Best Gyms with Saunas near Houston, Texas

This review is for the aquatics area: One of the biggest selling points for family’s with kids who get memberships at this location to find it closes early and it’s rarely open. They sell you on the paid lifeguards will open the slides daily from 12-6pm during the public school break. There is rarely lifeguards on staff the full time 12-6pm, they close early, open late, or don’t open at all. The woman’s whirlpool has been closed or drained so many times making it unavailable. Ambassadors who give tour are just there to give tours and sell you on services they do not back. Hook line sinker! Lamar the GM is conveniently unavailable and does not provide business contact information. On a brighter note, The machines in the gym area seem to up to par, definitely need more of the Cadillac Pilate reformer machines. Taylor the new personal trainer is very attentive and kind! Added pictures of the women’s whirlpool below. The nursing room in the family locker room does not have a working lock. The canisters of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are either removed or empty in the family area. The inside pool with the loud bell is gross and needs to cared by a professional chemical company.

Really cool that the club makes certain kids programs available for non members. Just sing your children in and pick them up afterward—don’t be late. It’s likea daycare but better because you can workout and your kids are looked after even if you’re just on a day pass or single day use thing. Check in and check out is such a cool feature

As a fitness-love momma bear, I just want to share how amazing my experience has been with villasport. This is NOT just a gym because it’s good for families and everyone is super friendly. No one shames me and everyone truly understands what mom needs!

I really wanted to like this gym because the amenities are great, and the trainers are fantastic. But for the price, the cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. Dust and dirt everywhere, especially in the corners, like they’ve never been cleaned. The machines are covered in old grime, the showers are filthy, and I even saw mold. The pools aren’t any better. I tried to stick it out because I enjoyed the workouts, but can’t keep forcing myself. Canceling your membership is a nightmare—you have to send a certified letter just to stop being charged! That’s shady and feels like a scam and shouldn’t even be legal. Never again. :/

I love how mindful the gym is of the family locker room and how that can be weird but a caregiver MUST accompany kids of all genders in the swimming or rinsing area and for kids under 13 years of age. It’s interesting and really good that they have the rules and they follow the rules and if someone is not following the rules they say something and take action; really safe—five stars

I recommend this gym to anyone who short on time, prefer high quality in equipment and good atmosphere.

Extremely clean gym! Very friendly staff. Morgan is very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment is very new and the sauna is amazing. Great place to workout.

This gym is legit, the 24 hour access and sauna alone are worth the monthly membership. Not to mention the equipment you don't see at other gyms. Never over crowded but gets a little full when I go on weekday evenings. All the other members are cool and respectful. Everyone just got their headphones on working out trying to get right!!!

Doing the day pass today and so far the gym is amazing and very clean! Love the new and clean equipment here! For the size also I’m amazed that it has its very own sauna which my current gym doesn’t have. Will definitely be coming here since it’s a a few minutes away from me.

their membership is $50 a month and you have to sign a contract, the gym is small and basic, but it is open 24/7.. i opted out for LA fitness because it's the same price, month to month (no contract) and it has a pool, racket ball, two floors, steam room, basketball court etc etc for me Invincible is insanely overpriced
