If your looking for a gym that will motivate and push you to your highest potential Underlying Strength is the place! The workouts are challenging but fun with fellow members that are inspiring. I look forward to seeing coach Brenner and Vicki at 7 am to kick start my day in the right direction. Coach Brenner has perfected the craft of both fitness coach and comedian who can make the most challenging workout entertaining. Coach Vicki loves to start off class with fun partner warm ups that actually helps form member friendships that have inspired me to push harder in class. Best coaches who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all looking for a gym to call home.

I have been a member of Underlying Strength since 2022 and I cannot say enough good things about this gym! After a long day it work, I look forward to the hour I get to go to a group fitness class the most. There is an unwavering sense of community here — every person I have met here is undoubtedly among the most supportive people I've encountered, and I can confidently say it feels like you're part of a family. All of the trainers are incredible. They are invested in all aspects of your growth and I hope they know that their impact goes far beyond just fitness. I have joined and tried many gyms, but nothing has come close what you find at Underlying Strength. This is the place if you are looking for a gym that challenges you, encourages you, and celebrates you both in and out of the gym.

I joined Underline Strength just after moving into this area, and that's one of the greatest decisions I have taken. Coaches invest time to schedule exercise daily to maximize the benefit of the members. The place is very welcoming. The members and coaches are very supportive. As per my schedule, I mostly work out with coach Brenner, he is a brilliant coach!!! I have worked with all the other coaches also - Sid (owner), Danielle and Vicky and they are great.

Underlying Strength has become a second family for me. The instructors are motivating, thorough, and good for all levels. The clientele is super supportive. As someone who isn’t the biggest or strongest, I never feel intimidated. Everyone is so nice and signing up for this gym has been a highlight of mine of the past couple years. Highly recommend!

I had the privilege of joining US in January and I did small group with the amazing human that is Coach Brenner. He guided me and helped me every time i was in class. Coach Brenner is the best hype man any human can ask for. He made me fall in love with lifting. I love the US family. What makes US special is it makes the members feel welcome, coaches are there for you. Group classes are so much fun. If you’re not sure what you want try small group it more 1 on 1 with the coaches. Continue the amazing work that you do underlying strength 🫶🏽

I have been a member of CKO since 2017. It is a great group of instructors that keep you motivated and challenged to meet your goals. The classes are a fun way to get exercise in and stay healthy. I love that you can go at your own pace depending on your fitness level. Highly recommend!

Great workouts and great trainers, each trainer had their own variations but I always left feeling great and had a full body workout. My favorite classes were the combination of strength and kickboxing.

CKO Yardley is amazing. By “amazing”, I’m referring to the talented and truly genuine and kind staff, the variety of workout routines, the cleanliness of the facilities and the motivated spirit of the other participants. Before CKO, I hadn’t gone to a group fitness class in 4 years. I’d had a really bad experience in a yoga class at a different gym, it left me in tears and feeling awful about myself. A couple years ago I tried a CKO class with a friend…I left exhausted but exhilarated and wanted to come back. I loved the energy, the challenge, and the diversity of body type in the class: I felt immediately welcome and unintimidated. It took me a couple years but I did eventually became a member and honestly…I am so grateful to CKO Yardley. I’ve gone through a very difficult time in my life recently. These workouts and the personal training I did for about 6 months, did more for me than the staff may ever realize. Emotionally and mentally - but also physically I was able to do the tasks I needed to with more strength than I’d ever had before. Fitness is a kind of ministry and I’m so thankful for the welcoming environment and dedication of everyone on the staff!!! If you’re considering giving CKO Yardley a try…you won’t regret it.

An incredible workout with amazing instructors. You will come out of the class feeling stronger, healthier, and ready to take on the world. It’s a great 45 minute cardio and strength workout. You must try it, it’s addicting and you will see results!

I just started my third year with Surviving Strong. It is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. Classes are small and varied. I’m in better shape now than I have been in the last 20 years, thanks to knowledgeable and well trained instructors. A bonus is all the new friends I have, everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I joined after trying their free class and was hooked. All the instructors are knowledgeable, kind and understanding. You don't have to be perfect and you get to learn and be better each time. I was able to try different sessions and pick what works for my schedule. The women that also come to these classes are so warm, encouraging and super fun!

This is THE place to go: - to be challenged - to have fun - to exceed your own expectations - to be encouraged - to celebrate the accomplishments of others - to be celebrated for your accomplishments - TO BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF Oh… and the classes are pretty spectacular too. Wide variety of options. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to help you modify to fit your needs and limits… and equally as willing to push you a bit outside of your comfort zone. It’s a fitness community.

I was referred to surviving strong and was looking into their programs to help find relief for my back pain. They have a program called “Posture Reframed” where they take all sorts of measurements of your posture and then discuss areas of pain. After being measured I was given exercises that were personalized and tailored to my exact needs. Susan was incredibly helpful and so far after a few weeks of doing my exercises, my back is getting better!

The smaller classes are just perfect for more individual attention. I had my first Pilates class here and love it. Fitness Classes are geared to help you get stronger and fitter with instructors who are both informative, accessable and so friendly. I had knee surgery and was cleared to do what I wanted but I wasn't quite where I wanted to be. 3 months later, no knee issues and I have the strength back. Thank you Surviving Strong for helping and encouraging me on this journey onward.

Spire Fitness is a great place for working out! Colleen and all of the trainers make the workouts challenging and fun. The smaller classes give you the opportunity to receive modifications if needed. I would recommend both the classes and the one on one training! Thanks Colleen for helping me meet my fitness goals.

I love this gym! I walked in here a few months ago with no exercise skills or knowledge. Learning how to exercise has been a game changer. I’m dropping pounds and gaining muscle. Most importantly being coached by wonderful trainers and exercising with nice people. Everyone is so encouraging and I never feel out of place. I look forward to my daily gym sessions! Colleen has something very special here and I am so glad to be a part of it!

I started doing personal training with Colleen a few months ago and I absolutely love working out with her! I am never ever bored and always enjoy my 2x weekly visits to her studio. I appreciate the smaller gym atmosphere and the personal attention as I work on my form to maximize each workout. If you are interested in becoming stronger, more flexible, and healthier, I highly recommend Colleen and her Spire Fitness Studio. She provides excellent coaching and workouts at a very reasonable price with her multi-session packages.

As a senior, I was in need of some strength training and was referred to Colleen. So happy I found her. Not being one for exercise, I found her sessions enjoyable and impactful. She keeps me moving along and is knowledgeable about which areas that will enhance my mobility and overall movement. Highly recommend.
