This gym was great when I started coming here 2 years ago. I’ve noticed the management role has changed multiple times since then. In the past few weeks, everything about this location seems to be deteriorating. Only 1 working stairmaster out of 6, equipment and weights left on the ground in random places, used paper towels all over the gym, staff not refilling spray bottles/paper towels, and staff has become less welcoming/unfriendly. Going to different locations has made me realize how negative my recent experiences have been here. I do not recommend this location.

I’ve been coming here for years and typically I’ve had okay experiences. Recently it’s been consistently negative. Broken machines, really dirty locker room, dirty paper towels left all over the cardio and weight equipment. I’m really disappointed in how gross it’s been trying to work out here lately. Having machines out of order this time of year is truly hard too, very limited options and longer wait times to use equipment. Such a bummer to see this place going downhill.

Had a membership here for a few years, not bad in price. It was a promotion 1 dollar down. The gym is okay, not too many free weights or workout machines used for your legs. Has only 4 stairclimbers, only 3 cable machines, no bench press. You can get a decent workout here. This location seems to be up to par on being clean, not too much on the outside. Also, cars "people living in cars" take the parking spaces in front of the gym.

Sooo gooood! As far as pf's are concerned this one is top tier! From a equipment and floor plan / layout perspective it's open, inviting, inclusive, and there's enough to go around. Points off for bathroom cleanliness but I'm here to train not hangout in a restroom so it's the least of my worries but just being fair and honest with the review. Still 5 stars. Cheers.

The African American male with the dreads who was working on Sunday evening just stays on his phone and gives 0 attention to certain customers as if they don’t exist at all when checking in. acts like they’re not there at all. But says hello to certain people. I guess being acknowledged depends on what you look like or the color of your skin. Cause he says hey to his people.

The members at this gym are a different vibe. As a gay woman I felt very comfortable as people would not stop staring, giving looks. Not a comfortable gym for everyone. Lap pool was sorta clean, really needs to be drained more.

They have great kid care! Very clean & safe. My little one was nervous to go at first but they do all they can to make him comfortable which usually entails them holding him the whole time but they stay positive and hold my little nugget for an hour while I workout.

I love this gym. I’ve been coming here for three years now . They have great staff, very friendly !!! great trainers , variety of machines, variety of classes. You can attend different hours. It’s pretty clean for such a huge gym. They just renovated. They change the carpets. They put some new machines on and it’s really affordable, even if you buy the whole membership, even personal trainers are affordable and there are different ones with different backgrounds and knowledge so it’s really nice. It’s my favorite gem so far. .

The water pressure is super low for the water fountains. There are so many machines out of order and the majority of them and their peripherals have seen too much use- should be replaced. That basketball court feels cramped! Decent gym, but for a VASA, I've seen better.

I have been a regular at this VASA location for the past six months, and overall, it has been a positive experience, contrary to some of the more negative reviews. The most common complaint I've encountered is about the cleanliness of the locker rooms, and unfortunately, I have to agree with this. As of my last visit, the men's locker room could definitely use some attention in terms of sanitation. That said, I personally don’t use the locker room often since I prefer to go in, work out, and leave. I always keep my backpack or gym bag with me during my workout because I’ve heard about belongings being stolen. If you plan to use the lockers, I highly recommend bringing a combo or padlock for added security, or simply keep your items with you to avoid any issues. Beyond that, this gym has a lot to offer. It’s spacious and well-equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines. The staff has been friendly and helpful in my experience, and the membership fee is reasonable, especially compared to other gyms that are smaller and offer fewer amenities. The gym recently underwent renovations, which temporarily impacted the experience—certain areas were closed off, making the space feel crowded. However, now that the renovation is complete, things have returned to normal, and I haven’t encountered any issues finding equipment or space to exercise. As with any gym, the crowd level can vary depending on the time and day you visit. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, making it harder to find available machines, but in general, it's manageable. All in all, I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a solid, local option with plenty to offer at a reasonable price—just be mindful of the locker rooms.

I had my membership for quite some time with PF but had to recently cancel due to medical reasons. PF the business isn't bad, I enjoy going to the gym. BUT the front desk staff at this location was VERY rude. I wasn't able to catch her name as she didn't have a name tag on but she was blonde with an ugly septum piercing. I was having trouble with my bill and she was very rude in explaining things to me when I already knew the answer. Wouldn't give me a chance to speak and was accusing me that it was my fault. She had ZERO customer service! When I am able to return to the gym after this medical surgery is healed, I may or may not decide to go back. IF I do decide to get a membership again at this PF. I DO NOT want to speak with her ever again, I will always ask to speak to someone else. Which honestly is a shame because I have never had trouble with anyone at the front desk before. Every else is so genuinely nice.

The Arapahoe Crossing location is amazing! Employees are friendly, helpful and hardworking. They aren’t always at the desk, but that is because they are always stocking paper towels + cleaner and keeping things looking good. The club is clean and quiet. I paid way more for 24 Hour and it was never clean and the equipment was always broken. Not here! Never found a machine that didn’t work, with the exception my favorite thing there…the aqua-massage table. Always equipment available to use. All my guests have been super impressed too!!

Tried the gym once with a trial period for a month. Never paid the annual fee and now I’m they’re coming at me for almost 6 months of membership that I haven’t paid. The agreement stated that I’d have to pay my annual fee before my membership could actually begin. Now they won’t cancel the membership and will continue to charge until the overdue balance is paid for a membership I never finalized. 24 hour fitness is better. Everything is done in one session. Right up the street, more amenities and after the you pay for the year it ends up being $25 a month. Don’t settle for less.

I have been going as a guest to decide if I want to join. I have been twice so far. The majority of the employees do not smile or greet you at the front desk. I mean come on customers wipe down equip so it is not like the employees are working hard or anything. With that said Brandon is always pleasant and friendly, and I really do appreciate him. The place is clean and all equip. works great.

This ymca gym is very well kept and clean. The trainers are also very nice to help you when you do not know how to use a certain machine. Everyone has been extremely helpful and I love it here so much !

I’ve been a member for about two years now and really enjoy it. The facility is clean and I never have trouble finding a machine to use. I’ve done the kickboxing, body pump and Pilates classes. Teachers have all been really knowledgeable, welcoming and had great classes for whatever skill level you’re at. My kids have also done a few dance classes, basketball sessions (different location though) and karate and have enjoyed those as well.

Do not sign your kid up for the summer camps here. It isn't worth the money. My kid told me all they did last summer was sit around inside. When it rains, they don't really have any backup plans. She was part of the 'STEM' camp...and they hardly did anything. You can find better camps that are not as expensive elsewhere.

About a month since it opened! The facility, the equipment, the staff all are exceptional! Our kids enjoy their swim lessons, my wife and I enjoy the options for classes and the personalized training program! Remember to get yourself the fitness bands that applies your profile and tracks your activity, if you haven’t already, schedule a walk through and download the app for a more curated workout experience!! This is a much needed facility after an year of lockdowns and restrictions!! Thanks YMCA!

Childcare at this YMCA consists almost exclusively of watching movies, some of which I surmise many parents would object to if they were cognizant of what the children are exposed to (the selection is likely based on preferences of the teenagers looking after childcare). We have attended this YMCA for months and had a pleasant experience. We kindly asked for the television to be off for every visit requiring childcare. On one occasion recently it was turned off in front of the parent, and then turned back on immediately when the parent left to exercise. This had not happened to our knowledge the previous two dozen or so times. Our request had always been respectfully heard. The last time our family went to the YMCA, for the first time they refused to turn the television off at all. Other parents may find no objection to this YMCA's "childcare". I would at least encourage you to take responsibility for the content your children are exposed to here - don't expect discretion from staff. Other YMCA's in the area may provide much better childcare service - such a critical blessing to families with young children, allowing the parents time to exercise. Your children are worth the longer commute!

This gym is my safe haven, semi reluctant to leave a review….don’t want the word to get out. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, constantly restocking and cleaning. Manager does a great job and you can see the love and care she has for this place all around the gym. Uplifting quotes at the front desk, clean showers with stocked soap, clean locker rooms and even boxes of tissue!! This location and staff deserve some recognition!!!

Clean gym in Aurora. Staff is friendly and continuously maintaining equipment and cleanliness. A decent amount of equipment it is enough to hit all parts of the body. My favorite part of this gym, though, is the amazing mountain view. I can't get over it

I am so thankful for the staff at PF who have made my recent start here so streamlined. Coach Reed's training on each piece of equipment maximizes resistance training benefits and minimizes unnecessary strains. I am thankful for the time and care he shows to help each of us learn good techniques. The equipment and facility are well maintained, but it is the staff that makes my time here so beneficial!

Great place to get fit. With the Black Card membership you can access all PF gyms, as well as their hydro-massage. The equipment was updated recently, and they keep the place very clean. 12/10 I'm probably going back in today.

Great gym the staff is very friendly and they're always cleaning the place up so this gym is very tidy and when things break by the time I come back to the gym most of the time it is fixed!! And people that go work out there are usually friendly as well it's my favorite gym because of these reasons and it is not packed all the time like some other gyms! This is the main reason I love this gym!
