I love this gym, the coaches are super nice and always are helpful. I came in with no jiu-jitsu experience and the coach taught me everything I needed to know to get started. Coaches are always there to answer a question even in the middle of class. During open mat he is there guiding and coaching still! You can tell the main goal is for you to get better and enjoy the sport and to make friends along the way.

Wow just wow, went today and had the most incredible work out with coach Ben. Now I’m very active but boxing conditioning is next level! Loved to see people of all age ranges working out, it’s a very inclusive space. If you want to be challenged mind and body JOIN!!!!!

This gym has taught me so much! When I first came here I was in a bad place and didn’t even recognize myself. The environment is so welcoming I never felt crap for being so out of shape lol. The trainers are so helpful and encouraging! They work with you if you’re going through something with making payments all you have to do is talk to them. This gym ignited a fire in me that has pushed me to strive to be the best version of myself. I’m so grateful to have come across Ufc gym Woodbridge and highly recommend this place for everyone no matter what level you are on!

Dont go here if you're trying to learn jujistu. I came here because i didn't have wrestling pratice. The mats are incredibly small and dirty. The coach wasn't skilled. The coach and another jujistu guy tried hyper extending my elbow by grabbing my wrist and cranking with a whizzer. It's one of those moves where you just get hurt, there's no time to tap. Completely inappropriate especially because I am new to jujistu and the coach had 40 pounds on me. Alot of people had an ego because I wrestled and was able to take them down on the feet. It was easy to tell they were angry and E they would rip submissions on me like they were trying to get me hurt. I've done Jujitsu at Kaizen MMA, never was like this. Only reason they have a 3.9 is because of their boxing program

Terrible customer service and dirty inside. I was very excited to start my journey with this gym but when I started to train there I realized that this place isn’t a great fit for me. It doesn’t have changing rooms, the machines are dirty and the bathroom is full of someone’s hair on walls. When I tried to cancel my membership for the obvious reasons - they told me to cancel it I have to pay ~$700. I am trying to negotiate with them but they do not want to do anything to make my experience with them any more pleasant. I do not recommend it to anybody ever. Everyone who wants to have a good gym has to find another place, this one will only give you a headache.

I joined this gym years ago mainly because of its location and that it’s 24/7. I like that it’s smaller which means it’s not usually as crowded as the bigger gyms are. I appreciate the updates the new owners have been doing. Things like renovating the studio and fixing some of the old equipment. What has gone drastically downhill since the new ownership is the cleanliness though. It’s common for me to see the same pieces of trash/hair/dirt/etc for weeks without it being cleaned. Sometimes it’s just swept underneath something instead of actually being cleaned. The water bottle refill almost always has mold dripping out of it, so I don’t fill up my water here anymore and wouldn’t recommend anyone to drink from the fountain. Something simple like vacuuming and mopping daily seem to be something of the past here. The old owners were very diligent about keeping the gym clean and sanitary, it’s a shame that it’s not that way anymore. If it were cleaned more regularly, this gym would be 5 stars to me.

Edit: Make sure you guys CANCEL with the new laws in place. If you don’t like it, just leave. I was sent to collections for an unpaid balance of 193. If you’re doing month to month, make sure you CANCEL asap. No need for 30 day notice with the new laws. The last owner Sue Davis wouldn’t have sent you to collections but THE NEW management will. Make sure you cancel if you aren’t happy.

Since the new owners took over Anytime Fitness, it's like stepping into an entirely different world. The transformation has been phenomenally noticeable and exceptionally impressive. The first thing that strikes you when you walk in is the cleanliness. It's evident that efforts are being made to maintain stringent hygiene standards, which has instilled a greater sense of confidence in all of us gym-goers in these critical times. The staff's friendliness is the icing on the cake. They are not merely courteous, but genuinely personable and exhibit a keen desire to engage with customers. They invest time to understand our individual fitness needs, creating a welcoming environment that is as inviting as it is motivating. Finally, the quality and condition of the equipment have noticeably improved too. The good range of hardware caters perfectly to a comprehensive workout routine. All in all, it's evident that these new owners care about their customers' fitness journeys just as much as they do about their business. A refreshingly positive change, bringing a much-needed breath of fresh air to our gym experiences. Anytime Fitness under this new leadership is sure making strides in the right direction!

This is a great gym. I was a member for about two years and only left because I moved too far to drive here everyday. Gym is always clean, and other than during peak hours I am able to do any workouts I want because its never too packed. Being able to bring in guests as often as I want was also nice too. Best gym experience I have had in the past few years. Wish I could have brought it with me.

Cool gym, and cool staff. I went constantly for a few months during the summer, but once school started up I didn’t need to go anymore due to the fact that the school has a gym. I went to go cancel but the staff gave me a better option of rather than paying the cancellation fee I can pause my membership. At the time it sounded good but unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print, months went by and I forgot about my membership until they charged me $40. When I called the staff was kind but firm about the contract. And on top of that I’d have to pay another $40 just to cancel😅. Just keep an eye out for the terms and if you join plan on staying, because getting out is a pain and they have 0 tolerance.

I just recently joined. I was a little hesitant/intimidated. I am 66 years old. Thought I would feel out of place. But, everyone is so nice and helpful. And, encouraging! My trainer, Robert is so nice and encouraging! He adds weights to my workout to show me that I can do more than I think I can. Robert keeps an eye on us. He's always there to help. Walking in the door, you are always greeted with a smile.

Gym is decent as decent weights and also open area. The biggest thing with this Gym is the contract that they get you in and also how they tell you can get out of your contract, but in reality you can’t without paying next year’s dues as well as next months payment when you first sign up, they omit that and say that you can get out anytime after 12 months but that’s in the fine print so be careful before you sign up with this Gym

I believe the young man at the front desks name is Julian or Jalen. He's awesome. Super friendly and always down for a quick chat. Great attitude. Super helpful.
