Nice facility, great staff, and clean. I wish they had more equipment geared towards free-weights. If you’re just getting into shape, or coming back from a hiatus, it works. However, if you’re looking for a gym with more free-weight type exercises, maybe look at LA Fitness.

I am sure one of the BEST equipped and maintained in PT in North America !!! The washroom is Very Clean; Shower stalls are wide, and there is a good volume of water coming from the shower head with fast hot water responses. Lockers are big with built-in locks plus many hooks. A Very nice hair dryer(could use one more). The Wellness section is Very well equipped and in working order, especially the massage chair(10/10) !!! Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Could you better lighting at the parking lot. Well Done !!!

Pretty nice gym, could have more free weights, but I think that's a planet fitness thing in general. A sauna and steam Room n the locker rooms sure would be nice, but honestly the thing I don't like about this gym, and why I chose another after moving back is the dumb combination lockers. They never work right and I (and have witnessed MANY others) have to go round up a(n annoyed) employee to open it for you. Lockers have had hasps for your own lock for like 1 million years, how about converting at at least least half of them back to that.

Always sparkling clean. Machines are very smooth mechanically, and there is never a wait to use a machine. Staff is also very nice. I switched from LA Fitness where is was always smelly. Glad I made the change.

The good- friendly staff, Black level amenities, variety of equipment, little to no wait times. The bad- lots of TV's, not a lot of them tuned to good content. Can't connect wireless ear buds via bluetooth to the TV's.

Great place. Great coaches. Great for birthdays. My kid( 9) loves the challenge of each class, the team building and the ability to grow between all that is offered. Ninja, parkour, climbing and silks. So fun.

My 3.5 yr old son LOVED his class here so we got him signed up for more. There are endless things to climb and play on. The coaches set up obstacle courses for the kids and coach them through them. I love that it allows the kids to explore and try different ways of getting on top of it over large structures. My son was so proud when he tried a specific trick over again and saw improvement and was able to practice until he accomplished what he was trying to do. I also love that their classes are flexible. For memberships you get 4 classes a month and you get to sign up for whatever day/time you want for each class instead of having to come at the same day/time every week. You could even do all 4 classes in the same week if you’re going to be out of town for the rest of the month. Clean place. Easy parking lot. Bathrooms onsite.

tldr: gym is great for beginner and intermediate Ninja's but struggles to have challenges that push beyond the intermediate level. The staff was kind, but there was nobody at the checkout for around the first 15 minutes we were waiting. the climbing wall has a really strange grading curve but the climbs looked fun. The ninja area is fairly standard and has some cool obstacles. the parkour area seemed a little lacking beyond the intermediate level but there are still hard challenges if you look for them

Really love this place. The coaches are super nice and helpful and they’re very supportive. The front desk is always helpful when you are injured or are checking in for a class. I really love competing here and I really also love the belt system. I love to train here I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a kind, supportive ninja community this is me

Six stars! Our son's athletic development has been exceptional thanks to Apex and their coaches! As a college head baseball coach with 24 years of experience, I understand that while baseball is fundamentally a skill-based sport, it is crucial for young athletes to enhance their speed, explosiveness, and rotational power to advance in competition. When youth players transition to a full-size 60/90 baseball field at ages 13 or 14, parents must ensure their children possess crucial attributes such as athleticism, foot speed, arm speed, and bat speed; otherwise, they may need to consider other sports. Unfortunately, many young athletes leave baseball as they struggle to keep up with the physical demands of the game. I am immensely grateful for the impact that Apex, Iris, and Yuji have had on my son's development. Additionally, we appreciated the proximity of Apex and DBat, allowing us to conveniently drop our son off for a Stars class, either before or after, he he would go to DBat for hitting or pitching practice. My only regret is having to move away!

Our kids took the Youth Athletic Performance class. They had a fantastic time and really got a great work out in. My son plays on a higher end travel hockey team so the need for additional performance training for speed and strength is necessary. Probably another session to find tune his individual needs but over all fantastic experience.

After trying this place out along with several other gyms with a class pass I clearly felt this place was the right place to meet my fitness goals. The group size has been small, the place is light and airy with plenty of space. Music isn’t too loud and the pace of the workout is just right and I feel like I am strengthening my whole body without overstimulating it and overworking it. I feel this model of building strength is more sustainable and frankly more enjoyable to me. Everyone is different and has different goals but I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Great facility and staff. I recently purchased a Champion's package (DEXA/RMR/V02) and follow-up consult. I couldn't recommend the experience enough - do ensure you get the consult after. I worked with Rylin, and he was professional and fun to work with from start to finish. You can tell he and the team really care about the people who step through the front door - they come in with purpose to help people reach their individual fitness and wellness goals. If you are concerned about cost, remember that an FSA and/or HSA can be utilized for something like this! But I think the cost is worth it - your health and wellness is worth it.

Very disappointed with my experience. Came in to do a DEXA and RMR and felt very much just like just a cash grab. They don’t weigh you and get your height just go on whatever you say and I looked at one of my reports and they even had entered the information wrong. 227 dollars to feel completely rushed and disappointed. There was no explanation on anything just a link to a YouTube video. One of my reports took longer than 24 hours which would be fine but was told I would get it same day and then didn’t get anything for 48 hrs. Wouldn’t recommend and wish I would’ve saved my time and money.

Kent and his team are nothing short of amazing. The facility is top notch, the staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, and the service they provide is second to none. I couldn't recommend them enough. I recently had a chance to work with Kerry for some PT work, and I couldn't have been more impressed. She understood my sport and the injury I was working through, went above and beyond to give me a breakdown of what was happening with my injury and then gave me exercises to help stretch and strengthen the affected area. She also sent me an email with video of myself doing the exercises and included instructions so we could measure my progress as I went along. If won't hesitate to reach out to her again for any other injury needs.

Love this place. All the staff are very friendly and fun and a family run business. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been using the cryotherapy and normatec as sport injury recovery and it works well and quick! Keeps me active and upright. I would recommend cryotherapy here over any other place in town. Maybe I’ll see you here!

I've had trouble with my planet fitness account for years and have still had to be paying on it but not able to go into the club and use it because of a 200 and some dollar past due amount that didn't show up on my monthly statement. But when I finally found my home club Natasha the manager not only was very supportive and super friendly but she helped me access my account set up my app and waved my past due amounts when I had mentioned I was in treatment at the time of the unpaid balances. I've been resentful towards planet fitness for quite some time and just the phone call with Natasha changed my whole perspective around I appreciate human beings like her! Great job planet fitness!
