A hidden gem not only in Skippack, but in the surrounding areas!! The trainers here are super kind, knowledgeable and professional. They are definitely able to guide you to great heights, whether it’d be just general functional fitness, strength training or mixed martial arts. You can tell that these guys are just doing what they love, and they just want to share that with everyone they come across! Highly suggest any demographic (kids to adults, beginners to professionals ) to try them out! You won’t regret it! 💪

My son started a little over a month ago here. The coaches are fantastic and my son now loves going all the time. Perfect place if you want to get you child off devices and be more active.

Great gym. Matt works with my elementary school age son. He is super patient and really terrific at channeling my son's chaotic energy into inventive exercises. Best of all my son loves it. Atmosphere is really welcoming at the gym and other trainers are super friendly.

I can’t say enough great things about Matt and all of the other trainers at TRF. Matt has been working with me for almost 18 months and he has helped me transform my body. I didn’t think I could do what I’ve done at 45 years old, but Matt had faith in me and I’m so thankful.
