Amazing GM and staff. Working with Phil and Sky was exceptional and it’s clear that they genuinely care about creating a positive and supportive environment. I have been looking for the right gym for the past 3 years since moving to Seattle and I have tried a number of places. All I can say that no one made me feel as comfortable, excited, and welcomed as Phil and Sky did. Phil gave me the tour of the gym and we chatted about my goals and motivation for joining. Phil clearly had a ton of experience and as we talked, I felt he genuinely prioritized my goals and concerns. He took the time to help me figure out the best plan moving forward so I could feel comfortable, confident, and knowledgeable in the gym (and without breaking the bank). They offer some really amazing promotions as well as a very long free trial period, but I never felt pushed or pressured to sign up - unlike at other gyms I’ve tried. The Wallingford location has a truly positive and supportive vibe. If you’re like me and feel intimidated or overwhelmed by big gym environments, I highly recommend talking to Phil and he will make sure you’re taken care of! If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would

Super knowledgeable and helpful when you sign up. They are fully staffed and know what they are talking about. If you are serious in getting in shape check it out. Very worth the price. The gym is very clean and all the machines are great.

I attended a Yelp event here recently and was impressed by the fantastic staff. We enjoyed a complimentary group class and hydro massage, along with snacks and drinks. The gym has a cool green vibe, and the equipment and trainers are top-notch. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I have been going to this gym for almost 10 years. Their champions program is a great weekly program and can be scaled to any level. I have seen this program grow and change and is a good mix of exercises. This program will help you get comfortable with all movements and if you want, other olympic lifts. The gym has recently added boxing program, led by Coach Wes. This has been a great add on to my weekly routine. It is it bit more cardio intensive but worth it. I have enjoyed my time here and the coaches and staff are great.

Great Gym! Love that it’s open early and not to busy. Friendly staff, clean , great selection of equipment. Update! Recently gym has not been open early morning due to minimal amounts of ice or snow. And there is not always notification. So it’s frustrating when you get there and it’s closed. And you look across the street to Anytime fitness and see people working out. It’s winter for many more weeks, so I may need to consider dropping Flow for Anytime Fitness. I just want to get what I paid for.

I love the atmosphere here, staff and instructors are super friendly and welcoming like I have never experienced in any other gyms. Classes are a great, fun workout, and the spinning room is superb! Really appreciate the different membership options as well.

I love the flexibility of the locations. Fremont has an amazing set-up for the classes (I really love the cycling room) and SLU has every machine you could ever need --and a sauna! I've loved every instructor I've taken a class with. Bonus points x 100 for having themed classes and getting into Halloween :) Pictured after Cheyanna's butt-kicking Halloween cycling class and Darsenio's FIT-Power class on Halloween.

I rarely write reviews but I dream about Flow Fitness! I went regularly (3 times a week) this past spring and it was incredible! The staff is always so friendly and they keep the space clean. The barre instructors are top notch, learned my name and gave real corrections to my form that made sense! I wouldn’t be this far into my fitness journey without them. If I didn’t move from Seattle I’d be in those classes every week.

Absolutely love Kristi's 75 minute Dharma yoga class! Glad it is going to happen every Saturday morning now! Only thing is at the end of class when we are doing an extended relaxation the LOUD music starts playing out in the other room. Maybe the other class could start at 10:15? That would make the yoga class perfect! Thanks for providing such a great instructor and such a great class!

Ya gotta love the Y. One thing. I have noticed they cycle through the front desk employees pretty consistently, and the folks working there do sometimes seem a bit beleaguered, so I hope working conditions are okay. do Y workers have a union? Would they like one? Anyways, I do love the Y and miss when my good buddy used to work here. Shoutout the y!

I love the University District and Meredith Matthews locations!! It’s not too crowded so you don’t have to wait around to use the equipment. The classes are led by great instructors who are knowledgeable and willing to answer your individual questions. A big selling point for me (and I’m sure others) is that ANYONE can feel comfortable working out here. For one thing, you don’t have to be fit to feel like you belong here (although I see super fit people here too). Another plus - the staff are friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

I cannot rave about this place enough! The staff is unlike any YMCA I have ever been to. You want staff? You get a FAMILY! They are so willing to help out and give assistance and sometimes even do it without asking. The equipment is top of the line and the group classes are so fun! Not only are they fun, but they are structured in a way where you are still getting an incredible workout. I would give my left arm for this gym. It is a bright light in the overcasted and cloudy Seattle. Look no further because this place is the place you've been looking for. They also offer financial assistance for prices!

Seems like a pretty good place for me, so far. A basic gym with lots of machines and programs. Have to clean anything you touch & sweat upon, as the staff won't be doing it. Really wish they'll get water filters for the showers soon -- I don't going to work on my health somewhere then have to shower with chlorinated/fluoridated/toxicated water. Dry sauna is small and gets crowded and too humid, but at least they have one. The crowd is a broad spectrum of people -- not intimidating.

The studio is always very welcoming. They have a lot of class times so I can almost always make one work even with my varied schedule. I have yet to meet an instructor I didn’t love! Even with all the sweaty bodies the studio is always clean without lasting odors. I wish the locker room was bigger but that’s so minor, and I can always find a locker- just squeezing past people when it’s crowded. But hey, no big deal for that 3 minutes. The classes themselves are just awesome, I always feel like I’ve gotten a good workout, and always feel welcome to rest anytime when I’m having a tired day. I love the core component in each class, it is a unique feature of these yoga studios that keeps me coming back. I can’t say enough about how much I love CorePower!!!

Got to this studio at 2:01 on Christmas...their last class had already started, still I prayed I’d see someone who’d let me in, “in the spirit of Christmas” or perhaps because I’ve been a member for over THREE YEARS, thousands of dollars later on Christmas 2019 I did see TWO people appear behind the glass doors but I could NOT enter CPY’s last class on Christmas—they had plenty of room—since ONE female, a mean**girl with glasses and curly reddish hair that was behind the counter said, NO to the other nice* lady that WAS going to let me in...

I attended 30 classes there in 2 months, most of which were Yoga Sculpt in the morning. I feel fantastic after the workout that trains my core muscles along with some cardio. Louisa He's Sculpt was even more challenging and I attended her sessions a lot more. They have first week free, definitely worth trying out.

Very new place. I like the studio. Great atmosphere with tea at the resting area. Parking is tricky, do get the passcode, go to the garage behind the studio. The garage is for resident and retail. Remember your parking lot number, go to the parking machine, key in your lot number and select yoga student. After that, enter the code from CorePower so that you don't have to pay parking, put parking ticket on dashboard, take the elevator up! Do give yourself 10 mins to do this.

I believe finding a yoga place is a personal experience almost like finding a church to attend. I have a list of pro's and con's for this studio, take them for what you will. I do not plan going back, but maybe this place will be your cup of tea. Pro's: - 2 Studios - Good variety of classes and times during the week. - Clean: Locker rooms are always clean and they mop the studios in between classes. - Free locks for lockers - Free tea - Instructors were nice - I learned some new poses Con's - Repetition of classes: I went to three Hot Power Yoga classes in the same week, taught by three different teachers and the classes we EXACTLY the same. They went through the same exact sequence and used the same language, almost like a script. - Windows to the outside in each studio. There was a lot of noise and light coming into the studio from pedestrians and buses. - One studio has a window to the front desk. For people in the back of the room this is really distracting. - Teachers don't demo the positions, they just talk. - Sometimes it is very crowded.

What an amazing gym!!!!! Visited yesterday with a free day pass as looking to maybe move here. Was given a tour and then set loose to enjoy. It's massive, so many different areas to train in. All the equipment is very modern and new and there's something for everyone! Lots of studios offering so many different classes. Something for everyone. The sauna/steam room/Jacuzzi in the changing room was a lovely touch as well.

It would be cool if it was 24 hours. Love this gym. It’s beautiful. Staff is friendly. Sauna steam are inconsistent sometimes hot sometimes warm. Sometimes they use too much essential oils it’s harsh. I wish it was easier to sign up for the pools Towels are old and small but overall I like this place. I go out of my way to go here and the value is good.

Love this gym. Highly recommend. + pool + sauna/steam + good hours + abundance of equipment + great work out stations + love the staff!!! - toxic level of essential oils in the steam room makes me SICK. Don’t need any of the essential oils in there. - dry sauna smells bad sometimes. - no drinking water in the locker rooms. - hard to get swimming reservation and people will steal your spot. - weekends close at 9pm. - members don’t appreciate how hard the staff works to clean and leaves wet towels everywhere (gross).

Although it's a good well-equipped gym, it's almost impossible to workout here. Every second I hear someone dropping their weights loudly, no one reracks their wesights, and no one cleans after themself. It's like this gym exclusively attracts worst behaved gymgoers. And during rush hours it's impossible to get a squat rack. They should start enforcing some basic rules or at least give basic gym etiquette talk when they give tours to people joinig this gym. I'm canceling my membership and getting away from this gym as I cannot bear this constant improper behavior.

I felt the need to leave a review after visiting other Corepower studios while on holiday. I didn’t know I had it so good at my usual Ballard studio! I absolutely love Corepower Ballard, no matter the class type. The studio is extremely clean and well-maintained. The instructors all seem to keep the heat at their own comfortability levels, but all in line with what is marketed in each class by corporate. The instructors are all encouraging, motivating, non-judgmental, and inventive with their poses and yoga flow. Each class brings me something new while I always leave feeling refreshed, powerful and strong. This is a great space to just leave the world behind and focus on you. My go-to instructors are Jadyn, Char, Dominika, Maya, Perrin, and Abbey — you all are rockstars! I would highly recommend going to any of the classes at the Ballard studio.

Awesome studio, love corepower, been doing yoga for 15 years. I took a class from Subra with three of my friends and I had to do my own flow because I could not hear or understand him, and my friends had a similar experience. His instructing voice was very odd and different from his conversation voice when we talked with him before and after class. I like to meditate in yoga and when it takes considerable effort to understand the cues, I will just do my own thing. I had my consent to adjustment card on Yes and he did give me an awesome calf massage in half pigeon. Loved that! His transitions between poses were a bit abrupt and his breathing instructions were at an unnatural pacing. He is strong at yoga and seems to know his stuff though!

Terrible experience here. The front door to the street was locked. I reached more than 10 minutes before the class, the person at the reception saw and made no attempt to tell me that the only way to enter the complex is via the parking lot!! She left the studio without helping me or even telling me how to get in and by the time I figured it out, there was no one at the reception to let me in. Nowhere was this mentioned! I was standing there out in the cold for 15 minutes! Very disappointed!!

Hello. Recently had the privilege to do some classes here as I was traveling through this area. What a treat! I can honestly say that Lissy is one of the best teachers I have ever had. Her sequencing, cueing, timing and tone are a few of the things that put her in an elite level of yoga teacher. Her Core Restore is an incredible class to revitalize and save your body. Every other teacher I’ve taken here is also fantastic and the studio is beautiful and always clean. Don’t sleep on this studio.

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is uplifting and motivating. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and highly knowledgeable in fitness and health training, making it easy to stay on track with my goals. The Champs classes—they push me, and make workouts fun and engaging. The sense of community here is great; everyone is positive, supportive, and shares the same goals, which makes it easier to stay committed. On top of that, the gym is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym with great equipment and great people. New modern feel with any machine you could need. Also has incredible staff, especially my guy Dallas who first gave me a tour of the place and later got me back in to officially become a member. Dallas and this gym has been getting me right and treating me well for weeks now and I cant thank him, and the rest of the awesome staff enough - would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym to join. Shout out my guy Dallas!

I hadn’t been to a gym in about three years before signing up, mostly sticking to my apartment gym. So, I was a little anxious about getting back into a larger gym setting. I used to lift regularly, and the idea of starting over felt slightly intimidating. That said, I’ve been really impressed with how welcoming and supportive the staff has been. Dallas, who’s been helping me, has been fantastic - always answering my questions and checking in on my progress. The rest of the staff is equally great! I’ve been to other gyms like LA Fitness, but the personal, genuine interaction here really sets this place apart. Thanks y'all!

Not enough changing/cabana/showering facilities are available. Despite updates making the facility more accessible and gender neutral (great job) with all areas and changing rooms wheelchair accessible, at least one should be set aside for ADA use only (wheelchair users are often forced to wait for available restrooms occupied by able-bodied persons who have other options available but use those spaces assuming no one will need them urgently). Additionally, there is limited signage around the IMA and in the locker rooms providing directions regarding locker availability, locations of towels, pointing to the pool entrance, exits, etc (the layout is extremely confusing). Everyone is friendly. Overall, it's very accessible, but it just needs more signage and more fresh towels (better towels!), and possible a way to find out how busy certain areas of the gym are in real time.

I was absolutely shocked to discover that the sports complex has shared changing rooms for men and women. After getting out of the swimming pool, I went to my locker to grab all my things—backpack, makeup bag, jacket, sneakers—and started looking for an empty cabana to change. I was dripping wet, still in my swimsuit and wrapped in a towel, with my hands full, rushing around the changing room, trying to find an available cabana. But there were no available. And then, to make matters worse, my professor walked toward me. I was completely unprepared for this situation. It’s one thing to bump into someone you know at the gym, but it’s a whole different level of awkward when you’re wet, in a swimsuit and towel, and standing in front of someone who is supposed to be an authority figure in your life. This experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable, and I genuinely believe shared changing spaces like this need to be rethought.

Really comprehensive gym, love coming here! My only critique is the air circulation is really bad! Weight and cardio room are very stuffy. It would be sooo improved if they would put large fans in the corner of the fishbowl and cardio rooms 🙂 the new pool is amazing and I think the co-ed locker rooms, are fantastic! I still have all the privacy I need, nice showers and changing rooms.

Simply a scam. There’s no women-only bathroom, weight room is almost always packed, no music , and the water tastes odd. On top, I tried to workout throughout the summer but you have to be in class or pay $85. I even work on campus throughout the summer but that won’t give us a gym pass. You may use the other student’s guest pass but you still have to pay $12 / visit. If university truly cared about students health and well-beings, why do you have to make it so difficult and money-greedy?

For a university with this much money, this gym is pathetic. There's no air flow so every room gets humid and hot, cleaning supplies are stocked half the time, staff are apathetic, it's not large enough for the student body and is crowded, and now there isn't enough showers to accommodate gym goers and swimmers. It's the only gym affordable as a student and it's been an incredible disappointment, year after year.
