Today I had a full body 65 minute massage with Eileen Brady and she was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been searching for someone who would be a right fit for a while now and I think I’ve found that. I’ve had my spine fused for 11 years now and Eileen was so considerate. She made sure to check in consistently about how pressure was feeling and how I was doing in general. We also talked about our personal lives and made me feel really valued. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality massage therapist. I’ve also been seeing Clareanita for facials the last few months and she’s been great as well. She has gone above and beyond with her kindness. Jasper at the front desk is also really kind and has great costumer service. He always remembers my name even after only coming once a month.

I really like coming here! Not crowded and there's so many different activities to choose from. I like that there's a warm lap pool and a regular temp one indoors. I wish the price wasn't so expensive for a month.

We had a great time over the summer at Lifetime with our 3 kids. It's a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Lifeguards were all very professional and seemed attentive. Really love the family restrooms/ changing rooms and towels provided- boy does that make life easier. Kids love the slides. The place is clean and well kept. It is probably the nicest gym I've ever been in. The kids activities are great too. I don't think my kids will not let me stick with the pool next summer. There is also a nice indoor pool.

I'm giving two stars because the childcare is exceptional. Children's membership is $50 a month with access to daily classes, parents night out events, and an indoor maze. It's a safe & fun environment and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym itself has a wide variety of equipment. However, for $200 a month the locker rooms are disgusting. I don't think it's ever cleaned. Each time I visit it's dirtier than the previous visit. The hot tub in the women's locker room is filthy and smells awful. The sauna is covered in black mold. I also use the Ardmore facility which is spotless and mold free. For the price of membership, the facility should be clean and sanitary. LA Fitness is cleaner than this.

This was a fantastic break from the road where I got a great cardio workout in and my kiddo had a blast at the pool! If you are traveling in PA this is a must see site where you can exercise, relax and let’s the kids get some energy out! Staff was really friendly and the facility had some awesome afternoon views!

Kaitlyn’s Sculpt and Flow class is the perfect mix of intensity and power. You’ll leave with your legs shaking but it’s well worth it! If you’re more into the rythme of yoga with a focus on some more traditional poses, Diane’s Restore will leave you feeling refreshed (especially after Sculpt and Flow). Highly recommend coming and trying them both out!!

I started out at YogaSix MainLine this summer with a class pack and knew a few classes in that I wanted to sign up for a once/week membership. I love the variety of options for classes and the staff is so friendly—it’s a great atmosphere! All of the instructors I’ve had so far have been amazing but I have to shout out Cher; I always look forward to her classes!

The center was nicely refurbished recently, and has plenty of new equipment. The locker rooms and pool facilities are very clean and very well maintained. The staff have always been friendly and supportive, and they make the difference in the quality of experience between this center and others.

If you’re looking for a supportive community and not just a gym then ACAC (La maison ) is the perfect place. Members of ALL different ages, races, nationalities, sizes and abilities come together as one to support eachother behind these doors. The friendliness and supportiveness from other members and staff is beyond exceptional and motivates you to want to live a healthy lifestyle. They truly care about your progress and “check in on you” daily to see how you are; which is fantastic for your physical but more importantly your mental health. The trainers are top notch and beyond what you would experience if you went to any other gym. Jason (lead trainer) cares to improve not simply just one’s outside appearance but also emboldens you to appreciate your accomplishments and recognize your self worth . Josh, Logan,Brooke, DaNeal, Rachel, Giselle and Jacqueline are Phenomenal at encouraging and motivating ALL members of the gym and not simply the ones they train. When you walk through the doors of ACAC main line you are greeted with the friendly faces of Danielle, Pierre, Abby and then there’s the membership directors Nate and Kelsey who embody the spirit and energy you need to get you motivated for your workouts on the Matrix machines. Don’t be fooled by their “offices “ they are Always moving about the club checking in on staff and members to make sure everyone is satisfied .. upstairs there’s Steph and Caitlyn who will pop on down and chat with members and make them feel welcomed :) Before you leave the gym make sure to stop by the front desk to get a healthy smoothie and relax in the steam room, whirlpool and Suana Because what would a main line workout be if you didn’t include all that !

The locker rooms appeared unclean, with surfaces that looked as though they hadn’t been wiped or vacuumed in weeks. The gym area felt damp and unwelcoming, and the equipment was sticky and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Additionally, both saunas and the hot tub were out of service, which was disappointing.

I am a member of the ACAC in West Chester and recently visited the ACAC location in Wayne. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the state of the facility, as it did not reflect the usual ACAC standards I’ve come to expect. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention as I believe in ACAC's commitment to quality and cleanliness. I hope these matters can be addressed to ensure a better experience for members. Thank you for your time and attention.

Club La Maison is a great gym. It is convenient for folks in the Wayne area. I love the double high ceilings and massive windows that let in a lot of light. I would highly recommend the semi-private / small group personal training sessions. I have built a lot of strength and the group class keeps me consistent.

Joined the edge a little over 6 months ago, and it has become my second home. The facility is well appointed, clean, and full of energy. Having been to several other larger 'clubs' in the area, I find the edge to have small gym feel with the personal touch we all want. The staff at the Wayne location is the absolute best! They truly go above and beyond to make the experience special. If you want that small-town gym feel without the shirtless bros grunting on the bench...this is your place!

If you love working out to eardrum busting music and working out with college kids, you will love it. This gym caters to college guys who love upper body stuff, protein supplements, and I cannot reiterate enough- extremely loud music. Also they have cut back child care hours (none on Sunday and only a few hours select days at the most crowded time 4:30-7:30). For me personally, it doesn’t have very high value because the loudness and crowds raise my cortisol after a long day teaching little kids. They do lock you in for a year membership so if you’re unhappy with it, tough.

I've been a member for 12 months and really enjoy the variety of equipment to use. I actually like it more than LifeTime fitness where I used to be a member. I go at 7:30am and the gym is not overly crowded at that time. The gym is very clean and the equipment is always working. And if it's down it gets fixed rather quickly. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because they do not have a Hex Bar. I've lobbied for it and have been told corporate will not approve which makes no sense. Even after I offered to make a donation to the CEO's favorite charity.

DO NOT sign up unless you want to be locked in for an ENTIRE YEAR. Beware of the fine print! I’m sure most people won’t mind but if you only have been out to use the gym 7-8 times since January it’s a waste of money. Always way too crowded unless you go at 830pm. Place seems like they are desperate for money to be locking you in a mandatory contract for a year that you can’t get out of, unless you change your address? Weird policy I will say the staff is kind and this is nothing towards the people that work at this location. But it’s a very weird thing to make mandatory. Go to planet fitness for half the price.

I am pleased to have the selection of machines that are available. I especially like the Hoist machines, which seem to fit my body. The only down side of the gym concerns the presence of cell phones. At any given. time every machine will be tied up by someone on a cell phone. I know it is a young gym, but everyone pays to use the gym. Can anything be done?

I can’t say enough about how good I feel about being a student at Nackord Karate. Mr Nackord and all of the Instructors at Nackord Karate genuinely love to teach Karate and give each student individual treatment. From the very beginning I felt like I was part of the Nackord family. The school has a great sense of comradarie, which mirrors Mr. Nackord’s appreciation for his students. If you or someone you know is looking for a great Karate school or has been hesitant to go to a Karate school, please give this school a try. You will be glad you did.

This is a really great Karate school. In addition to the great teachers at this school, which are many, they also have many experienced black belts who also provide great knowledge about the art. They also have a wide range of classes that you can take weekly that specialize in different areas (Kenpo Karate, Katas, kick boxing, boxing, and many others). It's a great place for learning and the leadership is always pushing us to grow and learn!

Nackord Karate is a fantastic outfit. All students receive instruction from black belts whether the student is 4 years old or 74 years old. I started with Nackord because my son was attending kids karate. The school is great for people both physically and mentally and advances people at many levels. Making rank is tough and is awarded to those to go to class and stick with it. The instructors are some of the nicest people around and are great at helping people set goals and meet them. I found the program and people around it to be very motivational. Again, fantastic school. Kiai!

I've been going to Tribe for almost a year and a half, and go about 4 mornings a week. I never liked group gym workouts until now! The trainers are motivating and helpful with form and the other tribe members feel like friends. The workouts, although short to fit into busy schedules, are intense, challenging and change daily. For me, it is a great way to start off my day and the tribe classes have made me my strongest ever!

Tribe is a great gym. The culture and energy is fantastic as are the people. They make the most out of a small gym with very focused programs that are considerate of your time. Using a daily mix of cardio, met cons, and high strength routines, within 25 minutes you’ll get the best workout you’ve had in a long time. We’ve made friends here.

I have been going to the Tribe for about 10 years, and I could not be happier. I consider the Tribe more than just a gym. It's like you have your own personal trainers each and every day. Trainers that get to know you individually (strengths and weaknesses) and cater to your needs. They have become like family to me. Like a way of life. I am so grateful for all that they have done for me, both physically and mentally. If you are looking to make a change in your life, the Tribe is the place for you. Thank you Bill and team!!!

To preface my review, I am a certified personal trainer and an exercise physiologist. I had the pleasure to be a fitness coach at this facility for roughly 9 months, I am no longer employed at Tribe. I am not receiving any benefit from writing this review. This facility is by far the best group I have ever been part of, as a coach and as someone doing the work outs every day. Bill Abbot and his team have created an incredible fitness facility that is welcoming and stands out from every other facility that I have worked at or worked out in. The staff discuss and plan each work out months in advance so they can maximize gains and minimize injury. The staff takes the time to get to know everyone who walks through the door, so a friendly and inviting atmosphere is created. You can never get bored with your workouts at this place, there is something new every day. You will also see incredible results with the workouts, which are only a half hour long! Tribe completely destroys the idea that you need be in the gym for hours to see any results. I was a serious athlete through high school and college with a focus on health and fitness but after a few months at Tribe I was in the best shape of my life in terms of strength and cardiovascular fitness. In summary, this is an incredible place to be part of. If you are looking for a place to exercise, learn a lot about health and fitness and meet an amazing group of people, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Take the time to stop in and see for yourself, you will not regret it.

Five stars doesn’t do it justice. I’d rate it 100 stars if I could. And I do ! Mike, DaNeal and Brooke are phenomenal coaches …. In both physical activity as well as motivational and mental. Watching my daughter progress from “mom I don’t want to go “ on the way to the first lesson … to WANTING to go After the first lesson is huge as a mother to a teen girl ! Thank you for installing both physical and mental strength into a teen girl ❤️

My kids have been going to C4 for years and we love it! The group training sessions are a perfect fit especially for my now middle schooler (started in elementary school) who isn’t a big fan of traditional team sports but who I want to exercise several times per week. The cross fit style classes are great because everyone can challenge themselves and work within their own comfort zone, while being instructed and offered modifications if they need them. My daughter sees several familiar faces there and they love to challenge each other as well :-) every class is different so she’s not bored and she doesn’t really know what to expect. If she doesn’t love any particular thing that day- it will be brief and I won’t necessarily be a part of next times work out. She’s learned a lot about exercise and can work out in the driveway or gym at home if we ever can’t make it to C4. From a scheduling standpoint, something is offered nearly every day for her age group and if it works for us to commit to a set schedule, like every Tues and Friday, I can schedule her that way, but if we need to plan around other commitments, I can sign her up week by week (space permitting) for whatever days fit. I love that C-4 offers a 10 pack punchcard so to speak so if we are in a season where we are coming here and there, that’s the best fit. If we know that my daughter will be there two- three times a week, we can sign up accordingly and save money that way. C4 has been great for her confidence and feeling strong; it fits her own goals which are to work out in a way that is independent and yet supported and side-by-side with friends. We love Coach Mike – he’s awesome with the kids- very encouraging and fun. In the beginning when she was nervous, the team was great with letting her get comfortable. I know there’s a whole other side to C4 with developing athletes and helping them strengthen or alternatively, come back from injuries as well. My girls have discovered it more as an introduction to fitness and exercise, and it’s been a constant for my youngest for many years now. Highly recommend that you check it out!
Kevin Hamill (Google User)

The concept is simple. Develop more well rounded athletes that have balanced agility, flexibility, strength and mental toughness and the athletes will spend less time healing injuries and more time being competitive. My son spent almost 7 years training at C4 and paid for the experience with his own money the last three because the benefits were that clear. I would strongly recommend any athlete that is looking to gain a competitive edge at least try C4 for a month. Whether you have a dominant sport and you want to be more balanced or you realize the value of developing more holistically I doubt you will be disappointed.
