My daughter has been at Wildfire for many years and it has been wonderful! The facility is immaculately maintained, the coaching staff is positive and well trained, the programing is developmentally appropriate, and the cost is fair.

We enrolled our child at wildfire Gymnastics in Tustin, but unfortunately, it’s been a very disappointing experience. There are several issues with this facility that parents should be aware of before signing up. First, if your child prefers consistency with their coach, stay away from this place. Coaches are constantly being switched, often every other week. It’s very frustrating for kids who are trying to build trust and progress in their skills. My child was just starting to feel comfortable with one coach, and then they were replaced without any notice or explanation. Second, the facility itself is in poor condition. The building is old and not well-maintained. We’ve seen cockroaches a few times, which is not only unpleasant but also raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Third, the coaching quality varies significantly. Some coaches seem uninterested and distracted—they yawn, look around, and barely engage with the kids. They don’t take the time to correct mistakes or guide the kids through their routines. As a result, the children often just do whatever they want at each station, with little supervision or direction. Overall, while the idea of kids’ gymnastics is great, this place doesn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness, organization, or effective coaching. We’re definitely looking for a better alternative. If you’re considering this gym, I’d strongly recommend exploring other options in the area.

I am not at all satisfied with the trainers of this center. I changed several trainers for my son. They don't pay attention to the children's movements at all, and each child does whatever he wants, which may even be wrong, and the trainers change every few sessions. In my opinion, do not waste your time at all and do not choose this center for your children.

My daughter had been asking me to join Wildfire for quiet sometime , as a lot of her class fellows go there . My first impression was just okay. The place was a decent size with a good viewing place for parents. The coaches have been nice .

I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor services at this club. After submitting a formal complaint about the lack of stable coaches and training programs, which severely impacted my child's progress and interest, I received no response. This neglect and lack of communication are not only unprofessional but also call into question the club's basic customer service principles. What's even worse is that they are crushing the potential of children, leaving them disheartened and discouraged. A club that cannot address the complaints and concerns of its members is not worth the trust or money. If you plan to use this club, don't expect them to care about your issues.

we hosted our toddlers birthday party here, the staff were extremely friendly / professional / organized, they definitely knows how to lead a large group of kids ( almost 30 kids ranging from 1-4, plus parents ), setting up a number of different activities that are engaging and fun, from the beginning to the end! i would strongly recommend this location for anyone thinking of hosting a birthday party!

My Gym has been amazing for my daughter! We have been attending classes for about 1.5 years and she still looks forward to it every week! Early on I noticed a difference in this class helping her physical abilities and now that she’s a bit older, she loves interacting with the other kids. As a member, access to the open gym is also great! The teachers are fantastic too. I would highly recommend!

My daughter loves coming here because of Mrs. Rhea, Mr. Sam, and Mr. Dylan. My daughter, at first, was afraid of everything, and now she's unstoppable. She's been doing so good, and I'm so proud of her. I highly recommend bringing your little ones here. Amazing place

What a great little place! High energy staff lead the group through several safe exercises and activities, with plenty of free play time mixed in. We'll definitely be back again!

I had my son's 4th bday party here and all his friends had fun. A very enjoyable experience and the staff were friendly and did a great job of keeping the kids entertained.

I’ve been a loyal Orangetheory member for 2 years with a Premier Unlimited membership, but my experience at the Tustin - The Market Place studio was beyond disappointing. I arrived 9 minutes late to a 5:20 pm class due to my hospital shift running late. Despite there being empty rowers, I was refused entry and told I’d be charged a late cancel fee. What made this worse was that the manager completely neglected to speak with me directly. Instead, the front desk staff relayed an ultimatum: I could avoid the fee by switching to a later class, but only if I agreed to no longer book classes via the app—effectively banning my entry. This felt discriminatory and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve visited about 5 different OTF studios across both the East and West coasts, and I’ve never encountered treatment like this. Every other studio I’ve been to has been understanding and flexible in similar situations. It’s a stark contrast to the welcoming environment I’ve come to expect from Orangetheory. I’ve always relied on OTF for stress relief, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this studio and would caution others about the poor treatment I received. I’ve also included photos of the 5:20 pm class, showing the empty rowers, to further illustrate the unreasonable nature of this situation.

Orangetheory Fitness is incredible. The workouts are dynamic, challenging, and keep you motivated. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable, and the heart rate monitoring helps you track progress in real time.

This gym has quite frankly changed my life. I don’t know where I would be. If I didn’t find it the staff the coaches even everyone who comes in here the community that I’ve built is unparalleled and I’ve recently moved away and yeah, I still keep driving all the way here. The workouts are amazing. The feeling afterward is always the best. Do yourself a favor and sign up for your free class. You have nothing to lose.

I inquired online about prices/options and accidentally gave them my phone number which was a big mistake. I now get 2-3 phone calls a day leaving a voicemail every time. I honestly was interested at first was just busy, but won't ever be now. I hate companies that can't get a hint. If I am interested I will call you.

By far one of the worst locations. And I've been to many orange theory locations. I don't know where these stellar review comes from. The coaches don't coach or input proper technique when working out. They don't really help or check to see if you are actually doing things right. They just let you be compared to the other locations I've been to. I've had really bad neck pain I believe due to this. Make no doubt about it, the success of this particular OT is Sheerly due to the location.NOT THE COACHES. So I don't understand this five minute policy when they ain't really teaching you. They briefly go over it. I was late 5 minutes and they said I wouldn't have time to warm up properly and they wouldn't let me in and said it's up to the coaches which is ridiculous because the coaches suck here Period. Also instead of just letting me rush in they spent more time arguing with me and deciding back and forth if they should let me in or not further increasing the time of being "late". Orangetheory prides itself in being a family/community but no that's a complete lie. I've had multiple neck pain from working out here because of the lack of care from the coaches which is a stark contrast to the other locations I've come across. They don't care about your form or maybe they just got lazy. Who knows. I don't want to name any names and I haven't tried all the coaches but it's typically the 8:30 and 9:30am classes. I'll just leave it at that. I regret buying the passes here but will just have to wait I guess until it's over since this one is the closest to the house. I understand it is a business but even workplaces are more understanding and make exceptions under circumstances that aren't under your control. And the audacity of the "manager" telling me to wait an hour for the next class. My time is valuable lady. Get out of here. I would expect a woman to be more understanding but nope. Management you need to be better supportive to moms because I see that it is mostly women that are supporting orangetheory. We have a thousand things on our plates. Please @ me! I attached screenshots of a conversation with a friend prior to this incident about my neck pain. Maybe instead of focusing so much on the warm ups, get better coaches? They also need to get rid of the waiting list. They honestly just need to do a complete overhaul. I have sooooo much more to say but maybe next time

I love Stride Fitness in Tustin! I take classes with Allison, and the workouts are always challenging in the best way. I really enjoy the new format that includes strength training—it pushes me even more. What I appreciate most is that you don’t have to be a runner to enjoy the treadmill portion. As a walker who prefers incline, I still get a great workout!

Great community, fun workout. I had just finished running my first marathon and was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but the coaches (Joy, Marina, Noel, Dollar) were all super accommodating and helped Stella get her groove back!

3 stars just because the studio is so dark you can’t see the buttons on the treads, seems unsafe.. and because for credit memberships, credits don’t roll over. Otherwise, love the classes

I started Stride in Pasadena two years ago, followed by the Irvine Spectrum, and now Tustin! 🫶🏼 Loovvee the energy, friendliness, and the encouragement of the coaches who make class challenging yet fun. I hate running, so there are ways to accommodate to the workout style that you want to achieve. And I’ve never felt healthier. 🙌

This location is very clean, the place is huge with lots of machines for all kinds of workouts, with modern equipment too. I've been going here for about a year now and haven't had any issues. the staff does a really good job at keeping the equipment and common areas spotless. Honestly, you can't get better than this for the price. Great place, great location, highly recommend it

The fitness equipment is pristine, but the other amenities lack a lot. I know people don't usually care about showers, but these look like something at a KOA or some kind of park in the woods! One out of four shower didn't even work and it looked like nobody was even trying to get it fixed. 🤣 I expect a lot more from a bougie area like Tustin Irvine...

I like this gym, except for a couple of things which have prompted me to not give a 5 star. 1) We need more lower weight (

As usual the 5* reviews are from friends or paid for. I was a member for two years and i cancelled my membership 09/2024. This "Tustin Planet of Homeless Fitness" as well as most of them that visited have Filthy Bathrooms and Training area. Bathrooms and Machines are Braking down all the time and for months aren't fixed. Employees are Poor Trained with Racict and Disrespectful Attitude. Don't Waste your money, pay a little more for a better Gym like LA Fitness.

The gym actually nice , neatly and organize , planet fitness is on wall street , membership is affordable, the whole country can be member , rich and poor ,doesn't meant have to neglect cleaning and broken faucet to avoid another membership who take shower who live without rooftop ? Since July till October 30th 2024 no budget to fix and clean??? Stock now going down $79.06 , we pay membership and share on stock, sad to see how they don't care about the place , broken shower and filty .no excuse not doing to fix and clean ! I came evening came back again morning that's no change ever , dirty n paper still on the floor over nite, like other review complaining it that's not an excuse , do good job and stock will raise back again!
