Fantastic experience as a visitor to Orlando. Plenty of parking, helpful staff. Very clean facilities. Gym equipment is actually pretty good and I got a great workout there. The rest of the club had lots of areas, public and private. Clean, refreshing showers, and a whole variety of men. I arrived during the weekend day during a Bear event so a good number of bears but plenty of other types of guys too. Will definitely be coming back.

This is an amazing gay bathhouse, one of the 2 best I've ever been to. The warm, friendly, professional staff keep everything clean for us and keep this place running great. Over the years, I have seen Club O become more and more body positive. Bears, Daddies and Chubs are now VERY welcome here. 5 out of 5 stars from me (a Gay BearChub)!!!! 😇😈🐻🐷

Not too bad, despite the hot tub not working as well as the wet sauna. The man cave out back was a nice touch plus along the outer perimeter of the man cave allows you to play outside. Staff was super friendly and the establishment itself was very clean.

I started going weekly a month ago, and just purchased a 6 month membership. I do have a suggestion to have day events on the weekend instead of nights. It would be nice to participate at an earlier time, since I have a long commute home. They do a great job cleaning. Always someone cleaning while I visit.

I truly enjoyed myself at club Orlando. It was my first visit to this establishment. It reminds me ao much of the Denver Swim Club. The club is not the biggest but it is big enough for the crowd in orlando. The place is reasonably priced, and the staff is very helpful and nice. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of space to lay out and get some sun. The. Facility has a outside gotten and a indoor sauna. The steam room was closed when I was there. There isn't a ton of rooms but they have lockers. There are plenty of dark cornora to play in also.

I've been coming to this gym for 2 years now. It's always clean, and the staff is super friendly. Recently, a new trainer arrived, Lawrenzo. Wow, I can only say that I'm excited to get back to being consistent with my workouts and doing them the right way. I trained with him last week and I loved it. He's super respectful, professional, and the best part is his vibe. You have to train with him!!

Lawrenzo the trainer is great. If you don’t really know what you are doing, I recommend you schedule your sessions with him. He loves his job and he knows how to help people get to their goals.

Leah was very friendly when I came in AND honest. I asked if it was $18 for the day and instead of saying yes and keeping it she said no and that the first time was free. Then later she was very helpful when I inquired about membership costs. As far as the gym I loved how the dumbbells go past 100’s since I’m ok with 120’s (the max dumbbell is 200), they have stairmasters, it feel very old school in there which I like and it wasn’t FREEZING like other gyms so you can actually work up a sweat! 10/10 experience for my first time here!

Amazing gym, everything needed for a gruesome leg day! A lot of experienced lifters, great atmosphere, and huge selection of equipment to get that workout done for the week. One thing I didn’t like was the obnoxious little girls taking photos in the mirror and hogging machines. But, other than that, amazing bodybuilding gym! Lastly, Byron had to be the greatest, most humble, and helpful bodybuilder I’ve ever met! His amazing customer service even under pressure was very impressive and professional. Byron is the man!!

Overall great experience and always a great lift before work. Was in Orlando for a little over a week and the environment was there and music. Seeing everyone trying to achieve there goals and having a successful. If you are in Orlando, check out this gym! 40 bucks for a week and 20 bucks for a day. Not bad for the price.

Heavy duty, hard core, full service gym. 🏋🏻Spacious health and fitness gym. 💪🏽. If you’re looking for a complete gym fully equipped to get in a comprehensive work-out, this is the place. 💪🏼. Bring your own water bottle. No water fountain. But full service restroom with showers. Lots of young people here who are serious about their health. 💪🏾. Lots of trophies and photos on the wall. Excellent facility.

Everyone is super kind and helpful! As a female with little experience in a public gym they were absolutely wonderful! No one is pushing in any way, shape, or form. They answer any and all questions you have, overall a very family oriented environment! I spoke with Byron and Coach Jay and they were both absolutely Excellent! Thank you so much guys!

The gym is extremely clean, including the restrooms and showers. I was pleasantly surprised ‼️ The gym also doesn't smell like a gym, it actually has a pleasant smell. The staff is helpful and kind. I'm happy I decided to finally try it out. Hint. You can get a day pass for free by signing up on the app. This allows you to check it out for yourself before signing up. I tried it & am extremely happy I did.

Planet Fitness is the perfect gym for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and affordable fitness experience. This location is a fine gym. Clean, but small. The staff is usually very helpful and kind. I’d like to recognize an employee that went above and beyond for me to help transfer to another location. She was multi tasking with three different people flawlessly while also speaking in a different language to a guest. I did not catch her name, but this was 11/7/24 at 10:20am. Excellent, give her a raise!

I just recently joined planet fitness from another gym (name i won't mention) and have to say I am very impressed. I must acknowledge the trainer Mike who really welcomed me and keeps the gym looking how a gym should look. The organization, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere is precisely what a proper gym should feel like. I am absolutely impressed and it's just the right size and layout is amazing...thanks Mike and Planet fitness ...i can now feel proud and excited to be a part of a real proper gym!

No small lockable lockers for your keys etc, only larger lockers in the bathrooms that you have to bring your own lock for. Machines are quite old and there are only three benches in the dumbbell area when there is enough room for at least two more. 11am on a Thursday and it took over 30 minutes for a bench in the dumbbell area to become available. Minimal area for core/ab workouts and only about 4-5 mats available for use. So if you’re planning on doing a core workout be prepared to feel cramped for space.

I've been going to CRUNCH FITNESS for 2 months my experience has been great! The gym is spacious and clean, The fitness classes offered are diverse and cater to all levels. From HIIT ZONE to 360-3X, zumba and Chisel there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They're always ready to help with any questions or give tips on using the equipment. The gym has a positive vibe with a community feel. Whether you're a beginner or a regular. I love it 😍 is my personal self care 💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

there are two crunch closed to me. this is my fav bc of the layout, especially after the renovation. staff is nice and friendly, it gets packed at certain times but once u find the perfect time, the crowd is pretty light. i wish it had other amenities like the other ones have, hot yoga classroom, indoor pool etc.

I've been a member of Crunch for five years after belonging to a bunch of other high end commercial gyms (Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness, Equinox) and Crunch does the best job of recreating the feeling of an NCAA Division One weight room. Very inclusive staff and environment with plenty of power racks, speciality glute machines, plenty of dumbbells and a wide variety of cardiovascular machines and group training classes. Highly recommend!

I trained with Morgan for almost 6 months. She is an amazing trainer. Started this fitness journey frustrated and not knowing where to start. She taught me a lot and was very patient with me. Now I can confidently come to the gym and know what I am doing. I would recommend her. Her spirit is uplifting and kept me motivated!

LOVE this gym, super affordable, convenient location, and I have to say the new renovations did this place wonders! it feels like a brand new luxury gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone they have everything you need to fun classes, and so much workout equipment. I love it!

I reviewed Planet Fitness before and the one on Chickasaw. The staff are just so so kind. When you enter they greet you, they help you quickly. They’re just really good kids. The Bell aisle location the staff aren’t as kind but it’s a better location, newer equipment, better tanning selection, and massage chairs/tables

Liam is an exceptional fitness trainer! He goes above and beyond in explaining the muscles we're working on and how the equipment contributes to achieving the desired results. I've worked with several trainers in the past, but Liam is by far the best. Unlike my previous experiences where I dreaded going to the gym, I now look forward to each session. He creates a fun, creative, and safe environment that makes every workout enjoyable and rewarding. His motivation and energy are contagious, and he makes training exciting rather than feeling like a punishment. Thanks to his expertise and support, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my fitness. Best planet fitness location I’ve been to! Liam and Mycahi are the nicest front desk staff and are always accommodating for all the guest needs. After the renovations over the summer, this gym has even more equipment than before. Highly recommended!

It’s pretty clean most of the time, the front desk team is friendly and helpful, only gave 4 stars because they don’t have red-light therapy, otherwise it would be 5.

I've been going to Belle Isle PF on and off for about a decade and I personally love it here. It's my very favorite PF of all and it's actually improved since from I first started. The staff legit cares, is friendly and has solid information every single time I check with them. The only downside is it's not open 24 hours over the weekend, but having a Black Card, I can just go to another PF that is open with similar distance and time for those times. Belle Isle PF is just better in every category, IMO. With a Black Card upgraded membership I can use the tanning and massage, plus my Wife can accompany me for free. I love working out with my Wife. I never checked with any trainers before. PF seems to anti- push that to keep it judgement free, so I have no idea what those things in the board are about. I'm told they're not classes but they're instructional on how to use the equipment? That's the only thing I never really get a straight answer on. Probably they're instructed to not push that, and that really goes for every PF I've even been to. Heck, I'd pay for some personal training even if it's group lead, but I can understand them wanting to keep it affordable

Jose was EVERYTHING! For a first timer, I was a bit nervous but as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed! He did a great job teaching and made it fun. He also was managing that place like a pro! He was helping people sign in, taking numbers for the class, and teaching me how to begin and never missed a beat. Very personable! I would definitely come back. Thanks so much Jose.

9Round Fitness is truly the best place to work out! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an energy that’s both motivating and inspiring. The amazing instructors are the heart and soul of this gym. They push you daily, ensuring you reach your fitness goals while also making each session fun and engaging.- Each session leaves you feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.

This is the best workout of any others I have ever done. It’s the perfect combination of cardio and strength training in a short 35 minutes. It has has changed my body! The owner Jose, is very involved and always there making sure you are doing it the right way and encouraging you. 100% I recommend!

I have been going to this location since April 2024. They have great staffs and clean facility. The only thing that disappoints me is a long time to replace damage pad. I have reported the damage pad for this abs equipment before Thanksgiving of 2024. It is Jan, 2025 now and it’s still not fixed!! I came back today, Jan 30th, 2025, after taking 2 weeks off and it’s still not fixed. Please see the attached pic that I took this morning.

I’ve come here for years but cannot any longer. I reached out to Planet Fitness about a concern I have over a month ago now, and I have not heard back. For a few months, I’ve been noticing an increase in suspicious persons at the gym. First of all, I’m not talking about the homeless persons who come in to use the showers; they're not breaking any laws, so there’s zero issue with it. What I am talking about is actual suspicious persons: people who do not appear to be wearing proper gym attire, footwear no less, and they are either on the machines dillydallying (feigning use), looking around, or standing around. Many of them have backpacks. On one day, the day I reported the observation, a young man was dressed in all white business-casual attire and intermittently raised his shirt to reveal a white band around his chest (appeared like a medical wrap, although he did not behave as though he was injured or hurt in any way). This has caused a great deal of unease for me and likely anyone else who is alert in these times. We don’t know if they’re there to properly exercise or conduct surveillance for a future event. It used to be where terror attacks were planned on a large scale, but tactics are changing. Small scale attacks tend to throw a culture off more and create a sense of unrest, and this is where it seems things are going. All public places have a responsibility to ensure the safety of their patrons, and not only will this facility not reply to my concern, they do not even have cameras. I urge everyone to please be vigilant in the times in which we are living and to report all suspicious persons to the employees. I’ve been coming to Planet Fitness for years and have thought all of the staff are very nice. Unfortunately, we no longer have the luxury of a safe homeland, and we can no longer expect attacks to be solely on a large scale (and therefore not happen to us).

The staff Paul and Ernesto are very professional and go above and beyond. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so cold in the women's locker room. Please turn up air it's set in the mid to low 60's. Up to 70's.

Employees are helpful and kind and the equipment cleaned regularly. I feel welcomed and accepted even though I'm still trying to learn a way around. I recommended my sisters join and 2 of the 3 have done so at other facilities. It is a safe, free zone to exercise.

I consistently have great experiences at the Orlando (Chickasaw) Location. It is aways clean, well equipped, and the staff, lead by Dreysen, is always professional, friendly, and fun to talk to. Andrew and Ski are so much fun. I always feel welcomed and like family. I travel all year and visit 45 PF clubs throughout the U.S. and this one is absolutely my favorite.

I started attending this gym at the beginning of 2024. It has been a life changing experience. The friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place, the efficient, helpful staff have made it my three-times-weekly happy place. And for most seniors like myself there is NO basic attendance fee. I opted to pay for individual coaching. Shout-out to my brilliant trainer, Arrick Kennedy. He seems personally invested in his clients’ progress, constantly motivating and challenging them. Under his guidance I have made gains in my physical strength, general health and self-confidence that I would not have believed possible.

Gym is fine though can get crowded. Warning, if you cancel your membership within 30 days of the annual renewal, they still charge you for the annual fee even if you aren't going to be using the gym after that. Unfair consumer practices.

Went here for my last two years at UCF - I absolutely loved this YouFit! In a convenient location, never too busy, very kind and helpful staff, clean facility, and affordable rates. On the smaller side, but has pretty much all the equipment you need! My only complaint is that the AC would go out sometimes, so it can get pretty hot. Other than that, I loved going here, and I’d recommend it to anyone 😊 The only reason I left was because I moved.

Been coming here for years, all the staff is friendly, the place is always clean and it is very well priced. Wish they had a couple of more benches because it can get pretty packed in the evenings, but what gym doesn’t? Other than that, really no complaints at all. Great people, highly recommend it.

In my opinion you fit gyms is quite a scam and a racket, they are noticed on the better Business bureau as a d - rating. All of their complaints are typically about overcharging customers and promising more than they can fulfill. I had a terrible experience joining them 2 months ago, Misty and Chris signed me into a contract that I clearly did not want and they did not supply me with a signed contract, they told me it would be emailed to me but it was not. Long story short is they never told me about any additional fees. Within a 2-month period they charged over $500 to my credit card without me knowing I have a very big ongoing dispute and going to seek legal actions against the company. Too much to explain in a text, but if you look at Google reviews and yelp, their ratings are extremely poor and all of them is due to disputes overcharging customers.

Nice equipment. Helpful female staff. Poor cleaning service in women's bathrooms. Also the quick circuit area is never enforced despite signs and cameras saying it will be. The male workers have not been helpful with these issues.

Amazing Experience at Planet Fitness Waterford Lakes! I’ve been consistently impressed with my experience at the Planet Fitness in Waterford Lakes, Orlando, and it’s largely thanks to Nathaniel! He’s always so helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, he answered all my questions about the Black Card benefits and explained everything clearly, from scheduling and access to the tanning beds, massage chairs, HydroMassage, and the Total Body Enhancement system. His expertise really made me feel comfortable with all the options available. What makes Nathaniel stand out is his warm personality. He’s always quick to say hello, happy to assist, and genuinely makes me feel welcome every time I walk in. Planet Fitness is lucky to have such a dedicated team member, and I’m grateful for his help! Highly recommend this gym for its great facilities and exceptional staff. Thank you so much for bringing such an awesome gym to our community! Disappointed with Follow-Up on Cleanliness Concerns I was recently contacted by Planet Fitness in Waterford Lakes to provide feedback on their services. During the survey, I brought up a specific concern regarding the cleanliness of the men's bathroom counters around the faucets. Despite acknowledging my concern, the staff made no effort to address the issue. When I followed up directly with the staff and management, their response was dismissive and unprofessional, with an attempt to shift the blame instead of taking accountability. This is especially frustrating given that they reached out to me for feedback, which I assumed was meant to improve the experience for members. After reviewing other comments online, it’s clear that I’m not alone in being disappointed by the cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what I expect from a gym that promotes a welcoming and clean environment. Update 1/15/2024: The reply to my review is a generic copy-and-paste response, which shows they don’t even take the time to read and understand customer concerns. If they had, they’d know I already spoke with management. This only adds to the frustration—it’s more gaslighting from their staff and management. Cleanliness and customer feedback should be taken seriously, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here.

All of the cable machines need to be oiled. I've been attending this location for weeks now and it has not been done. Please care for the machines more consistently. The abductor machines also need to be cleaned.

I love the gym. It’s clean and very relaxing!! There’s a young man at the desk ; his name is Noah. He is kind , warm and gives outstanding customer service! He’s an asset to the company! Promoting him and compensating him for his outstanding customer service will be to your benefit!

!!!!! TRUCKERS. !!!! I’m a truck driver and i parked my truck here while i was doing my workout at Planet Fitness (around two hours). there is no sign about no semi trucks. You can park if you want to go to Planet Fitness.

Staff are chill and the gym is clean. Manager Juan even put my favorite genre of music on the RockBot! I recommend PF to everybody. :^)

Each and every time I enter this gym every single employee is so nice, welcoming and helpful. I also love the variety of cardio-exercise & strength training equipment and other means of getting a good workout. But most of all there is truly an environment of "no judgement." I am currently obese (not for long, though) and never once have I felt judged or been made to feel less than. Yes, even fellow patrons are respectful and courteous! I love coming here and this will be my gym of choice for a long time to come.

I was impress on how clean these gyms are, I just joint recently about a month ago, coming from other gyms. The other gyms are all trashy and the equipment are all absolute very old. I have the black card and did visit other gyms around town. They are all very clean and the machines they have are very modern. The only thing they need are more free weight machine or equipment. That is all they need to be the BEST in our area.

I want to register my indignation with this school, when I enrolled my child I had to pay a deposit of the monthly fee, and was told that if she no longer attended classes this amount would be refunded to my account, I gave them 30 days notice before canceling the enrollment, and now they simply told me that the down payment amount would not be refunded. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS, THEY ARE BLATANTLY DECEIVING US. I REPUDIATE THIS TYPE OF SITUATION.

This has been a good fit for my daughter. She is a competitive gymnast who will not go to the Olympics. Lots of coaches who all care. Good facility. The prices are very reasonable for the sport. UPDATE: my daughter now coaches here. So, I can say that the after school and rec programs are very good. The coaches do a lot to try and make it a positive experience and grow the kids skills.

This place is very unorganized. Soon as you come in it reeks of feet and sweat. The place is not as clean. Very Over priced and NEVER PARKING available. I do not recommend if you want your child to be a star.
