Best Gym near Rialto, California

Brooke, is fantastic I highly recommend her if you come to this gym. She got me and my husband going on a great membership (the platinum). She made joining up a great and easy experience and was very thorough about everything. Dylan my fitness coach is great. He really helped me understand every exercise and went into detail on how to properly do the workout and what muscle it’s working out. He took the time to understand my goals and surpass what I expected from a fitness coach. I Love 24 hour fitness!!!!

Walked in to get a workout Wednesday morning at the 24 in Rialto. I liked the new equipment and thought this was is a lot cleaner that the others in surrounding cities. More than 20 cardio machines are unplugged and have”OUT OF ORDER” signs on them. As I walked up to take pictures for this review the 1 stair master that was working someone was on it. She told me she was finished and said “this is ridiculous right!” I said it definitely is. Will 24 be crediting the members for a day since more than 20 people won’t be doing cardio in their facilities? Probably not. lol. Thought the google community should know. Happy Wednesday! 💪

I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in to sign up and get a membership with the sales dude who wears glasses and OF COURSE I was lied to and tricked into signing up for and paying for a monthly training session (which to my knowledge was a ONE time thing) I didn’t even realize until AFTER my payment and reviewed the contract in my email, that it was a monthly subscription. of course i came back in to express my dissatisfaction and how I was under the impression that it was a one time service and CLEARLY stated MULTIPLE times I didn’t want a trainer NOR to be tied down to a contract, but i guess it’s typical for a salesman to not be able to take no for an answer clearly. I was told I would just “pay” for one session and get a courtesy one and it would give me a cheaper monthly rate. Not only was I misled and LIED to, the associate then tells me he PROMISES to cancel it for me and if he doesn’t he will refund me the initiation fee himself. It never got cancelled and somehow I was expected to pay 60 bucks a month for a service I not once utilized. ALSO, got stood up and ghosted by, Jason, my trainer. In hindsight, things happen. There was a mix up, so we reschedule for the upcoming Friday , that friday comes and I message asking if we are still good for our session, no response.. ghosted, so of course I didn’t show up since LAST TIME I got stood up, I’m not gonna hound down my trainer! I ended up just cancelling my membership as a whole. Never been so disappointed with a gym or service before, I never even leave reviews but this truly bewildered me.

The gym is near my home, is super clean ,excellent costumer service! I am taking my son for swimming lessons with Jason Osiris he is my son’s instructor. I give Jason an A+ because he is respectful , profesional , patient, fun and creative every lesson. My son loves the swimming lessons. I definitely recommend Jason Osiris as trainer. My son improved a lot after Jason’s lessons.

Was there this morning I really like coming to workout at this location. However, this morning when I was getting ready to leave the locker room, sauna, steam room and restroom were all closed for cleaning at 8am. My gym bag was in the locker and I decided to go in there to get it. While walking out the locker room the employee just gave me a blank stare and seemed really rude! I do think that these areas need to be cleaned before 5am not at 8am when people are trying to get their workout in before heading off to work, etc. It is very inconvenient to be paying all this money for a gym membership and their facilities are closed down during the morning. I understand that the gym needs to be cleaned, but maybe do it overnight when it’s not as busy. This has happened a few times already. I will be canceling my membership if this continues

Love it. It's awesome here! Very clean gym & very clean large bathroom/showers/locker rooms. Excellent amount of different equipment. Plenty of lockers to easily store your stuff while you're working out. Nice Staff too.

LOVE THE WAY GYM EQUIPMENT IS ORGANIZED BY WORK OUT STATION. YOU HAS WEIGHT ONE SPOT ,ABS, IN ONE SECTION, LEGS ANOTHER SECTION, ETC... ITS NOT LIKE OTHER PF WHERE GYM EQUIPMENT IS SCATTERED ACROSS THE ROOM. LOCKER ROOMS ARE CLEAN. GREAT ENVIRONMENT DEFINITELY GET ME MOTIVATED TO DO A LOT MORE.

Good gym , clean . Can get busy like any other place during afternoon times. For the price can’t complain. Just get to the gym and move …

Just started attending this gym & so far so good ..... Seems like the staff is polite & nice ..... The times I've been there it's never too packed .....

Awesome gym amazing restrooms the atmosphere is awesome but I get super bad attitude from some girls in the morning on the weekend I’m sure other members experience this to not just me

This location (as this is the only one I’ve been to for 6 months) is good. It’s close to home. Plenty of machines and equipment. Not intimidating. Friendly staff that engage with you as you enter and exit. But what I noticed at first, the staff cleaning all the time. But as with most things, that has tapered off to occasionally. I think the machines for the most part are clean due to the members wiping them down when they are done. But if you take a closer look from the bottom half down they are dusty and are collecting hair. I have noticed a machine not in service but has not been fixed in 2 weeks. Same as their water bottle filling station. To be a member we pay a maintenance fee, I don’t see that in effect. This is a good gym, I just think the staff is slacking off on the cleaning. I don’t see them move from the front desk. As someone else mentioned the girls are laughing loudly, which says a lot since the music is so loud (like others have mentioned).

I came in To the gym and first thing they did was greet me and said welcome and this is a new gym I got a tour around the place Jared helped me out they have a lot of equipment great clean place and all the staff were really friendly over all a great experience and I Definitely recommend you stop by Adrian Fred Ciara we’re all great and friendly

This review is in regards to my experience with Blink fitness at Viva La Fiesta event at the Jerry Eaves Park on 9/28/24. Blink fitness had a table booth with a spinning wheel for a chance to win one of their prizes, including stickers, pen, water bottle. My children and I get in line to spin their wheel, we’re right behind a gentleman who once he’s next to spin the wheel, he just steps to the side and starts filling out some document, so my toddler assumes he’s next and spins the wheel which lands on a prize for a sticker and the Blink booth attendant hands my toddler the sticker, next thing I know, the blink booth person asks the gentleman who just finished filling out their document if my toddler is with him, which of course he says no, so the booth attendant tells my toddler to put the sticker back. I was shocked, he took back a tiny little sticker who my toddler won by spinning the wheel that they have advertised at their booth at a family friendly event. Reason why my toddler had to put the sticker back was because you had to sign up by providing them your name, phone number, and email. I was right there, he could have just told me before taking away a tiny little sticker from a toddler that I just had to sign up so we could keep the sticker, it was rude and uncalled for.

Please get another smith machine!!!! The way people reserve the machines it’s ridiculous I’m this close to switching my membership! Used to LOVE blink I’d always recommend but lately the way people aren’t courteous

Honestly very horrible experience if I could give it a negative I would they wanna charge me 90 something dollars to cancel my membership when I have only gone 4 times in 2 months this is my no one likes gym memberships

Very nice gym and facility but the front people specially the Hispanic ones !!! They are in the front to greet you but they totally ignore you !!! The manager is amazing !!! They need to fire those guys in the front with bad attitude ASAP!!!

This is the best kept secret in the Inland Empire to do activities excersise inside and outdoors. Swimming is a must in my family. This park has all the amenities imaginable. Yes I'm so, so satisfied!😍 Rating 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯✅

When there today for the 1st and last time. I will never go back or take my kids there ever again. We came for the 7-9 recreational swim and it was $14 total for 4 of us. I gave the lady a $20 bill and would not accept it because u need to spend $15 or more so they can accept a 29 dollar bill. Seriously.....? Why cant they accept it angry give me $6 in change. I went on a mission to get change. After almost 1 hour wasted we finally hot in pool and it just seamed like the life guards are there to harass more then save a life. NO RUNNING I understand they told my youngest, but the no children on the back or no floaties on the kinds really. I'm good on this place.i couldn't fully enjoy my self. I felt like all the need to tell us is NO FUN, NO LAUGHING, NO SMILES, NO SWIMMING.....heavy on the rules here.

This Aquatic Fitness Center offers something for everyone. I take the Pilates and Cardio Fitness classes with the "amazing and inspiring" JEAN! Talk about a workout! You'll be inspired to challenge yourself. On Wednesdays I take a second class, after Jeans Pilates, with Rita, mostly geared toward low impact. The first time I took her class I was pleasantly surprised to have broken a sweat, exhausted my muscles with bands, yoga balls and light weights. I love a challenge and with these two instructors, you'll be motivated to keep your butt moving!

It's a good gym and pretty clean just a bit to pricey. I have gone to this gym for months and stopped going because my trips out of state. The gym is clean, but for nearly 800 dollars for a family plan and and 500 for a solo plan I just think the prices are to high for a local gym.

Boot camp workouts are only 30 minutes but definitely worth it! Both trainers Vicente and Ivis have helped me build and tone up!! They are never disrespectful or rude, they focus on helping out everyone! Great environment, everyone is friendly.

P.S - THE EVIL EMPIRE .. SB Fit Body is where it all began for me. Couldn’t be more thankful to a Vicente and his efforts to push me in my journey. The girl you mention “who’s always on the phone”, her name is Ivis, I’ve known her for years and can vouch for her dedication and care for the clients. I assure you she‘s not on the phone being distracted, in my experience she was likely reviewing her workout programming for the day.. Anyway, just didn’t want that wrong idea to stay out there and hope you give the place another chance.

Love this place been going for almost 3 years went after first baby lost all my baby weight and now having baby #2 right back to it. Trainers vicente and ivis are excellent trainers.

I was seeking to join but they never called back, they left me on read on IG. they're horrible. I called and the owner tells me he will call me back and never did. I tried 3 times. like if my money ain't green.

You can't go wrong here because once you join you'll never want to stop! Highly recommend this place for a great workout.

A friend introduced me to Socal fit nutrition and I'm extremely greatful. The workout is always different and challenging. The owners care and support your wellness journey. Alot of places out there will take your money and not care about your results but not SoCal fit Nutrition. They will guide you and coach you the whole way through. They have flexible class schedules and hours to fit your needs too. Not to mention fun hikes and excursions outside of the gym. Highly recommend.

I been coming here for almost a year and it’s always a great workout, good vibes. Wanna make a change this is the place to be! FYI they got great protein snacks 💕

I absolutely love this gym the one on one coaching is amazing they guide you and help you with your process. They give you a meal plan and work out plan as well. Coaches Eva Lilly Jose and jazzy are very helpful and uplifting. Everyone that comes here has great energy I love the environment it’s like a gym family. They have a full protein bar as well their waffles are 10/10 you must try

I’ve been knowing them for 3years best coaches love the atmosphere at the gym everyone so friendly and best of all we get our pre workout and then our protein shake when class is over definitely recommended

I was surprise by the cleanliness of this place, for some reason it feels peaceful and the staff are attentive. The music is at the right volume and everyone minding their own business. My husband and I had different membership. He has this place and I have the Blink. We alternate and definitely this planet fitness is may better, more machine, respectful and friendly staff. I’m canceling my Blink membership soon.

Let me start off by saying 24-hour access is amazing. The clerks are super friendly and helpful. I have no issues finding equipment, and there's plenty of space to work out. Great atmosphere, clean, and drama free so far for me. Plenty of parking and the programs that are available are affordable and give you access to massage beds, equipment, and 24 hours of your choice of pain and gain!

Great experience here all week as I traveled through the area. Friendly people. Clean spaces. Like everywhere, some members clean up after themselves and some clean up before and after. New staff member, Mr Adrian, was very friendly and engaged several members in relevant conversations, and gave encouragement. Excellent hire!

So after some scary health events I return to pay my bill as the app is not working. I’m not feeling well, but I thought I’ll make a payment and leave quickly. No - I had to update several things so I decide I will just come back and take pictures on my next visit. Not what the 3 foot tall, Aztec warrior - female supervisor wanted to hear - and proceeded to just be un empathetic and bullying for a stupid picture. I walked out because she can’t take NO for answer. Planet fitness needs better representation.

I wanted to share my experience with everybody with this Gym. I’ve been with them since before I graduated high school I graduate high school 2013. Tim has been there since this gym opened and he’s always help me out and he has given me the best experience every time I walk in, he takes care of all his customers, and he remembers everybody’s name which speaks very highly of him, his team is very well trained and it’s a family environment in there. I love it. I work right by the 20 hour fitness and I have a membership there and I choose to drive to this gym in my lunch just because of the experience I have with coming to this gym all do to the best type of management (Tim)

I’ve been a member here for 10+ years. This is my go to location because it’s always clean, sanitary wipes are always available, it’s spacious, has a punching bag and a friendly staff. The manager Tim is very amiable, when ever there is an issue he has it resolved as quickly as possible. The upkeep of the equipment is always great!

I love this gym, it’s clean and everyone that works here is friendly and super knowledgeable. Tim, the manager has helped me out many times with extremely helpful advice. The customer service from Wilmer, Joseline, Sylvanna, Ryan, Nate, Matthew, Christian, and all of the employees has been exceptional. I have passes to multiple gyms, and choose to come to this one most frequently because of the positive and friendly environment.

The management doesn’t seem to care about people who do fitness classes or their loyal instructors who have been there 8+ years for canceling all classes. I Will be ending my membership and taking my business elsewhere. Michele is the best instructor and we will be following her. They even closed down the Victorville location without telling their clients. Very disappointed, won’t be surprised when Rialto goes out of business too! Worst decision your company has made and continues to make and you deserve to keep forcing to close locations (just like your Rancho II location). Dont waste your time or money because they’ll probably close up and never even inform you and charge your card (like they did to me) and their number gets disconnected!

This is the best gym in the area, the facility and staff are amazing! Especially Nate, he’s a great trainer that supports you no matter what body goal! Also The manager Tim has become a real friend in my fitness journey. This establishment cares
