This is the gym I go to on days when I don’t go to my CrossFit gym or have an aerobic day. It’s just OK. They have all the equipment but it’s always completely packed. It doesn’t matter what machine or equipment you want, you always have to weight or modify your workout because of the amount of people in here. I also signed up because of the sauna and the sauna is always overfilled and people going in and out every 2 seconds. It never reaches full temp so it’s kind of a waste. But it’s close by and still gets the job done. The staff is whatever. I got into an argument with one of them and he is just a kid. He did apologize after.

Avoid this 24 Hour Fitness at all costs. I've had the misfortune of visiting this gym a couple of times; since I was in the area for the week First of all, the gym is always jam-packed. No matter what time of day I go, there's always a sea of people crowding the equipment and making it impossible to get a good workout in. And by "good workout," I mean a workout where you can actually use the machines without having to wait 20 minutes Speaking of which, the gym is infested with groups who seem more interested in posing, flexing, and chatting it up rather than working out. They take up multiple machines and hog them for extended periods, leaving nobody else with a chance to use them. But the cherry on top was when I walked out for just ONE SECOND to connect my Air Pods and the guy at the front desk gave me grief. Like, I was just stepping away for 30 seconds and he was already giving me the stink-eye. Stating I needed to recheck in for the camera. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this gym again. The atmosphere is toxic, the staff is unfriendly, and the overall experience is frustrating. If you value your sanity and your workout time, take your business (and your Air Pods) elsewhere. On a different note- Try a 7-day pass and know you have many options! There’s an L.A fitness across the freeway and a Crunch not too far from this location which I have to say I enjoyed visiting that particular gym

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and I want to take a moment to highlight Omar. He’s an incredibly patient and detail-oriented consultant. Omar is always friendly, takes the time to thoroughly review the terms and details with you, and does so with a constant smile. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, making me feel truly valued. His professionalism really stood out, and I deeply appreciate the excellent service he provided.

The manager who I believe is named Kim is extremely rude and never gets back to me regarding my membership. Be careful signing up here ! This club is notorious for keeping “ auto renewal” on your account and then not reimbursing your money back (making you pay for up to a year at a time). The female manager legit told me to “ get over it and call my bank if I cared “ the gym itself would be nice if it wasn’t dirty all the time On top of that the staff did not seem to care that the women’s bathroom was always dirty, and one of them even laughed at me when I asked for somebody to clean it! The ratings on here speak for themselves

The staff are very good; Nate was extremely helpful. The equipment variety is good. But it can get very crowded and the parking is not the best. Definitely visit before buying your membership. If you get a good deal and can schedule your workout at less busy times, it’s worth it in my opinion.

I have a membership in Chicago that allowed me to come workout here. Place is clean, customer service is great. I didn’t have a problem with the crowd. Everything worked in the hot tub room. I had random conversations with staff too and everyone was enthusiastic about their job. There is 3hr validation for the parking garage if you scan your ticket at the counter.

Life Time Fitness in Orange County is nothing short of phenomenal! The architecture is truly impressive, with a sheer volume of space that resembles an aircraft hangar. It's incredible how much they fit inside this multi-story facility. From spas, pools, and lounges to cafés, powerlifting areas, and CrossFit spaces, they have almost anything you can think of – and more. The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the vast array of amenities. Whether you’re looking to relax, work out, or grab a bite, Life Time Fitness has you covered. It’s a top-notch fitness destination that caters to every need, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Great clean club with awesome equipment. The classes so far are just awesome with great instructors like Amanda, Kristin, Ari, Isaiah and Carmen. Also the staff (Celena, Elvis), the entire cafe crew, and personal trainers (shane and darby) are so helpful and professional. The beach club swim area staff are always smiling and helpful with outdoor food and drinks - a very good vibe). So far so good. And just 2 blocks from where I live. Also love the fact that I can use all other Life time clubs (e.g. Las Vegas 2 locations). And no need to pay $300 to $500 for Wework co-working space anymore since the cafeteria area here is perfect as a co-working office to get things done. This club and Club Studio are 2 of the best in OC...

I love coming to Lifetime and spending the entire day at the club. My favorite thing to do and participate in are the classes, especially the spin class with Corey or Karen! The gym is beautiful and well renovated from the previous gym. The men’s locker room is always well maintained and the upkeep is 100%. Stocked towels all the time, replenished shower items and vanity necessities. Adrian is always welcoming, friendly, and greets you with a big smile. He makes the experience memorable and enjoyable. Elvis at the concierge desk is amazing. He knows it all and can help with anything with quick solutions. Thank you

It’s the smallest lifetime I’ve been to. Pool access requires additional fees, unlike the lifetimes on the east coast. It does have an open bar if you are into that type of thing. Maybe it’s a west coast thing but no one is welcoming at all. I barely get greeted on my way in or out. Have to park in a parking structure and is complicating at times. Amenities are limited. Then again, I’m comparing this location to a few of the diamond elites I’ve gone to. Cheers.

I’ve been training here for years and it’s honestly the greatest lifting experience you could ask for. Great equipment, spacious and friendly atmosphere. The coaching experience is life changing and I wish I had started sooner. With the help of my coach, I was able to reach goals I was unable to reach by myself. Come stop by and see for yourself!

I have had a great experience with SoCal Powerlifting! When I joined with them almost 6 months ago I was looking to increase my strength and correct my form. I have since benefited SO much from professional coaching. I only wish I would have sought it out sooner in my fitness journey! I have seen a consistent improvement in my strength and technique, and I don’t experience pain when lifting anymore.

I recently got interested in getting serious about powerlifting and Socal Powerlifting has been fantastic! I am working with John who is very knowledgeable and helpful and has been incredibly patient with drilling down on the details to improve my form. The gym community is very welcoming and everyone is always looking out for each other. Definitely recommend!

I just joined a couple months ago and I am so glad I did! I am very new to lifting and have been very hesitant about starting on my own, so I signed up for training. I got paired with a really great coach, the facilities are well-maintained, and the other people are amazing. I'm already starting to see progress and I can't wait to keep going!

I'm a newbie at powerlifting and joined the gym for both the equipment and the training. I'm REALLY happy I did - it's a welcoming environment for experienced and new lifters (like me). The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. I've learned the right techniques and have already gained strength. I'd recommend this gym for anyone who wants a positive space to powerlift.
