It pains me, but I have to rate and review how I see it. The staff at this gym, while nice and welcoming, are seemingly lazy and unwilling to care for the gym especially the night shift and weekend staff. Just look at the men’s locker room! These were taken on Saturday, 10/18 as soon as the gym opened. I’m sorry, but members shouldn’t have to deal with empty soap dispensers, dirty floors, unsightly urinals, and a gym that is left in complete disarray from the day before. I know that the Fit Factory team can do better.

My experience at Fit Factory Braintree has been nothing but great. I first started coming to this location when it was a gold's gym pine then Blue hills fitness. Those two gyms were outdated neglected and gross. I decided to rejoin when it turned into Fit Factory and was impressed with the cleanliness and the amount of equipment that would meet my needs. Also most of the gym staff are personable and helpful . Yes, the gym does get crowded from time to time. However, for the area we live in, that's common at the other gyms too. I like how they offer CrossFit, classes and personal training, showers, sauna and steam rooms. I recently won a raffle for a personal training session with Joe Perrone and had a great session. He was patient as well as informative on how I could improve some of the exercises we were going through. Thanks Joe! If there was one thing I'd say that they could improve on is to somehow expand the gym. RANT WARNING! As for all the other negative reviews about cleanliness and it being crowded they obviously haven't been to the other gyms in around. Also the desk staff have to deal with some outright Karen's who think the "customer is always right" 🤔 One other thing is it's the members who tend to be slobs and leave the place gross! This is the best around for what you pay for so be grateful.

This gym sucks. I had to pay $35 to cancel my membership. And when I went to the club to cancel they said it had to be done online. Every other gym I have been to has to be done in person and they don’t charge you to cancel your membership. I will never come back here

Would not go back. A terrible experience. Read the bad reviews. They are honest. Only have yourself to blame if you join this Fit Factory.

Worst Gym in the quincy and braintree area. Unhygienic and customer service. They will charge you even after canceling membership. And cherry on the top - worst gym crowd. I wish I could give negative ratings

The staff are super friendly, approachable, and always willing to help and answer questions. The facilities are spotless and the equipment is new. I love the color scheme - it’s not bright white like a lot of other Planet Fitness locations I have gone to - which hurts my eyes and reminds me of a hospital. It’s black and purple, which helps me relax.

The staff is very attentive. The space is always clean, but the variety of equipment is small, many treadmills and few other options. There are only two stairs and they are always broken. Maintenance is always slow, leaving us without this cardio option.

This place is actually terrible, except that it is close to home! Now that you have replied! Then I'll tell you! You have a front desk for the elderly there! Absolutely a racist! Other people's regular card You can enter, and after I changed it to a black card, she said you can't use it here! I asked how I could get a card here, but she didn't tell me! Ok, no problem, I'll go somewhere else!此处不留爷,自有留爷处,可笑的美国人,呵呵

A Tuesday morning incident at Planet Fitness in Braintree, Massachusetts, around 6:30 AM, underscores the importance of maintaining adequate staffing levels during operating hours. A disturbance occurred, but no staff members were present to address the situation. The disturbance escalated, becoming increasingly disruptive and eventually physical. Eventually, one individual managed to call 911 from behind the desk. However, the situation took a turn when a young black teen joined in, filming and encouraging a white individual to use a racial slur. A fight ensued, prompting the summoning of the police. While the altercation could have been avoided with the presence of a staff member, the incident highlights the need for adequate staffing to ensure the safety and well-being of gym patrons.

I normally love this gym, I joined in late 2022, and come 5-6 days weekly. It’s spacious and clean and everyone is very nice. HOWEVER, three times in 2024 (it’s only Feb 8) they have been closed for plumbing issues. The first time they were considerate enough to update the app and let their hundreds of gym goers know they were closed. The past 2 days, no one has bothered to let anyone know. I plan my whole day around my workout, and drink my pre-workout right before I leave. There is just nothing less considerate than not letting people who have a membership to the gym, know that they aren’t open. If this happens again, I will be leaving the gym.
