So glad we found this place so close to us! A great group of professionals working with kids (and adults) to train and enhance performance. They offer flexible schedules and tailored programs to help you reach your goals. The improvement in my son in just a few weeks has been remarkable. And he loves to go because it is a positive environment that encourages him while working him hard. My daughter has also started at Tru Performance to help her recover from an injury and get back to a competitive level. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their game!

I take my son to see Chris to work on his strength and conditioning and footwork for his basketball game. In a short period of time I have seen a remarkable difference in my sons game. He himself has even commented how he feels his defense has gotten better because of his improved footwork. If you are looking for a professional place to improve your game or for overall workouts. Tru Performance is absolutely the place to go.

Tru Performance has given me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and change up my workouts through their boot camp sessions each week. Through each Boot camp Session we are given workouts that challenge us to be better. This has also allowed me to build strength and workout in a friendly environment with amazing people. Tru performance makes you feel like family with their dedicated trainers who want to see their clients succeed.

Before this summer, I had never stepped foot in TRU Performance. As this summer is coming to a close, it’s the only place I want to be at. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had, the results from training there, and the confidence I gained in my athleticism. As directly pulled from their website, “TRU Performance is dedicated to improving the speed, agility, strength, and health of all our athletes” The Trainers there, who I would personally describe better as mentors/friends, are just as dedicated to improving their skills and knowledge as the athletes they train. Their philosophy (and I hope I’m not miswording this) of a fundamentals based approach to any sport has a proven track record with the quality and quantity of College Athletes they work with. TJ, Murphy (Don), and Arhontakis(Chris)are 3 of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate individuals I know. I learned so much about footwork, athleticism, lifting, leadership and nutrition from all of them. The building itself is great, and their equipment for training is constantly expanding. Enough space on the indoor turf section to run around and the outside also has a turf strip if it ever gets too busy. The music is always bumping and energetic. The gym has everything an athlete/anybody needs to lift and get stronger/more explosive. Their recovery equipment is also fantastic. Multiple times I’ve walked in feeling tight and sore, and came out feeling loose and great. Finally, the community/family atmosphere they have built at TRU is amazing. I’ve formed multiple new relationships, have been able to see many of my friends daily, and always feel welcome to come. It seriously helps motivate myself to train when everyone else in there is striving to get better. If you or your child are looking to get healthier, to get better at any sport, or just to lift and workout, TRU is the place to go.

Our kids grew up participating in the Y programs here in Jennersville. Sports, Y Camp, and other activities. Our daughter played basketball and our son was a lifeguard in high school. Now our daughter's kids use the Y programs and I work out regularly. At the Jennersville YMCA, there is something for everyone!

I love my gym. I recommend that they implement a steam room, clean the sauna more often, and clean the outdoor pool during the summer more often. I would also make sure the volume in the weight room of the music is at a good level. Most of the time it feels like we are at a library. Thank you for this blessing at the YMCA.

I've long since moved away from the area, but wanted to take a moment to reflect on pivotal "the Y" was to me when I was growing up. Beginning as members when I was very little, where I learned how to swim, the Y was always there during stages of life. My family would spend most summer weekends hanging at the outdoor pool. I'm sure it gave my mom a nice break, and my dad loved creating "big splash" contests in the diving pool. I'd bring friends, and we'd play and swim the whole day. I began going to the gym at the Y, and had a trainer (Gingie!) who taught me a LOT about body acceptance (way before that was a thing) and who sparked a love of being active. I'm 36 now, and living in the UK. I hope we can find our own version of the Y over here, to have that same sense of community and create lifelong memories.

Great programming and excellent staff for the Bumblebee (Special Needs) program. It is almost impossible to find good care for special needs kids during the summer, but I was so happy with Jennersville's offerings and I was blown away by the Counselors and Staff. My daughter has autism, epilepsy and ADHD - she can be a challenging child at times. And I know this is a tough population of kids to provide services for but Jennersville far exceeded my expectations. I hope they keep the Bumblebee program in the future - special needs kids deserve to have an amazing, fun and friendship-filled summer experience and Jennersville provided that for them. Thank you Jennersville!

In the past I attended aquafit but then hurt my knee and eventually had surgery. I hope to swim in the near future. I have been enjoying the monthly book club when I am able. The books chosen have been good and the conversation at book club is really interesting.

I’ve worked out at Morpht for almost 2 years and my body is incredibly different than it was 2 years ago. I have muscles in places I didn’t know there were muscles. I love the results and look forward to working out everyday! The workouts are dynamic and never the same. They are hard but the community makes it fun to be there. Everyone is super encouraging and have become like family. Brandon is knowledgeable and a great trainer. The gym is always clean and the most welcoming atmosphere! Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to work with Brandon since February as my personal trainer. Besides the cost of the sessions being extremely reasonable, the experience was amazing. He takes the time to work with you and ensure that you are getting the most out of your workout. Brandon ensured that I was eating correctly as well as working out goes beyond just lifting weights. I haven’t been in a gym in my years and he helped ensure that I was using the correct form and since I am a runner, he had me doing a plan that support/enhanced my running performance. I would highly recommend Brandon and morph fitness. The gym was clean. Well maintained and all the people there were extremely nice. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t a commercial gym.
