one new to Jui Jistu. I highly recommend this spot—definitely top notch for all skill levels, even a novice like me. Thanks Daniel, I appreciate you.

I usually train at FR in downtown, but since I was in Lake Nona I wanted to check out this gym and was not disappointed. I came straight to open mat on Thursday night from a hospital where our device was being demo'd and I was a little late, but everyone was very laid back and offered to roll with me, especially the owner Daniel. I was able to roll with 3 other blue belts and then Daniel rolled with me for about 15 minutes. It was awesome getting to know him. We talked so much I walked out with him and one of his students after he locked up for the night. Next time I am in Lake Nona for a night, I will be back. Hopefully I can catch a class.

Had a great time at FRBJJ while visiting family. Daniel runs an awesome program and the team is very welcoming, fun, and high-level jiu jitsu experience. Would absolutely recommend anyone to come train here!

Both my boys go to this school and they’re very excited everytime they have class. The sensei are great and ready to help with kids issues to make them better. A lot of activities as well for outside classes events and the director is very helpful and listens to parents/kids needs to improve. Definitely suggest this place to those who would like for their kids to have outside school activities.

My kids have a great time at Championship Martial arts, the instructors and staff are very professional, patience and always trying to motivate the kids to meet their goals. When you have a problem, they listen very carefully and do the best they can to fix the issue.

We’ve been a part of the CMA Avalon family for a year now. It’s been an absolutely AMAZING experience. My daughter always looks forward to coming to class and learning new skills! I had a lot of fun today at 4 Honor Academy, from the beautiful space they are building to the professionalism of the Coaches, I'm definitely going to sign up!! I want to be able to feel safe being on the street alone and I know that it will be worth every penny because it is better to prevent it so it is a very important investment without thinking twice. I went in for the muay thai class on Wednesday and it was very insightful, especially for someone who has some martial arts experience but no muay Thai practice. I hope I can go again soon!

CMA Curry Ford has been so great for our son’s development. The dedicated instructors make every class challenging, disciplined, but fun too! Our son has grown so much since he started there.

We really enjoy Championship Martial Arts - Curry Ford!!! The teachers are amazing and kind to the kiddos. This is a great school. We have other dojos close by our house, but don't mind the drive. I was convinced when I saw a student crying, because her head gear was uncomfortable and saw how the head Instructor (Mr. David) gracefully sat down and fixed the helmet and convinced her to continue sparing. Our oldest Son has been at this school for over 2 years and is as motivated as day 1. This motivation rubbed on the little one and now both of them are in great hands with Mr. David and his Instructors. Not only his Instructors, but all of his Team Leadership and Intensity group help out the rest. This is a very structured school and teach discipline, confidence, self-respect, and the power or believing in yourself. It's been a joy to see all the students who have started together and see their progress over time. HIGHLY recommended for any parent, especially if your child is timid or full of energy or has trouble focusing.

I am reaching out to express my frustration with the recent experience I’ve had with their service. I canceled my subscription over five months ago, yet monthly charges continued to be billed to my account. When I contacted their team to address this issue, I was told that the cancellation needed to have been made three months in advance, which I find both unreasonable and unacceptable. Furthermore, my son has not attended classes for over five months, and I never received a single call or message from their team to verify his absence. This lack of communication and customer care only adds to my disappointment. I am requesting a full refund for the charges incurred after my cancellation but the say that the my would not return my money back because they need three months notice. I find it absurd that you are only willing to refund two months of my money when my son did not attend a single class during this period, and this behavior comes across as highly dishonest on your part.

this school is very unprofessional. you give your card for payments and they charge extra everyday, they trying to take money from your account everyday. you have to watch out about this. I paid for the uniform and I never took it home one time as they said they already give it to me that was a lied. I paid 75.00 for uniform they never give it to my son. I will never recommend it. they are not honest.

Pls beware of signing your children up here!! They are NOT nationally accredited!! The only reason I kept my son here for so long is due to a specific amazing instructor and he recently left MAW. I did the 30 day cancellation in removing my son and they still put an injunction on the new place to not be around my son. They do not own my son!! We did our part and should be free to choose wherever I choose to pay. I already wasted 10 yrs of money giving it to this place that is the only place that acknowledges he’s a black belt!! Now he has to start over. Had I known that I would’ve removed him long time ago. My son loved that instructor; he was basically a 2nd dad to my son. My son is going through a tough time emotionally due to this outrageous injunction that should have never been approved!! Please do not sign your child up here! It would be a waste of money!! Plus there’s some inappropriate vibes I got between other instructors. Again, that specific instructor is the ONLY reason I kept my son there all this time!! We did our cancellation and they’re still trying to control us. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

My four year old has been coming here for a couple of months now. The staff and the professor are amazing! They teach the kids to be disciplined while being so patient. My son is very shy and it’s great seeing him slowly coming out of his hard shell.. this was all thanks to his professor!! He may not talk at all while in class but he talks all about his day, and talks highly about professor Latorre :-) I appreciate watching him focus on every children as one but also taking individual chances for the kids to learn the skill right. Sometimes that little one on one really helps, especially those children (like mine) who need that care and push. The class is fun, educational, and strict when necessary. Thank you martial arts!!!!

During my 2 months work transfer in Orlando I looked around for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy to continue my training. I was lucky to find Professor Alex after trying several other local places like Gracie and Atos. Alex comes from the lineage of De La Riva, and his technique is flawless. CFBJJ delivered exactly what i needed. The classes are very well structured. Takedowns, floor technique, as well as real life self defense situations if that is what you are looking for. Everyone was friendly and kept safety their first priority. I highly recommend CFBJJ if you are in Orlando.

I was in town for a week long event and needed a place to train. I sent an email to Central Florida Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Professor Alex Cavalo who is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu responded and welcomed me to attend. During my visit Professor Cavalo who was teaching had excellent technical expertise in the techniques, positions, and strategies that he was teaching. He had effective communication that was clear and concise for the varying skill levels that attended class. While rolling with students I observed him providing encouragement to help them progress and he adapted his teaching style to suit the needs of the individual. Professor Cavalo is a passionate instructor and current with the latest techniques and trends in the sport. Anyone looking for a quality school this is it.

Professor Alex is amazing! He has such a calm and straight-forward way to teach. He made me feel welcome and included from day 1, training with people who have been there forever. The thing I like the most was the fact he observes you and teaches you based on your strengths so that you can use them on your favor. I had a great time there and I am planning on coming back as soon as I can.
