Best Gyms with Free Wi Fi near Cypress, Texas

Love this PF location. I'm a Black Card member who goes to workout at many various PF locations. This is one of the cleanest gyms I've been to. I actually witnessed a PF Associate cleaning the Men's locker room. I've never seen this before as most locations wait until the contracted cleaning crew comes in late at night to perform a quick housekeeping clean up. There are plenty of various workout machines & tv monitors to view. Outstanding job Cypress location.

Wow!!! This was my 1st time to this location off 290 & Spring Cypress! Walked in around noon on a Sunday and I was very pleasantly surprised! This place was “Gleaming” like the Emerald City!!! They have soo many cardio machines to choose from and their treadmills are Amazing! Place was top to bottom clean! Locker Rooms, showers and Bathroom Clean and Just soo esthetically pleasing! Employees on floor cheerful and helpfully! Natalie helped me figure out the tv connection and she was very kind and genuine! The Spa Club was wow!!! I think I’ll be coming to this location more often!!

I would give zero stars if I could. A bald man behind the desk, possibly in his mid-40s, gave me the worst customer service experience of my life. My girlfriend and I decided to try out this location for the first time today, and we will never go back. We finished our leg workout and wanted to try the Black Card Spa, which initially drew us in. When we approached the desk to use the Beauty Angel and the tanning bed, the bald man immediately yelled, “NO, YOU CANNOT DO THAT.” Puzzled, I asked for clarification, but he just kept repeating himself before finally explaining that we both needed memberships to use the machines. Fine, but he could have communicated that like a normal person. I decided to wait while my girlfriend used the tanning bed. The bald man then asked her to choose a number between 1-6 for how badly she thought she would burn. Confused, she responded, “You can max it out; I don’t burn.” Instead of accepting her answer, he continued to patronize her, demanding she pick a number. This man clearly lacks customer service skills and professionalism. He seems to hate his job and retaining customers even more. Planet Fitness, this man is a liability to your company!

it's a pretty decent sized gym with lots of good amenities my wife has a membership and she can bring along a friend. it shows not to sign up for planet fitness because I can always join her. and I did sign up at crunch fitness at their top membership so I can bring her to some of the classes that they have that planet fitness does not offer.

After being gone from the gym for a couple of months, due to the holidays and some medical issues I had to deal with. I had finally had the time to come back to the gym, only to find at my dismay, that this gym is no longer 24/7. The only reason I go to this gym is because it is so conveniently close to my work place, and to find out that I can only go 3 times a day instead of my usual 5, I feel as if it's just no longer worth it going here. I think I might as well just cancel my membership, if I can't go to this gym whenever I can/want...just plain inconvenient..

I've worked out at gyms across the country for almost 32 years. I've found most to be managed decently, with small issues based on preferences here and there, but all promote and maintain a safe environment. Not Lifetime Cypress. If you want to work out from 4-7AM, avoid this place. There is a group of folks (that seems to grow by the week) that are there every morning and monopolize entire areas of the workout area. The males are bullies and have been known to harass female members. They also threaten violence towards anyone who gets in their way. Most gyms I've frequented have a floor manager available to resolve these types of issues...at this Lifetime location, the inmates run the asylum. I have found the staff to be friendly; most are doing the best they can with the tools they have. The workout area culture - which is created by the *lack of* management - is appalling and unsafe. Almost all members I speak with are just putting up with this place until a better option opens.

BRIAN (on the sales team) IS AMAZING!!!! JOHNNY (at the poolside cafe) offers 5 STAR luxury resort service and of course PAM (personal trainer/life coach) IS EVERYTHING… book her now. Thank you again, Brian for the tour, signing us up & assisting our family as we become acclomated to this wonderful new world. The Cypress location is filled with an incredible 5-star service staff, beautiful non-judgmental members, family friendly energy and yet there is still a vibe of adult sexiness… (w/ bottle service by the pool🥂🍾).. sure it’s a lil pricey… but worth every cent.. for health, wellness, fitness & luxury. ~ Elle & Elijah and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this gym, I love that is always very clean and staff is always very nice and friendly. HOWEVER I wish they would enforce the no recording policy, I find it super disrespectful and annoying when people have a whole set up with a tripod to record them selves working out, I pay too much money for my membership to be on the background of someones video. I understand taking a picture but recording your whole workout is ridiculous and rules should be enforced.

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and you could spend all day there. The spa is awesome, always clean, machines all work, everything is organized. There’s a great group of pickleball players, pool area is fantastic. It’s worth the membership for sure.
