Best Gyms with Saunas near Lewisville, Texas

Love this staff and it's always clean! I go during staffed and unstaffed hours, whatever works best with my schedule, which is one of the great things I love, it's 24/7! Being a stay-at-home mom and being with my toddler all day, so grateful I get to have this time to myself, whenever I can. The staff is always happy to help when I need it and it's in a great location. Highly recommend HOTWORX for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey!

I was charged 6 times in one day and charged after I canceled via phone call for 7 months. I completed my 1 year membership and said I would like to end after that and they told me I was fine. The opposite of what I was told has occurred. Terrible customer service. Do not give them any credit card information they are not to be trusted at all. They have no desire to correct their mistakes. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. They have terrible communication within the company as well. I was told to “go ahead and leave a review” by the manager.

I love the workouts here. They staff is very nice and the saunas are always very clean. The saunas use infrared heat, so you really work up a good sweat during your workouts. There’s a small area in the back of the studio where there’s additional weights. i thought that was very nice touch.

Love this place; been coming here since day1. Good work outs whether you have 15 mins or hours! Red light therapy saunas are the best! VI are the best!

DO NOT sign up for a membership at this location. Will try to keep in your contract even though the policy states on four page in cancellation “ if an immediate cancellation is needed before the initial program installment term is fulfilled, a $99 immediate cancel fee will be due at the time of cancellation and must be done in person at the studio listed in this agreement “ I tried to cancel due to medical reasons and pay the $99 owner and staff were very hostile and refused. Staff requested that I provide a doctors notes. As if my personal medical history is they business.They wouldn’t even let me return my towels and mat that was never opened and still sealed in package. This is place is money hungry and shows no compassion for their members. Responding to owners last message please refer back to page 4 of contract. Does not state doctors note is required.

Robert showed me around the gym and I was so impressed with his salesmanship. He was knowledgeable, bubbly, and took time to hear me out. I’ve been to many gyms across Texas and I was captured by the staff at this club! All smiles and all willing to help. Was even excitedly greeted upon walking in with my 3 year old. As far as the amenities and gym itself- I appreciated that the equipment was being cleaned. Something many gyms in the area lack. There’s a woman’s only section- very rare and much needed! I’ve paid triple, even 5x at other gyms that don’t offer as much or have the caliber of staff that this gym has. VERY impressed

My doctor recommended I find a gym to start doing simple workouts and I was intimidated to look anywhere, but everyone here at Fitness Connection was nice and welcoming! My mother has a membership here so they let me look around before signing up. I really like the women’s room, it had all the machines I was looking for and it’s quiet and cozy. It’s a great place to work out. Richard was very helpful and quickly signed me up. I’m glad I found my gym.

I haven't been to a gym in 10 years so didn't know what to expect. It's clean and doesn't allow filming which is great. I don't want to end up on a Joey Swoll video! I wish they were 24 hrs but I go at 5am when they open on weekdays and 7am on weekends. There have been a few times when the person supposed to unlock the doors was 5-10 minutes late but it's rare. An automatic lock system could fix this....don't know why they don't install one. The equipment is maintained and people are considerate. No crazy weight dropping cavemen.

I just moved to the area and needed a new gym. I walked in and the staff were really friendly which I’m not used to at the gym! They got to know me to make sure they were a good fit for my goals. They have a women only area that is awesome and makes you feel comfortable. It was an easy yes for me and I am excited to start working out now!
