FWF has the best instructors! They all support your personal fitness goals and help you achieve them. I love the flexibility of when classes are offered as it works well with my work schedule. I have met many friends and really look forward to seeing them each week!!

I love it here! I have always been uncomfortable with group exercises, but all the instructors at FWF are so welcoming and inclusive. This is a fun, pleasant atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. Thanks for all the fun classes!

Nicole and Jenn offer a variety of fitness classes that allow me to work out several days a week. I love the flexibility of participating in person, virtually through Zoom, or via recording to meet my schedule and preferences. The classes are always fun, and modifications are always available to accommodate my areas that need improvement. I strongly recommend trying a class if you haven’t yet- they will help you find one to fit your needs!

I have enjoyed the classes that I have attended at FWF Wellness! It is evident that the instructors enjoy what they do & want you to enjoy your fitness journey! There is a great variety of classes so there is something for everyone!

For being in a hotel, this gym has more than you need. The sauna is broke but other than that, nice calm atmosphere for getting in some sets.

Love hitting fitness Express. I take my kids there to swim, play basketball, racquetball, relax in the hot tub, and my husband hits the gym to work out 2 different areas to choose to work out. Go for the day $10 or get a pass for months! Just make sure to bring a towel to use 😁

$10 per person isn't terrible.. it does get kind of pricey though. It was me and 3 kids.. so for $40 I was expecting a better pool. The water smells kind of funny. It was way over chlorinated. Also, there is no restroom or changing room connected to the pool. You have to change downstairs, which felt uncomfortable walking down while soaking wet. The staff were nice and the place is not pretentious so it was nice to feel mellow at least. The hot tub was hot, again, kind of felt alittle dirty. I'd probably overlook some of the grime if kids were cheaper.

Come for the racquetball courts, stay for the hot tub

Dirty appearance. The swimming pool and the hot tub seem that they aren't cleaned often, if ever. There were dirt marks all over the edges of the hot tub and clumps of hair floating around. Also, no toilet paper in the bathroom stalls day after day. It seems like no one is ever at the desk for check in. Do not recommend.
