Best Gyms with Saunas near Menifee, California

We’ve been on and off members of Powerhouse Menifee since 2016 and we love it here! It has everything we need to get a good workout in, including aftercare with the dry or wet sauna and hydro massage bed! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the front desk staff is always helpful! Julia immediately greets me and always asks if I need the sauna! I love that most of the staff and other members make it a point to get to know each other and it becomes your little gym family! I’ve been a member of many gyms in different states and Powerhouse comes in second compared to LVAC in Vegas!

I was torn between a few different gyms when looking to sign up. I’m so glad I chose Powerhouse! They staff is amazing! My children love the child care area. It’s always clean. The equipment is top notch. They have everything you could need and more…including a cross fit room! I’ve tried a few classes too, don’t let them fool you they kick your booty! So happy to be a member!

Powerhouse has been a wonderful experience for my husband and myself. We love the atmosphere and the staff there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We would like to give a shout out to Colin at the front desk. Colin assisted us with our enrollment and tour of the facility. Colin is very professional and provides great customer service. Colin greets my husband and me by our names every times he sees us. We love the family atmosphere.

Everything is fine but it's hard to find a staff person to explain the new machines for example the video game/ stationary bike would appreciate someone to advise me please as well as the new shadow boxing device

I love how Jill and Cindy work so closely together to cover each other's classes! I've had a lot of instructors from a lot of gyms in my 70 years, and I have NEVER had consistently better, smarter, or more supportive and kinder instructors. I switched gyms for the two of them! We are so lucky to have them.

I've recently joined cross fit Defy with my family and we have had a fantastic experience so far. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed instructions and modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively. The community is welcoming and supportive, which has made the transition much smoother. The facility is well-equipped, clean, and organized, with a variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Each workout is challenging and varied, keeping things interesting and motivating. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here and highly recommend Defy to anyone looking for a top-notch CrossFit gym.

CrossFit Defy has got to be the best gym in California. The workouts are brilliantly programmed and I feel accomplished after every class. I was new to CrossFit months ago and was hesitant about starting…I wish I would’ve started years ago. I have noticed big improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and mental discipline. I am excited to continue improving. The coaches are great and will help you get better every day. Collin and Josh have made great changes under their ownership and have shown motivation and have took action to improve the overall experience for their athletes. Highly recommend!

Amazing Results, Incredible Community! My husband and I joined CrossFit Defy in May 2024, feeling stuck with our progress at a regular gym. In just a few months, we’ve seen incredible changes—losing body fat and building muscle beyond what we expected. We're truly amazed by how effective the workouts have been! The classes are so much fun, the coaches bring the perfect energy, and the other athletes create such a positive and supportive atmosphere. I have been attending CrossFit defy a little over a year now, it’s become like my second home. I LOVE the community, and the coaches are the best. I’ve worked out my whole life and I’ve never seen so much progress in my health and fitness as I have the last few months. So much love for this gym! This gym is Outstanding! Skilled trainers, workouts that have given me great results and best of all, great Community. I always leave feeling accomplished. The workouts are scalable so anyone can do them- At 61 years young I’m down 15 pounds and am feeling fit, healthy, and strong. I could not have done it without CrossFit Defy!
