BE AWARE OF THE KIDS CLUB Most of the people that will be watching your children while you are working out have NO Knowledge of curriculum development and literacy education. These people from the kid zone literally told me that my son bit a kid. (Which I am completely upset) But, they crazy part is that they saw everything and instead helping the kids to redirect them in this situation, they allowed my kid to bit the girl. I tried to talk to the supervisor and she even told me that she was NOT sure if the people who works at the kid zone have the experience or credentials which this is very scary. Sometimes I see they put kids in time out, always calling their parents, and the people who works at the kids zone are always talking between them and not paying the proper attention that each kid needs. Honestly, this is very scary because you believe that your kid is in good care when you don’t even know how they are treating your kid. On top of that they wanted me to sign a form!! That’s insane! I didn’t sign no form, I just canceled my membership at the kid zone. Do not allow them to make you sign extra forms!

Good gym, staff is decent usually nice. Ive never had a bad experience. If youre looking for concierge level of service then go to Equinox. It has clean equipment, good ventilation, restrooms are usually clean, people are nice and mind their business. Lift lab is cool. Sauna is divided into one really steamy hot room and several smaller cooler saunas. People generally re-rack and staff does rounds and clean machines on downtime. Never had a bad experience. 9/10

Came to this location last night around 6/7pm and I must say although the disadvantage maybe that it was very busy & crowded but the silver lining is that Fullerton Chuze has a great team that was present and welcoming right when you walk in. A special thank you to Brendan for assisting me at a very busy time. I took him away from front desk to help me with the lockers a couple of times but still assisted me with a smile. Staff were always present in the establishment cleaning, assisting guests, and maintaining the organization of their equipment. Thank Fullerton Chuze staff for going above and beyond.

I had visited this gym with the intention of choosing one into vicinity. It was between this gym and the 24 hour fitness nearby. There was no competition. This gym simply had a lot newer equipment and his clientele seem to be young younger and more energetic. There simply is a better vibe that you may not be able to account unless you’re there. I recommend this gym.

Great place to come and shower. Gyms are life savers for people living in vehicle that work honestly for a living but can't afford the expensive living cost of California. Thank you chuze and all employees for being so chill. Y'all keep it clean and sanitary at Fullerton location. Always smiling and that makes me smile.

Fullerton YMCA is awesome 👏 My son has payed and been coached 🏀basketball since he was 8. Now 14 years old (2024) Both my daughter and son have both taken swim lessons multiple times 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️ Everyone is super friendly. And given all the movement and people I believe they handle all situations the best they can. 📸Pics are from over the years

When I was learning to swim by myself in the pool, the coach came up to me and said with a smile, you can practice here now, but in the summer when there is a swimming team you can't swim here like you do now. I asked him, can't I come the earliest in the morning? He smiled and said to me, yes, you can't. I think this is the worst conversation I have had today, and I think he only said it to me because I am an Asian girl. And he is white. (When I joined the YMCA, I had been browsing the website for half a month, so I knew exactly when free swimming would be open.) I like the front desk staff very much. Their enthusiasm made me decide to join the YMCA. But the swimming coach made me feel very uncomfortable.RACISM:)

Not been here for very long, but they have a lot of equipment here and classes. They also have an outdoor area, a pool, a studio, and a gym here. I mostly come here to work out anduse the equipment. I often try to get bigger muscles and get stronger.

The workout area (indoors) is modern enough, and the sports fields seem decent, but much of the pool area is unchanged from it's initial creation in the early 1960's, and the men's pool locker room really shows this. (Most of it's original men-only space went for women, so there's only 2 showers, 24 lockers, and 2 benches, and get this, 1 toilet & sink, no urinals! And it gets worse when someone uses the toilet stall to change or takes long.) It's not terribly warm in the water or air in the winter time, as they now have a lot of fans running in the roof. (Used to be air turbines.)

Sheri who works in the Kid Zone is so incredibly nice. She's always greeted us very warmly and is very personable. She remembers your name and makes your kids feel welcome. She makes Kid Zone a happier place.
