Best Gyms with Free Wi Fi near Brockton, Massachusetts

Long morning… longtime customer for years. It's been a long time since I’ve been on the road to working out, but I’ve been paying my membership all along. I made payments on the gym account, with a bank account which I rarely use, and was informed I had to pay 1 month and fee three days ago, 1 day later; boom, I was charged again with another payment and fee. The rep could have informed me I was going to get charged again the next day. I did not even have a chance to make a transfer. Asked to have the one fee waived Manager Lawrence stated he would not. I have put up with the facility here especially the women’s bathroom and showers disgusting at times but still remained loyal In coming here. I will try a cleaner, convenient and better customer service experience at CRUNCH FITNESS not even a mile away. As I stated to Lawrence manager who showed no empathy to the situation.

I called about the 30 minute workout red and green light. I asked when was it going to get repaired. The 1st response I got was….Yes we do have a 30 minute workout room. I repeated myself and asked when will the light in that workout room be fixed. The second response was You can use the 30 minute workout room. I knew then that the person didn’t have a clue about what I was talking about. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that I can call back next week to speak to a manager. Wow, there should be some kind of heads up about the status of the light being fixed. Lots of members look forward to that light to time their 30 minutes

I went in to get a tan and the guy who worked there who worked behind the counter made me sign in when I did sign in I had to check the time on my phone to see what time it was to put the time the date etc and the guy said “ do you not know your own name?” Was kind of rude there was several signs stating eye protective wear is mandatory and he did not offer at all nor did he clean the tanning bed before I went in my first and last time tanning at planet fitness tan was okay but service was 1/10

There needs to be a no phone policy for the staff especially when there is only one working. I stopped by today to workout for an hour. Since I deal with arthritis I like to use the hydromassage before working out but after a fruitless search and waiting for twenty minutes for someone to book me I left. It was the third time in a row I had to wait for an employee at the desk. If they were actually working elsewhere (like emptying the usually overflowing trash cans) I would not mind but the one worker was either outside or sitting in the Black Card area playing on his phone the previous two visits.

Excellent staff and clean facility. I only left because I relocated. Nicci is nothing short of amazing. The level of service provided was 5 star. Also, Craig who is a trainer I would highly recommended. Great workout inspirational and highly supportive I'm helping you reach your goals!!!

Great hours ! They have an abundant assortment of cardio machines that always work and always available..Plenty of free weights , nautilus equipment and overall space , well maintained by friendly employees. For the membership cost , it’s the best value around for a gym that can accommodate all ages and abilities.

Crunch Fitness has fantastic staff and all the benefits of a bigger gym while keeping membership prices down. If you don't have a membership at any gym and want one, Crunch is the way to go. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to training at this facility. Good vibes, helpful and professional staff. Classes are amazing and instructors extremely dedicated to members. A place where I find my me time and a piece of mind while working on my fitness/health goals. The best part is also how clean the place is at all times. Thank you for making working out easy comfortable and fun.🥰💪🏽🙏🏽

The gym is kept clean and in good order. The 1 star review is because the staff are so rude. Normally it doesn’t matter but when you are constantly stared at and comments are clearly made about other people at the gym then it gets uncomfortable. Young man that works the afternoon shift is chatty Cathy

I love this planet! Im all over the south shore in various times of the year and this one has the best vibe by far. Staff is very helpful and they always greet me with a smile and a hello. What a positive environment! Thank you!

I just wanted to leave a review because they have great staffs that actually cares.There was a situation where Anthony one of the staffs at the front desk had to step in to do CPR to save someone’s life!!! Thank you! 5 stars for this PF

Nice secondary gym. Especially in a time crunch. I went for the 1st time yesterday, i was pleasantly surprised by how CLEAN and modern it was inside. Nice relaxed environment. Staff helpful. I would say I wish they had more room for benches. I felt like the “cardio” machines dominate lol. But very very clean gym. Probably the cleanest I’ve encountered in the city.

Very nice and clean Gym. You don't need to wait for a machine, there's a lot of options.. Running / 30min Full workout / Abs / Stretching / showers / lockers, everything for workout and after workout needs. 24H service and you you may bring a guest which is awesome.

Love this place, but they need to monitor the Biggest Loser space. People will jump right in the middle of the circuit , sit on the machine, texting with complete disregard for the people trying to complete the circuit
