Best Gym near St-peters, Missouri

I’ve been going to this location for about 8-9 months now and everything was fine for the most part. However, on December 13th I was randomly charged for a $86 tanning lotion that I never bought. After inquiring about the matter, I was told by the general manager Chance, that an employee had accidentally charged it to my card that was on file, because the tanning lotion was purchased by a customer who came in right after I had scanned my membership…not sure how much of it I should believe, but I didn’t think much of it since Chance had told me I will be getting a refund. It’s been well over 2 weeks now and I’m basically getting pushed around whenever I call them about the refund, as they are “waiting for it to be approved”. Since they were testing my patience, I went ahead and made their job easier by filing a dispute through my bank. Just wanted to put this out there to warn others about the lack of accountability from the managers. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s also important to resolve the issue, rather than just apologizing…especially when you’re taking $86 dollars out of my wallet for no reason.

No total body enhancement. But we have a red/blue light therapy... Unfortunately, we don't know how to turn off the uv portion. Yup, uv still on. "but O'Fallon 2 exits has one" (or do they.... Stay tuned) Adding: "home club". No this is a review of this club. Hence the negative review. This response gives me more cause for a negative review. THIS Club and the two others I called are not up to par. Thanks

Everyone besides the new assistant manager Nolan is great. Literally canceled my membership after he was confrontational with me. Location is very clean, rarely equipment is out of order and the amenities are nice. Again, staff are friendly and welcoming - especially the overnight and morning crew. However, after a recent rude and aggressive confrontation with Nolan, I decided it’s not worth dealing with that guy.

I was really looking forward to upgrading my membership so I could use the total body enhancement bed. I’m glad I found out that they don’t provide that before doing so. Hoping they’ll have all the amenities that other locations have sometime in the near future

An employee at this location (jamie) has zero customer service skills. She doesnt know how to listen with our being combative. Her delivery of issues was handled so porely. When i told her i understood the problem agreed to resolve it but did find her delivery unprofessional she told me i had to leave , i was banned and would call the cops. Worst customer service experience i ever had in my life.

My son played in the kids basketball league for one session. His coach was the best coach he’s ever had for a sport, and my son really enjoyed his team. However, many games were rescheduled, refs showed up late, the championship games were rescheduled three times in less than 24 hours and the location was changed three times as well with the last changes occurring the day of with less than an hour notice. Some games were played in Ferguson, others at St. Charles HS, quite the difference in distance when games are changed last minute. The league was affordable but the disorganization made it difficult.

Poor maintenance on the equipment, plus some old folks with poop stains on their pants using the machines, totally disgusting. Management should reinforce the clean up of the machines after using, it's gross sitting on other people sweat even after i clean it before I use it. This place used to be a great place, not anymore. The steam room and the whirlpool can use a good deep cleaning. And some people going into the pool without taking a shower. I'm thinking going somewhere else and cancel my membership, it's really uncomfortable going inside a pool with a bunch of people who doesn't take a shower before entering, very disappointed.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the personnel the pool and the guards(especially Danielle). I guess I didn't realize how awesome you all are until I had a less than satisfactory pool experience at another Y in the area today. Yeah for St Charles YMCA Thanks for starting my mornings off great!

Two things. 1. Why is there always a band aid in the pool? 😂 2. Why do people get in the pool just to talk. Wish the lifeguards would enforce lane policy a bit more. I've seen a bunch of folks have to swim in the wading area because some folks are gabbing it up in the lanes. Frustrating when you just wanna get some laps in during lunch.

Only location that apparently doesn’t do daily admission anymore. Me my finance and dad all met up here with my sister to workout because I was quoted a price for a day pass. The only one that doesn’t have a membership is my sister because she is rarely able to go so we were going to buy her a day pass like we’ve always have. But the girl at the front desk said this location doesn’t do that anymore and said she had to get a membership or she couldn’t come in after my dad drove 30 minutes to meet us there. Refused to try and work anything out with us!!

The Edge is an extremely laid back environment. I enjoy the women's only workout center because they took into account our comfort. Smoothies are delicious to. Everyone is great! The daycare is AMAZING. Both of my kids go there and they engage in learning and play. They also have massage chairs and some tanning beds. It's pretty spacious to and very clean. It's a vibe for sure.

Upon exploring the possibility of switching gyms, I tried out The Edge Fitness in St. Peters. For $15 a month LESS than the monthly cost of my prior gym's membership, I have found The Edge Fitness to be exceptional. The facilities are kept very clean and they have the widest assortment ,and amount, of gym equipment I have personally experienced in a gym. The people are friendly and truly helpful as well. I highly recommend The Edge Fitness to anyone who is looking for exceptional value in a top-notch workout facility. They have exceeded my expectations and I am very happy to have found them.

Got a membership for the hours and then they get changed a few weeks later without warning . So I’m locked into a contract and they didn’t hold up there end of the deal. This place is highway robbery. Plus my wife never feels comfortable here with the amount of perverted individuals that come here daily just to stare at women . Wouldn’t recommend this gym the atmosphere is off.

This place is great. Great energy and a great team. Courtney is an amazing trainer. So many helped me become comfortable to be out on the floor but loved the option to go into the women’s gym for those days the floor was busy. Don’t forget the kids Edge, my son loves going!

Amazing experience! The entire staff from cleaning crew to front desk super professional and friendly. William has been a great trainer and amazing professional. Seeing results and feeling great.

The gym is amazing however I would never suggest bring African American girls here. There are some on the team but they are scares. It definitely didn’t feel all inclusive. My daughter started at 4 here and I moved her at 5 because she cried at one of the competitions when she was 5 and the coach basically made a seen about her not being ready spent thousands of dollars only for them to say bring her back next year. As if a 5 year old knows how to control there emotions. My daughter cried her heart out when I told her that they said she couldn’t come back and we moved to A more diverse team where it’s okay to have crying spells and bad days. I never wanted my daughter to feel like she had to beg to be somewhere. The new gym parents are friendlier and the girls enjoy themselves more all while Enjoying the competition environment.

The staff is AMAZING! The coaching is nothing like I've seen at any other gym. They genuinely care about their athletes and make sure they're placed where they need to be. My daughter is going into her 3rd season and she's loving every minute of it. I'm so happy we have found our forever cheer gym!

My daughter has been with these coaches since they were all at another gym 7-8 years ago. I cannot say enough about the family they have built. My daughter has excelled at so much. Most importantly, she is happy, healthy, and much more goal driven than I could’ve imagined. I have always appreciated the communication and environment that Karrie has practiced since day 1. They continue to evolve leaps and bounds every single season. The only downside for me is my daughter only has a few years left until she ages out!

Cheer St. Louis is extremely professional and knowledgeable!!! My daughter has been cheering for almost 2 years now. I had no clue about anything so I was going to sign her up for Novice again. Joe (one of the coach’s) approached me and said she needed to try out for Prep. The coach’s are very well trained and certified!!! They communicate when your child needs to go up or down in classes or teams!!! Karrie has done an amazing job growing Cheer St. Louis and knows her stuff!!!! She runs a growing business, coach’s some teams and is a Mom!!! She is always on top of things!!! I wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else!!!! CHEER ST. LOUIS DOES WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR CHILD AT THEIR LEVEL AND HELP THEM LEARN AND GROW TO THE NEXT LEVEL AS SOON AS THEIR TECHNIQUES ARE FLAWLESS AT THAT LEVEL!!! EXTREMELY SAFE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ENVIRONMENT !!!

We've been part of this awesome gym family for 3 years! At some point each of my three kids has been on either a prep, novice or an elite team. Love the standards that are kept and the balance of both building teams that can be successful and encouraging personal goals and growth. One of my daughters found her thing and loves being on an elite team, but there are many options to choose from including prep teams, novice teams, classes, clinics and private lessons for all skill levels.

THE BEST. Every single staff member at this store is a knowledgeable, caring, understanding, pleasant, kind, I could go on and on and on. The products they carry are amazing, safe, and healthy. The team members here really know their stuff, product knowledge is remarkable. Definitely do yourself a favor and go! They also offer free seminars, classes, and other fun events. 😇

We came here on our vacation to get the Jackson’s chips. We found ollipop and zevia too!! They had our favorite flavored stevia drops. It was like we were at home. Friendly staff and conveniently located off I-70.

We have been in St Peter’s since July 2023 and I’m soooo glad we FINALLY found a REAL health food stop. Not all vitamins and supplements are clean but Nutrition Stop is stocked with clean eats, vitamins and supplements 🙌🏽 we will definitely be back.

I ordered online. And it was shipped fast. I highly recommend. Great products. I live in houston so you don't have to be in st.peters to enjoy there products

My son started attending the gym a couple of months ago. He doesn't attend daycare so I thought it was a great way for him to have interaction with his peers. I feel he has really grown as a little person. Not only are skills taught but it is also an excellent workout( as seen in the pic below boy was he tired lol). Ms. Angela is fantastic and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does.

The staff is great with the kids and the classes are good. The gym itself is in good shape and clean. The lobby and seating area for the parents however, is consistently ridiculously cold in the winter. The employees are apparently not allowed to adjust the thermostat. When your staff is bundled up with blankets behind the front desk it’s a pretty clear indicator that you need to turn up the heat. 30 min in the building in a winter hat and coat and I can’t feel my toes!

We love the gym! Our girls have a great time and the instructors are great! However, the owner keeps the gym and lobby ridiculously cold in the winter. Literally everyone is bundled up. Recommend highly but the owner needs to quit being cheap.

I've done the toddler parent/child classes for over a year with three different teachers. i drive pretty far for it but I think it's still worth going, and the quality time is excellent. staff is awesome and I think it's beneficial for my toddler's physical coordination, social skills, and confidence! my daughter loves going.

My son stays at home with me so I worry about his socialization, especially during these times. We went to our first class on Thursday and he loved it! He's never seen so many kids before so he was a little shy at first. But the instructor and her assistant that day were so so nice and engaging. He didn't want to leave by the end of the class. We cant wait to come back next week!

LittleBits Gym at Cheer St. Louis has been a fantastic experience for all 3 of my children! The coaching staff has such a love and compassion for all children and really learns their needs for growing as a child!

The coaches staff are simply amazing! They care so much and all the kids have so much fun.

This is a great program that build kids confidence and strength! CSTL, Jay, and Megan are the best!!

Nice small park. Couple pavilion, ballfields, horseshoe pits. Normally clean. Don't let a recent news story make it seem bad. It's still a great park.
