I would give this place 1000 stars!! We wanted to climb on our road trip, and this gym was a delightful treat! Great boulders, fun top rope, something for everyone. Gleaming locker rooms, and friendly friendly staff! I kind of want to travel more just to come back and say hi. One of our climbers had a breakthrough on the wall, learned some new stuff, and they genuinely cared and were enthusiastic. LOVE THIS GYM!!

I love it here. Such great value for the membership. Movement is a truly wonderful name for this place that helps me move my body and mind in so many ways. Yes, it gets crowded, but it makes me so happy to see so much community.

I'm new to climbing and just joined Movement last month, really for the bouldering in RINO, but have quickly found top rope climbing to be way more fun! The route setting is great, changes often, and I continually hear it's the best of all the big gyms in Denver. I 100% agree with other reviewers that the arena style seating makes it so much fun to watch others climb and the vibe is really friendly and inclusive. Plus, the staff is great - helpful with testing, questions, etc.

Very nice facility. But I have to shoutout David Medina. His expertise and professionalism are next to none. He demonstrates a passion for the climbing community that is often lost and overlooked. I think critics of his demeanor are misinterpreted. Most accidents that occur in a climbing gym could easily be prevented if dangerous habits are addressed. No one likes being told that what they're doing is potentially risky and it is a difficult conversation to have. Climbing has grown exponentially in the last 20 years and with that comes change in techniques and equipment. We have to trust our climbing professionals to help us keep up the best standard possible so that we can continue to climb as risk-free as possible.

I’ve had such a love-hate relationship with this gym over the years. Yes, this place is a major scene and can be incredibly obnoxious at times. The bathrooms definitely need work and this isn’t the cleanest gym, but regardless, it’s truly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The setting is consistently phenomenal and they always have harder climbs with varying styles. It’s extremely hard to find a gym with multiple options for the 5.13 range, and they always have challenging routes that are accessible for shorter (5’1) climbers. This is the gym where I first fell in love with climbing nearly a decade ago and whenever I’m in Colorado it’s always a positive experience when I go back.

It's one of the best fighting gyms around. This place is great for people getting into fighting. The staff is very professional and very welcoming. The schedule is very accommodating and the coaches are very experienced. The gym is always clean and orderly.

I had a great time dropping in on an all levels Gi Jiu Jitsu class today. It was a good sized class and there were 2 other Black Belts on the mat. The class instruction was great, we had very detailed instructions and we trained at the end in live rounds. There were announcements at the end and this seemed like a very welcoming academy for all skill levels. They have a variety of programs that will suit everyone.

All the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent teachers. It’s a fantastic community environment and I’ve made some friends through training as well. Muay Thai has really helped me through a very dark period in my life and Easton is a big part of that journey! 🙏🏻

I was visiting Denver for the weekend and was looking for a place to get some training in. Easton Training Center - Denver was kind enough to welcome us. Staff was very friendly and the allowed us to join their Muay Thai sparring for free (still blows my mind). I'd give them 5 stars for the staff, 5 stars for the facility to train (I do Muay Thai but I saw they had people doing bjj as well), and 10 stars for the overall experience to train there.

I love this place. The staff, the coaches and the community itself have been very welcoming and supportive. The gym is well maintained and clean, the mats are disinfected after every class and the locker rooms are very clean. The coaches do a great job of giving attention to everyone in class and making sure we are all learning and growing. I leave every class with a smile on my face, I’m grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend.

I have never been this committed to a gym and gone this consistently EVER. I have the 8 pack membership and next month I am looking forward to celebrating my 1yr with Fit House. Coaches are actively observing and correcting your form (respectfully lol). They rotate who designs the workouts and before each class they go through what the moves should look like/what we are trying to achieve. It is very intentional from how the workouts are structured to mimic real-life activities to challenging you to push when it's time. Personally, I feel like there is no pressure on how we show up - just that we do. I'm so glad I found something that works for me.

I have been going to Fit House for a few months. It has to be the most welcoming gym I’ve ever joined and I’ve tried many. I was nervous to try the strength based workouts because they’re not as familiar to me, but every coach is so helpful and provides individual training and corrections throughout the whole class. The classes are accommodating for all levels training. I’ve learned so much in a short amount of time. The recovery and stretch facilities are part of the reason I joined and they do not disappoint.

After years at another gym, I was looking for a change. I was burned out with the style of workout I had been doing and found myself not wanting to go any longer. It was at a really nice gym full of wonderful people and coaches, but I wanted something different and wanted to know my community better. A few of my friends told me about Fit House Denver and I couldn't be happier with the result. Its a one stop shop for all things fitness, recovery, and wellness. The Coaches are awesome, the community is great, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. A few weeks ago I went on a community hike with the owner and people from the gym. It was awesome. What are you waiting for? Do it.

Fit House is a fantastic place for anyone at any level, a one stop shop for strength, wellness, and recovery. I was just getting started in my fitness journey and they helped me with all the needed modifications and now that my foundation is set and form is where it needs to be (thank you coaches) I can lift heavier and feel stronger than I have ever been. For anyone who's a member - you now get OPEN GYM for various times of the day. I love using the cold plunge, gym, then sauna on my own time. It's the cherry on top such a top tier facility in Denver! It's the first gym I joined when I moved and I have never looked back.

I’ve been working out for 15 years, and without a doubt, this is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The variety of equipment is unmatched, with something for every type of workout—from strength training to cardio and everything in between. Whether you're into free weights, machines, or functional training, they've got it all! The staff is incredible too—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a positive and supportive environment.

Stacey is the best instructor at this location. She gives the clearest instructions and her classes are consistent and professional. She also presents information and her expert knowledge about the body clearly and incorporates it all seamlessly into the class. She is very aware of safety and always adds instructions and insights to prevent injury and to help her students strengthen their whole bodies. She is an excellent teacher all the way around.

A Stellar Trainer, but Room for Improvement at the Gym I’ve been working with Rick Allman as my personal trainer for over two months, and he has been nothing short of exceptional. Not only is Rick incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but he’s also an outstanding motivator. On two occasions, I considered backing out of my commitment, and both times, Rick gave me the encouragement I needed to stay on track. Without his guidance, I’d likely still be sitting on the couch, watching life pass me by. Instead, I’m on a path to both physical and mental success. As long as Rick is training, I’ll follow him wherever he goes. He’s truly that good. However, I do have some concerns regarding the gym’s management and policies. When I signed up, I was told that personal training clients had access to “the cage” anytime without having to wait or compete for equipment. Yet, every time I’ve tried to use it without a trainer present, a staff member has approached me and asked me to leave. This has happened at least seven times, all with different staff members, which makes me question whether they’re unaware of the rules or if I was misled during the sign-up process. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the gym has banned my trainer from using certain equipment he brought in to enhance training sessions. These tools were designed to improve range of motion, reduce injury risk, and speed up recovery—all essential aspects of a well-rounded training program. Considering the cost of these tools is minimal (less than $100), it’s surprising the gym doesn’t provide them for trainers and clients. While Rick Allman’s expertise and dedication are the highlights of my experience, the inconsistent communication, unhelpful staff interactions, and questionable management decisions detract from the overall experience. The high turnover rate among staff also suggests issues with leadership. I hope the gym can address these concerns and align its policies to better support both its trainers and clients.

Not sure what DOES work here. It definitely isn’t the machines, TVs, and definitely not the staff. Regularly out of sanitizing wipes, staff are always chatting and doing nothing besides trying to sell you a personal trainer. The gym for you if you like spending money without seeing the value.

Way too crowded and the locker room/sauna is absolutely filthy. Lifting area is clean and equipment is good. However, there is wait for every machine unless you come when everyone is at work. Good prices though.

Just joined this gym after years of not doing CrossFit. It’s super welcoming and supportive. Chad and the crew know how to push you without exceeding your limits. There’s also Olympic lifting classes from beginning to advanced, which gets tied into some of the CrossFit. Overall, very positive experience so far!!

Kinda sad I didn't try out Eminence sooner! Great coaches that actually coach and are knowledgeable. Owners are extremely kind, programming is great, and they care about your specific goals. There are so many class options. Gym is super clean, equipment is nice, and everyone respects the space they workout in.

My Crossfit experience started with the goal of pulling myself over a wall in the event of danger. What started as a silly goal has turned into a life style. Crossfit Eminence and Eminence Barbell has been the best club I have ever joined. They emphasize community while supporting personal growth. I am so thankful to be a part of this family and hope to grow with the gym.

We reached out to Legends last fall to ask about private coaching for our 10U softball player who came off a rec season in which she struggled a bit. She had passion but lacked fundamentals. We were connected with Bret and we are so grateful to him for developing every aspect of our girl. She is now a confident player with a strong bat (0.667 BA with team leading doubles + RBIs) and fielding skills that prepared her to move to the next level. We've accepted a 12U comp team spot from our goal team and she was offered spots on 3/4 of the teams we went to tryouts for! I am so glad I reached out to Legends and more grateful to Coach Bret for all his time and instruction. Can't wait to see what the future brings!

Bret Huotari works with my son on hitting lessons in this facility! I highly recommend Bret as a highly skilled hitting coach. Not only is he knowledgeable about baseball, but he is patient, knows how to build rapport with kids, and knows how to balance positive praise and constructive feedback! He knows how to work with kids and push them to excel at higher levels!

My son has been baseball training with Bret for several months now. It is the favorite part of my sons week! Not only does Bret teach the necessary skills and provide the tools and techniques to get better, but he also puts a strong emphasis on having fun, learning the power of confidence, and understanding mental toughness. Bret has been a real pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to any baseball player looking to improve their game and enjoy one on one training!

My 10 year old son started seeing Bret here at Legends and is loving his training sessions. Not only do they do some baseball drills working on technical aspects, they do strength training together. It has improved his confidence and skills for the spring and summer seasons, and we will continue training with Bret!
