Best Gym near Skippack, Pennsylvania

Our kids had a BLAST at the parents night out hosted by Nicole and Catie! Like so much fun, they slept in the next day. Catie and Nicole were great with the kids & had such fun activities planned for them. Definitely recommend these trustworthy ladies!

Best facial ever. I had such a great experience! I love everything about this spa - the atmosphere, the services, the products, all of it! Nicole made sure I was comfortable + really helped me pin down my problems. She made sure I knew what products she was using + what techniques would work best for my skin. I left with smooth + refreshed skin, plus knowledge on how to keep my skin glowing. Highly recommend!

This place is so amazing! Nicole, the owner, is so knowledgeable and has created such a relaxing and calming space. I always feel so taken care of when I visit, like a best friend or family. I love the ambiance and atmosphere. The boutique inside is such an added bonus. I love the pieces and that they are pieces that aren’t available at other local shops! She really has just created such a getaway in our little town and it’s just so special. I absolutely love it.

I've seen the owner, Nicole a few times now for my skin. She is one of the most knowledgable estheticians I've ever met and gives the best facials I've ever gotten. I hope she never leaves Skippack!! They also have a retail shop inside where they sell jewelry and other handmade things from other small business owners. I love stopping in here even when I don't have a service scheduled. I'm looking forward to trying one of their yoga classes.

Nicole is absolutely amazing! We did a girls spa day. She has a beautiful space. She is very knowledgeable and professional. It was such a relaxing experience. I learned so much about skin care. I highly recommend and will be back. Thank you Nicole!!

A hidden gem not only in Skippack, but in the surrounding areas!! The trainers here are super kind, knowledgeable and professional. They are definitely able to guide you to great heights, whether it’d be just general functional fitness, strength training or mixed martial arts. You can tell that these guys are just doing what they love, and they just want to share that with everyone they come across! Highly suggest any demographic (kids to adults, beginners to professionals ) to try them out! You won’t regret it! 💪

My son started a little over a month ago here. The coaches are fantastic and my son now loves going all the time. Perfect place if you want to get you child off devices and be more active.

Great gym. Matt works with my elementary school age son. He is super patient and really terrific at channeling my son's chaotic energy into inventive exercises. Best of all my son loves it. Atmosphere is really welcoming at the gym and other trainers are super friendly.

I can’t say enough great things about Matt and all of the other trainers at TRF. Matt has been working with me for almost 18 months and he has helped me transform my body. I didn’t think I could do what I’ve done at 45 years old, but Matt had faith in me and I’m so thankful.

Best Gym ever Maths great they have boxing and my kid goes there 100% recommend it

We have tried several times to cancel our membership over the course of 4 months, nobody returns the phone calls and they keep charging our credit card. Basically stealing money at this point.

One of the best mid size gym's I have had the pleasure of visiting. Great classes, incredible environment and no pesky trainers.
