Best Gyms with Locker Rooms With Showers near Worcester, Massachusetts

My name is Icemin Lee, and "Yes" that's my real name...👍❗ And like all the reviews I've written...this one will be no different - as I try and help others to make the most informed decisions based on my personal and hopefully non-bias opinion 🙂. I've been a member at Crunch fitness for over 5 months and waited this long in order to get a feel for the gym, it's members and more importantly it's staff...! So, I didn't join the gym to learn how to train, as my experience and knowledge in free weights machine training and as a personal trainer at one time, stretches nearly 20 year's long! I chose Crunch fitness because in my opinion, its one of the most energetic and comprehensively complete gyms currently in circulation. And although, there are countless gym's in which to choose from - Crunch fitness has an environment and equipment array that rivals any large commercial gym in its class bar none 👍❗ The gym has the most accommodating gym schedule, open nearly 365 days a year and barely closes except for a few hours in observance of a major holiday ☃️🎁🎄❗ But trust and believe that the very next day at 0430 AM...Crunch Fitness is doors open and lights on...💪❗ In addition to all the bells and whistles Crunch Fitness has one of many things that other gyms do not and that's "Free Weights"...🙏! Thank the Gods 😅❗ When it comes to building your body and getting results nothing meets these two criteria better or more efficiently than training with free weights 👍❗ And wether your a first timer, a beginner with very little experience or die hard religious gym fanatics...Crunch has the space, the equipment and the atmosphere to help speed you along to achieving your goals❗ And this next part, in my opinion, is probably the most important of all...and that's the Customer Service 👍❗ From our early morning greeting from Customer Service Rep "Ty", to the gyms General Manager "Carlos", who is always available and willing to assist anyone with anything from gym equipment to account issues❗ The entire Team at Crunch Fitness is friendly, cordial and genuinely helpful with getting everyone squared away and ready to have the best day possible while at the gym...👍❗ So what I'm trying to say is that; good customer service is only hard to come by...it's priceless when you can find it 💛❗ In closing, I'm just a normal guy with an extraordinary enthusiasm for always striving to aspire to something greater... And if your reading this...it's my hope that you too will continue to aspire to something greater - and the best place to start that journey is with you ♥️

Crunch Fitness is an excellent gym that truly stands out. The facility offers abundant space, making it easy to work out without feeling crowded. With a wide variety of tools and new equipment, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, Crunch Fitness provides an inviting and well-equipped environment for your fitness journey. Highly recommended!

This has been my main gym for the longest time, always clean and the staff is always so kind. There’s one guy his names Paul who’s always asking how my workout went so the staff is great. Thank you Crunch!

I almost cancelled my membership here a couple years ago due to management and no one being here at 5am when the gym was suppose to be opening… since then, this gym is now under exceptional management. Awesome staff, new, clean & tidy equipment. Spotless bathroom and showers. Well done! I’m back to being an advocate for this crunch location🤘

This gym is very Spacious, Clean and has the most treadmills (~27) and stair masters (8) I have ever seen at a crunch. The variety and abundance of equipment made this an Easy 4 stars review. My only issue was the lack of equipment that targets the legs. Also, this Crunch has the most potential, with a simple redesign a lot of more value could be added. For example, if all the stair masters and treadmills were pushed forward a one or two >75m lanes could be created for sprints.

I have been a member of this gym for 30 years. I have been here before it was a Crunch, so I have seen different gyms and new workers as time has passed. Crunch Fitness with staff like Kevin and Katie, have made this Crunch Fitness my best experience. I started lifting weights in my early 20’s. At that time I had no idea of the positive influence of weight bearing exercises would have on me not only physically but mentally too. As I got stronger my athlete goals transformed. In my 50’s I was able to finish 5 marathons and one half marathon. Today I still consider myself to be a fit, and still call Crunch Fitness my home. Each day I am excited to come back!

Great gym with lots of equipment. Kevin at the front desk made me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door and held my hand in the signing up process. Without him my experience wouldn’t have been half of what it ultimately came out to be. I will be returning and recommending to a friend!

His attention to detail is exceptional, from ensuring the men’s locker rooms are spotless and free from any insect issues to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the gym. If it weren't for Mike's premier customer service, I would have already switched to another gym. His dedication and professionalism make Crunch a place I want to stay. Mike has proven he’s ready for a higher role. He deserves a promotion, more responsibility, and the recognition he’s earned. There’s no doubt he’s an invaluable asset to Crunch, and I firmly believe his hard work should be rewarded with a substantial career advancement. Been liking the gym and the available equipment but whew those weekend hours stink. I guess it's on me because they're clearly listed, but shutdown at 5pm? That's 2 hours earlier than just about every other non-24 hr gym in the area. I get not doing regular hours on the weekend but that's so early. Would help to have longer hours given how crowded the gym and parking lot always is.

Go to any other gym in Massachusetts! The facilities smell, are perpetually understocked, unclean with dust and spiderwebs everywhere. The swipe to get in before staff arrives only works about half the time leaving members stranded outside, and due to the tiny parking lot’s overcrowding some people have to park in neighborhooring lots just to get there. They will also run you in circles if you try to cancel your already crappy membership. Keep a record of who you talk to and when because they will claim your account is closed, charge you again, gaslight you, and then try to charge you an additional fee monthly for not paying for a membership you canceled. The absolute worst experience, rudest staff, and cheapest gym!

My experience at the Kneller Athletic Center at Worcester fell far below expectations. The worn-out equipment is a testament to neglect and indifference. Despite its alleged greatness, the free parking provided is a frustrating labyrinth to navigate. It's a disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn't recommend wasting time at this poorly maintained facility.

Pretty decent gym in Clark University

Easy, convenient parking in the garage (connected to building) . Super clean, plenty of restrooms, and great sight lines for smim meets.

Nice court. I ref here for Special Olympics and whomever runs it us top notch. I truck in from NH because its for a good cause and the staff is top notch.

Love to come here and watch organized basketball and I love to shoot there very nice Court one of the nicest ones in Worcester
