Everything you could want in a gym. This place feels like home from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, it's always clean and the community is friendly, encouraging and knowlegable. One of the most important things for me in a gym is that I feel safe and Paradise delivers that and so much more.

I have been going to paradise since mid 2022 and I love it. I love the color scheme and the people are amazing. All the employees are super nice as well and I have had nothing but positive experiences in the gym. I also love the fact that everyone is so willing to help everyone at the gym. Love the place and I always recommend my friends in joining or buying a day pass.

My favorite gym. They have all of the right equipment to get a great workout. They have lots of personal trainers that I see there including my friend Archy who is a great motivator and inspiring person. I always tell my friends they need to go try this gym. In my opinion it’s the best gym out there for the value of your dollar. They have protein shakes, showers and lockers, and Friendly / positive environment that makes you feel good to go workout every day. 😁💪

Facility is decent enough for the price but the staff is extremely unprofessional. I had to freeze my account because I was away from work and they told me just to send an email to Chuck the owner. The next month I got charged so I call the facility and they told me they were going to send a message to Chuck to resolve the issue. I said ok no problem. A month passes and I get charged again. I call the gym again the third time, they tell me I'm lucky because the guy is there to resolve the issue in person that he is going to call me back. (He never does..) So now I'm mad. I call in and demand they get him on the phone so I can at least get my card off the file so they can stop taking my money. Chuck sends me an email that they are finally going to freeze my account and get refunded for those two months. I call in because I want to cancel my membership and not do any business there anymore and Chuck picks up and tells me I need to apologize to the staff.. I tell em: Dude cancel my membership I'm not apologizing. Facility is ok as long as you don't have to interact with the staff there.

The equipment is amazing, especially for powerlifting. The community in this gym is great too, as I’ve been able to learn so much from the other lifters at this gym!

I have been coming to this gym for more than one year, and this is maybe one of the most friendly and cleanest gyms I have ever been, the people working here and amazing, starting with Rosa, who keeps the gym spotless. You can use the floor to exercise knowing that it is perfectly clean, plus she is a ray of sunshine, always has a smile and a good morning, yes she works in the mornings. The gym is organized, and again, the people who are coming and working here make it even better.

How do I start. One of every machine just about. Of the 2 bench machines 1 was broken. People on their phones keeping equipment "utilized" but not being used. It was 4pm on a workday If you like social gyms go here. i bailed 1/2 way thru as same 2 guys were on the only leg curl and extension machines for 25 minutes and counting. Playing with their phones most of the time. Complete waste of time- go to another planet fitness

I have gone to this gym for 3 years and generally was a good experience. I recently started using another gym and would not come often to this PF gym. My problem here is the process of cancelling the membership. I called them and a girl answered the phone (I wish I had gotten her name), I asked if I can cancel my membership and she said I would have to “come in person and sign some documents.” I said “Okay, I will come right now to cancel it” I live less than 10 minutes away from the gym so it was no problem to go in person. I drive there and enter the gym. I see the girl and greeted her and asked if it was her that I spoke to about canceling my membership. She said yes, but then adds, “Oh but the manager just left” and that she was not allowed to cancel my membership. When she told me that I asked her again, “Was it not you that I spoke to on the phone?” And she said “Yeah”. A complete waste of my time and lack of consideration. This was clearly done on purpose so I would not be able to cancel the membership and continue paying. I had to call my bank and explain the situation in order to stop the payments.

I want to take a time to say that I am very glad Rosa came back to the gym.Her hard work is so much appreciate it ,because now everything is clean and neat .Thank you Rosa!

This gym is probably one of the worst gyms I've been to. The staff are really nice and they try their best, but the patrons are completely disrespectful of the place. People leaves dumb bells and plates around. People leave their used paper towels everywhere. The bathroom is disgusting. I feel that staff should pressure the patrons to re rack and clean after themselves. We're all adults here and we shouldn't have to be cleaning up after other people. The gym needs to be bigger for the volume of people that it services. The parking lot definitely needs to be bigger. I only come here out or convenience.

Edit: adding on to my review here as I really tried to give this place a chance. Super expensive for the low end product they produce. In the 4 months since my last review I have cancelled my membership, there has been no improvements on cleaning like promised. It’s actually gotten worse. Bathrooms and showers are dirtier than ever before, equipment is in even worse shape, and the sauna is disgusting, and literally falling apart. Plus it’s never on. If you want to use the sauna you have to go out to the front desk and ask them to turn it on or if you’re in the sauna and it turns off you have to call the front desk. Unfortunately this gym has continued to go downhill at a rapid pace and done nothing to improve with membership fees continuing to sky rocket. Hours are cut so it’s no longer 24/7. Only Monday-Thursday so for many working people it’s no longer useful. Eos now has a super awesome and clean sauna, showers, and 24/7 for $10 a month. I sincerely hope UFC figures this out as I would love to return to this gym someday because I really enjoyed my time here but unfortunately as much as I’ve tried to continue to justify paying the higher price, I just can’t anymore and had to leave. It’s just a disgusting, dirty, and outdated gym with missed potential. Hopefully one day it’ll be under new management or ownership and fix its deep problems but who knows. For now there’s many better and more affordable options.

I love this UFC! Great amenities, great staff and great late night music too. Charles, the general manager, is always willing to help and is so kind. He is awesome!! Great gym if you're looking to find a second home where you can achieve your goals. They even have delicious protein shakes for a post workout meal. Great gym overall and highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Reilly as my boxing class trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, making each session both challenging and fun. Reilly was patient and attentive, ensuring I understood each technique and pushing me to improve every time. His positive attitude and dedication to his clients are truly inspiring. THE WORST!! The front desk Jacqueline is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Would not be a member here solely because of front desk. Head down street to EOS were the staff is respectful. You would think for the price UFC would hire staff with manners.

The staff are so friendly and respectful, so many different and flexible pricing packages, clean, welcoming, great location and even the smoothies are awesome. I’ve never been treated bad, looked down upon, by the staff or members. Great for kids and teens also. Ms. Andrea R is so helpful, fast and knowledgeable. She is everywhere in this place usually with the phone on her ear helping someone while still working the front desk also. She takes the time to answer all your questions and fit you properly for your BJJ gi. Instructors for the martial arts classes are experienced and helpful and welcoming. I love this place. It doesn’t even feel like a gym, it feels like a hangout spot that happens to be gym with everything you will ever need. Coach Victor is one badass dude and makes BJJ so much fun.

Excellent service and attention. Valeria is super sweet and helped me in everything I needed. Has a clear idea of how the contracts work and of the different types of memberships. Overall, super nice and cute. I felt super comfortable and I’d come again anytime!

I would highly recommend a different gym. DO NOT GO HERE. This place tries to prey on people who have never used a gym before and do not speak English . They are out there to scam people out their money. My mother in law went here a couple weeks back. She hasn’t used a gym before and immediately gets signed up to a long term contract with very little understanding what the cost or the terms are. She misunderstood the entire process and was charged fees that were never explained. Also she even was overcharged. She tried to immediately cancel the next visit when she saw money taken out of her bank account and they basically told her too bad you signed up. You owe half of the remaining balance which happened to be over $1000 for going to the gym for one week. The cancellation policy is unethical. Whoever benefits financially from this just know you are taking advantage of immigrants trying to better their life. Again save your time and money find a different place . This place is out there to take advantage of you.

I just started working out here and I always feel welcomed here. This strip mall is easy to drive into, and I can always find parking. It is an open style gym that never feels crowded. The front desk is always friendly. The equipment cables feel smooth to use. There is always plenty of paper towels and disinfectant to use on each equipment. The bathrooms are always clean. The AC temperature always feels great, and the music is never loud. Of the cardio machines I have only used the stairstep machine and it is my favorite to use to start my workout. More often than not people are respectful and put their weights away, so I do like that I don’t have to search the gym for weights. I am very happy to have this as my new gym and they have great convenient type stores to shop at in this strip mall like Publix and CVS. This has been a great gym for me.

8am Saturday. Gym Opened less than 5 minutes ago. Weights and benches are all over the place. This isn’t what a member Wants to walk into when paying a membership. What’s the night shift doing ?

6/26/24 I just want to inform people of the horrible cancellation terms for personal training package . I hope no one else get scammed as my poor mom was. Gym staff do not inform cancellation terms when you sign. This information is only sent to your email 4 days later when it is too late to do any change. Please read carefully the terms because how is written may be misinterpreted. Masiel one of the managers in this location explained there are only 2 ways to cancel the 6month package. Either pay half of the whole price of the package of 6months plus 100% of every month used. Because she recently signed and had used 1 session prior today now she had to pay a total of 1000 dollars to cancel the personal training agreement. The other option is paying 100% percent of every month remaining in the agreement even though she will not use it. Hopefully the owners/managers change the cancellation policy. It currently seems a big scam. Also if youfit charges you extra fees by mistake. They take 30days to refund it. It is unacceptable Update 7/18. Youfit continues charging hundreds of dollars for a service we cancelled last month. Manager Maziel apologized for providing wrong information about fees. But her apologies do not refund the money. This is a nightmare. BIG SCAM

Best organized gym in town, the machine are state of the art, the staff are amazing, gym is very clean definitely recommend

The gym is absolutely stunning and spacious, with very few people, which makes for a great workout experience. They have plenty of new, well-maintained machines, and the music creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, despite the high price, the facilities fall short. There’s only one women’s restroom with a single toilet, no showers, and it’s always dirty. The lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene supplies is unacceptable for such an expensive gym. It’s a shame because the gym has so much potential, but the poor restroom conditions really detract from the overall experience.

Empire is the best gym here in miami. You don’t need to wait long for machines, there is plenty of space, people are respectful, the equipment is top notch, and it’s very clean everything you could ask for in a gym!!!!

Huge facility dedicated for bodybuilding that's both hardcore and luxury, decked out with Panatta machines similar to the elite gyms you only find in Dubai. Worth the drive if you're visiting Miami, and the premiere option if you live in the burbs near Kendall $25 day pass (as of 2023)

I love this gym. It's huge and definitely worth the membership. The owners are lovely people and so is the staff. I love the family vibe this place has. I especially love how they are always looking to upgrade and add new machines/equipment.

The place at Richmond Heights is average. But their billing system ABC Fitness Solutions is outsourced and the do not comply. If a person requests cancellation today the process should stated cancelled as of today 11/22/2024. But they didn’t due it. The just put you in a pending cancellation for a whole month this way the can keep charging you and not make a reimbursement and also charge another $10.00 for a pending cancellation in the day they desire to do it. Be careful and have your contract at hand because they don’t comply with standard practices. Operator handling the cancellations Kim ID KCUP01. She said she was the manager but at the end tresukt is that cancellation is under status of pending not as the date you requested. Customer Service is horrible the first operator was Ann and then she put me with Kim.

I've found YouFit Hammocks to be an excellent place for my health journey. The location is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My trainer, Kevin, has been fantastic. He tailors his training to strengthen injured body parts, which has been incredibly beneficial for me. I've had tender knees for a long time, and thanks to Kevin's expertise, we've strengthened my legs, and I no longer experience knee pain. If you're considering YouFit Hammocks, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. He's great!✨✨✨ P.S. still waiting for that Sauna🥵🥵🥵

I had a deeply disappointing experience with YouFit that I believe reflects unethical business practices. I signed up for a monthly gym plan as a gift for my husband and me. During the sign-up on February 21, the salesperson, Alexander Planas, assured me that I wouldn't be charged until March. However, I was charged on February 24. When I requested a cancellation due to an unexpected work relocation, I was told by Alexander that cancellations could only be processed through a third-party service over the phone. The representative I spoke with informed me that I was locked into a contract, which I had never verbally agreed to with YouFit. Despite escalating the issue with the third-party billing service, I was unable to cancel the contract. Alexander, who was present during the call, acknowledged that I had only requested a monthly plan and had explicitly stated that I did not want to be tied to a contract. Nevertheless, I now find myself being contacted by creditors and owing YouFit over $300, despite never having used the facility. This situation has damaged my credit, and YouFit has refused to take any action to resolve the matter since February. This experience has been not only frustrating but also detrimental to my financial well-being. It is both absurd and shameful that a company would operate in this manner.

It’s a gym with friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment suitable for any type of training or exercise. There are also multiple rooms for different classes, athletic training services, and plenty of equipment available to borrow. The gym features basketball courts, clean restrooms with showers, and many lockers—I’ve never had any issues with them. However, it can get crowded during typical rush hours and around noon, likely because it aligns with many students’ schedules.

The maintenance on this very crowded Gyms is the worst I have ever seen. Currently about half the machines are out of order in the machine area on the second floor and some have been broken for over a month. It would be nice if they would fix or replace the broken equipment.

Super awesome gymnasium at FIU. There are lots of gym facilities as well as yoga. I stupid and weird thing is that they always come up with new schedules... And you may find it closing 6, 9, 11 pm.

I love the FIU GYM. It’s loaded with a lot of good equipments. Three stories building. Check it out.
