Best place to go swimming they got everything go to the sauna it’s a must!!! wish they had more complimentary passes tho The guest passes are 15$ and you can only go 3 times a year so be mindful of when and how you go about those 3 times The pools are always clean and the lap pool goes up to 9 feet 6 inches the life guards are nice and friendly

I enrolled my son in their Adaptive Swim class, and my son loves it. I have had difficulty finding a swim class my son likes, but this class has been perfect for him. The instructor is very attentive and patient, and because I am with him, he feels more confident, something many other swim classes do not offer. I also have come to enjoy the community of the other families. He doesn't want to leave when it is over. The extra pool, which is separate from the lap pool, makes the difference. The facilities are also clean and well kept. The price is reasonable, even for non-members. I looked at other Adaptive Swim programs, and they cost much more. I am so happy I found this class. The staff at the reception desk is also very helpful. It is located near The Hub in Mott Haven, so there both 2 train lines and many busses that stop nearby. I also enjoy stopping by Cookies afterward to buy some essentials for my son.

I just learned about the Silver Sneakers program that the city's new Aetna plan offers. La Central and Blink gym sponsors the program in my area. I NeVER knew if LA Central opened in 2021? I look forward to joining depending on the pool availability.

Sadly, I was hoping to sign up for a month long membership, due to finances. And I cannot sign up unless I put a card on file. And that was it. I asked if I could speak to a manager. nope. Seems like a great place, otherwise.

Friendly, considerate, accommodating crew. Clean welcoming atmosphere. Now we all wear caps, so why was there hair strewn against the side of the pool the other day??? Do not drink the water Gee.

Great staff, always helpful and friendly. Clean and sanitary workout areas conducive to a well kept gym environment. Machine maintenance and repairs usually get done in a timely manner. The only bad thing is that the toilet tissue completely runs out often and no matter how much the staff wants to help there's nothing to be done till the next supply shipment. Other than that it's a great gym to work out in.

the staff is cool and the gym itself isn't that bad but they made it really hard for me to cancel. I went at least 4-5 times in person to cancel and nothing. Always got told there was a problem with the system. Last week I went to another PF since I had a black membership and cancelled there super easy on my first try.

Honestly this is my 3rd review after coming faithfully the past couple of weeks I see that it’s the members that miss treat the gym. Although I’m still not happy with the training situation I want to shout out the 2 boys who work every night , I have not cancelled because of them. I’ve been seeing them kill it on the floor, I’m pretty happy it took me a while to warm up to the location but thank you to the boy in pink hat and short cut , I appreciate you both for looking out and making sure we got what we need at night. After 7 is really the best time to come.

Been going for a year afternoon & night is less crowded I only wish it was 24 hours again. The manager Diana is Amazing and the night guys Kevin Darius and Cris are soo funny & helpful & whole staff is always checking on us making sure we always good. Best PF in the Bronx !!!

My experience at first was wonderful I had my husband come with me because I had a black card. This Sunday we was told I had to rescan my card and he can’t use the massage machine because the new protocol is I the card holder can only use it because he can is a guest. We know all the staff there we have a good time and now he can't use the massage machines. We both suffer from bone and back pain this helps a lot after a workout. We was asked if we want to speak to manager because no manager is there. The staff in front a new staff member called the manager Janelle. She was unprofessional rude and wouldn’t let us speak and speak over us. Cut us off and still spoke over us. The way she spoke to us was like she had paid our membership! She was so disrespectful!! And the people infront of us was cancelling their membership it’s not a coincidence!!!They said planet fitness is a scam even a coincidence or not we do not deserve this treatment we need the gym for our health benefits it was horrible!!! The way a manager came on the phone with her disrespectful attitude!! I will never ever go to planet fitness!!! That manager was distasteful!!

I love this gym it's right in the neighborhood it's clean convenient and has everything you need to get the job done and move forward for the day.. 💯🙏

Gym is nice clean gotta know the right hours to go . My only complaint is upstairs weight section smells like azz like a window or a air purifier and some plug ins are needed because all the weight lifting and sweat is definitely in the air bad upstairs 😭💯 I met Maria during a free session and idk what everyone is saying that she’s grate trainer but she isn’t her ideas and workouts are old skool and she thinks one diet fits all didn’t like that and her breath is foul . Besides from that the gym is grate love it .

This gym is always packed and no offense to anyone but it definitely seems to be an amateur at work in the evening hours!! So if you are like me and very serious about your overall physical fitness, do yourself a favor and skip the 15:00 - 19:00 hours every day here.

Relatively new and not crowded in the early afternoon UPDATE: I used to workout at this gym when I worked in the area. I have a second office in the area now and am happy to have returned. The gym is still not too crowded in the early afternoon. Lots of great equipment.

Would give less than one star if I could. Bad manager, awful staff, terribly rude gym-goers. Very messy. Random dumbbells on the floor as you try to walk. About 20-30 different dumbbells & ez curl bars lying on the floor (difficult to find what you want).
