My son loves this place we have a membership and we had his birthday party here the staff is awesome and the facilities are great. If you're having a party ask for Madison to be your host she is amazing! Tiffany the manager is also great and goes above and beyond!

Had daughters 5th birthday party here. The staff was helpful and the pizza was actually really delicious. It wasn't too crowded and it was definitely age appropriate. The bathrooms were sooooo clean! You cant wear shoes in there so wear socks. I don't like that there are unlimited refills on the drinks but staff has to give it to you and the pizza wasn't fully sliced because they lost the cutter and had to use a knife. Also only having the party room for 1 hours was wildly inconvenient and I felt a little rushed to get food and cake done because you cant eat your cake at the tables outside the rooms. They did provide decorations but they allowed me to bring my own and decorate how i wanted.However, I would definitely return.

We love Luv 2 play! We’ve been coming here since she was 5 months old! They have something here for all ages and even as adults we have fun going through the obstacles with the kiddos. Tiffany at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. Great place to escape the heat and tire the little ones out.

We booked a private party and had a great time! Cinthia was the event coordinator and helped me with everything, very friendly and everything was ready when we arrived! The pizza was delicious and my kids had a great time! The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be booking future parties! Thanks Cinthia 🫶. ….. We arrived about a half hour after opening and it took us a while to get checked in because there was only one employee running everything. The equipment seems to be maintained a little better than other places we had been. There was also a wider variety of zones to play in.

Cannot say enough good things about this gym and community. All the coaches are incredible, knowledgeable, supportive, meeting you at all fitness levels. Challenging but not intimidating :) Lastly the sense of community is not only fun but inspiring!

Great Atmosphere, awesome staff and the people there working out want to see everyone succeed it’s a great team environment. Will be back in whenever I am in Phoenix. Would be my only gym if I lived there. Keep up the great work and inspiration to everyone that comes through the door. Big Jay

All I can say is, if you are thinking about going to the gym… DO IT. You could find out it’s not for you, no harm no foul. Or you could f&$; around and find out you LOVE it like I did. The coaches are amazing at meeting you where you are at. I walked into this place not knowing a single thing about CrossFit. They are patient, willing to teach, answer any and all questions!! Worth checking out for sure, they’ll do the rest for sure.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend this gym it has been such a big part of my sobriety, great classes as well as coaches who will tailor any movement in the workout to what you are capable of doing

A perfect gym to get back into a routine after being out of it for a number of years and after having knee replacement. It is a very comfortable place to be. And when you walk in the staff is always smiling and makes you feel super welcome.

I have been a member here since about mid August and so far I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and welcoming when walking in. They actively clean the facilities and restock the cleaning paper and sprays when needed. It can get a little busy after 5 pm on weekdays but early to mid afternoons are my preferred times and it's not usually busy.

I have been a loyal black card member for 6 months now and the long term full time staff have always been the best, amazing attitude and tend to the gym and keep it 1,000x wayyyy cleaner than the 75th Ave location. There is a new manager Alan and now we can't use the massage chairs for more than 10 minutes? Why? Do they pay you more Alan for denying an extra 5 minutes? This gym is clean but the machines and equipment need upgrades and TLC!

This is a great planet fitness. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout. And it’s not very busy during the morning and lunch hour. It gets a little busy after 5 o’clock, but a lot of gyms are like that. I like to go on my lunch break. Definitely check it out.

Great selection of equipment. Lots of parking. Always clean and staff are friendly. Can get busy at times, but this is just a downside of being a good, clean, functional gym.

I had an incredible experience at EOS Fitness, all thanks to Elysia! From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with such warmth and energy. Not only did she take the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, but she also shared her own fitness journey, which was so inspiring. Her passion and dedication to the gym were contagious and gave me the motivation I needed to take my first steps toward my own goals. The facility itself is fantastic—clean, well-equipped, and spacious—but it’s the people like Elysia that make it truly special. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel supported from day one, I can’t recommend this location enough. Nice gym, usually clean. However do NOT sign up for any sort of “trial” here. I am from out of state, and signed up for a month membership. I was told it would be a set price for the month and would expire at month-end. However, I come to find out I was charged $80 on my credit card statement. I called to find out, and waited 2 weeks to get a return call which I never got (had to call back). I am still waiting on calls to see if my refund will come through at all. As of now, paid $100 to have access to this gym for 30 days. I only did the month membership because the associate told me it would be cheaper than doing multiple week long memberships. I live across the country so I can’t go and talk to a manager myself, super disappointed and will never be returning. My family decided to get memberships at Mountainside Fitness instead, which I recommend over EoS!

I am talking about multiple gyms. They, and their staff are great and helpful. DO NOT TRUST THE UPPER MANAGEMENT, their corporate. For 2 years now I deal with them, for an example, doctor said I had to take off 3+ months. I went through the gym manager (nice guy), he even showed me the email saying my account was frozen and I wouldn't be charged; I was charged every month. Due to convenience, I will continue use the equipment and leave, but I will never trust their corporate again. Oh, and the gym managers never stay, they are transfered, at times, monthly (not an exaggeration).

Do not trust this Gym as their policies and business ethics are very questionable. I signed up and ended up moving out of town, I forgot about it honestly. I cancelled my account in Late December in person and the kid that was helping me couldn’t offer me any paperwork to verify the cancellation. All he did was give me a confirmation number on a sticky note for both my account and my son’s account. They ASSURED me I wouldn’t have any more charges. about 10 days later I received one more charge in late 2024, then another in early 2025. The strange part was that it was a different amount than the normal monthly charges. I contacted them and it turns out it was the annual renewal fee. One for me and one for my son. The person over the phone was super nice and helpful in explaining how their system works and escalated it to a manager. He told me that if it had been cancelled a certain way, the annual fee wouldn’t have auto billed but the first person that helped me didn’t do it that way. The assistant operations manager said he would put in a request to have it refunded but it was out of his control as there is a third party finance company that handles the billing. He was also very nice and wanted to be helpful. The fact that a manager doesn’t have the power to over ride a bogus rule that it has to be cancelled a certain way in order to prevent the recurring annual charge is insane. Heck if it was just the monthly charge I would have understood a little because of a 30 day cancellation period but to charge two more annual fees is wild. I’ll be curious to see if I get the standard copy paste response that the Operations Manager seems to reply with to everyone’s bad reviews. ***edit to add on January 23rd***. I did get the standard copy paste response! makes me wonder if the manager even read my bad review, much less the paragraph before this one. ***edit to add on January 30th*** apparently the management doesn’t care. Their copy paste response that they are actively working on my concern is obviously not true. I haven’t heard from them at all.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in to sign up for the gym. Of course they brought over their Personal Training person. He gave me a free workout which was great but after that it’s been terrible. He wanted to get me to signup for on-going session, I told him I’m not really interested but give me the night to think about it. He said he’d be at the gym the next day. Well, I text him the next morning I wasn’t interested in the PT sessions. Went to the gym and of course he’s not there like he said he be. So I spoke to another manager, told her the story and to cancel. A few days later I get a text asking me how my sessions were going. A few days after that I get billed for the sessions I never signed up for. I go to talk to manager, not there, again. I call, nothing. I call the next day nothing. I go to the gym, not there. I call again. Nothing. Now I’m going to cancel my gym membership because I don’t want any part of this BS.

I have been training at VASA for the past year and a half and I couldn’t be more impressed. The gym itself is always clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I have had 2 great personal trainers. From the very first session, they took the time to understand my fitness goals, tailor workouts to my needs, and push me to achieve more than I thought was possible. I’ve seen huge improvements in both strength and confidence. I love the Studio Red classes. Rebekah is awesome. She is always positive, motivating and genuinely interested in my progress. I highly recommend both the gym and the Studio Red classes to anyone looking for a supportive and challenging fitness experience!

Hello, I am thoroughly impressed with the childcare that the young ladies provide at the East Thunderbird VASA location. Ms. Abby and her team do an amazing job with all the children. My son is currently four months old. The idea of leaving him in any one else’s hands is not happening. I can enjoy a workout relieved knowing that they have his best interests in mind. Way to go Ladies!!! Love you and how you are with my baby 🩷

Abby and her team run one of the best gym childcares I’ve ever seen! They create a loving and safe environment for the kids. So we are able to workout and know they are being cared for!

I’ve tried three other gyms in the North Phoenix area, and Vasa has me hooked for life. Not only is the facility very clean and well equipped, but the staff and especially the trainers are more helpful and friendly than any I’ve encountered at any gym yet. Coaches Grace, Melanie and Tony deserve special recognition for always going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience.

This Planet Fitness is a great Place to Work Out. I absolutely love going to Planet Fitness in North Cave Creek! The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition. I always have a positive experience when I work out there, and thank you for always being so kind.

I haven’t been to the gym since May 23, 2024. I read somewhere that the gym had undergone some changes and I was excited to see them. Moving the stretching area to the circuit area was a thought of mine for ages! There just wasn’t enough room in the other area. The new cardio equipment is cool. I still have to walk around and understand how/where the other equipment moved to on the floor, but I’ll get to that. I’m just pleased with the initial re-impression that I got today!

Had the pleasure to meet a great team here! I had the opportunity to meet Maggie, Cassandra, Cassidy, Tam and Mikayla. All of them are fantastic and welcomed me very well! So excited to be part of a great movement! Also Wanted to say this is a great gym! A little smaller than most and it's very cleaned and organized! Walk in showers and if I counted correctly, 18 tvs. Overall a fantastic gym! Last but not least, Cassandra and Nando; keep it up! You guys have a great team!! Last but not least, Cassidy is the personal trainer at this location and she is so inspiring! Highly recommend her to get back into shape! She will get you there! Keep it up Cassidy!

We’ve had a great experience so far! So easy to sign up, very friendly and helpful staff every day we’ve been there. Everything is clean and well taken care of!

I’ve been going to LA fitness for about a decade and my experience at this location in the past month I’ve never seen a facility so clean. I think her name is Libby, but the woman who is cleaning today was doing an amazing job. She was being so thorough and that genuinely does create a different environment for training when you can tell it’s being taken care of.

This gym has really improved in the last year. A new cleaning crew that is friendly and does a great job! Customers need to be responsible and clean up their garbage but, we all know how that goes. 🤪 I read a complaint about the lady cleaning in the mens room. Well, she is on shift and has to clean. A sign is posted at the entry for the men to be aware. When the male cleaner is on, he has to go into the lady's locker room to clean and a sign is placed at entry so the women know and can change in the bathroom stall. Not a big deal to me. The employees there are very friendly and make rounds through the gym picking up and properly storing equipment that customers are to lazy to do. 🙄. I find repairs are done as quickly as possible. There are times when they are waiting on parts, like for the water fountain. This they have no control over. I also have no problem getting on equipment I need to get my workout in. 👍🏻💪🏻

Joanne managed the Tatum LAfitness wonderfully and now at Bell Road We will enjoy her professionalism and attentiveness to members need, and as usual “exceed them”! She is always friendly and a smiling face! I’ve been a Member since you opened at Tatum! Bill Dragonas Jr.😊 and Rocky!

Been working out here for over 20 years. It’s close to my home but also has what I need. Libby is also fantastic at keeping it clean! We love her!

This club it's one of the best! The stuff are friendly and helpful when u need theme! The manager Joanne's it's one of the Top from all the gym what I trained in the past by keeping the club clean,sauna,locker room are all in perfect condition. Wish them best and keep same for future

I have been to many Anytime Fitness locations, locally and around the country. This is by far the best Anytime Fitness I've been in. Staff personnel are respectful, the gym is clean. But best of all, is the equipment and functional training space it has. Highly recommend.

Everytime I've called some middle schooler or high-school individual answers the phone never taking the conversation seriously and very unprofessional. Giggling or laughing and trying to talk to someone else while again on the phone with me a paying member. I don't think I have ever been disappointed with an establishment as far as I have with customer service. They don't verify your information when calling twice I've gotten other individuals accounts which is so concerning. Anytime you can definitely contact me. Also I cancelled my membership.

Loving this gym the place is so clean! I love training with Matt because he explains everything and pushes me to my limits. What I like even more about this gym is that that I can get on any machine at any time without the long wait and craziness. Plus it's open 24 hours so I have no excuse not to go. :)

Amazing gym in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area!! I messaged them a few days before our trip and they were super accommodating with day guest passes for me and my family :) the gym is equipped with state of the art equipment, a posing area, a recovery room and more!! Blood Sweat and Bodywork isn't your average gym with a trainer like Jen around. I can't say enough about her, she's the full package! With degrees in both personal training as well as nursing, you are guaranteed to be in safest hands. Jen is someone who will look out for your best interest no matter what. In a world full of intimidation, she continues to make me feel right at Home. No question is a dumb question either! Love her vibes and her passion for the industry!

Just moved to the area and needed to find a permanent gym. Had intentions to view other gyms in the area, but checked out BSB first and absolutely loved it—ended up signing up on the spot. It’s pretty big as far as private gyms go, equipment is top tier and they have every piece of equipment you would need and so much more. The atmosphere is unmatched and I have never seen the gym remotely close to crowded. The prices are very reasonable for more of an exclusive gym. Aleea (the owner) was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

One of the best gyms in the Valley! The gym has unique equipment that you won’t find elsewhere. The facility itself is very well maintained, clean and is spacious. They have a bunch of recovery options such as infrared saunas and cold plunges. They even have a posing room. Highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re in the Phoenix area!

Absolutely the best gym I have even been to.. Incredible equipment, great staff, and a super welcoming environment for all skill levels.

The showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly for at least a month. The handheld shower lines and floor tiles were encrusted with shower residue. I have been to several ATs over the last month and it seems that the franchise has become lax on its cleanliness standards as many of the showers were in a similar state.

Giving 5 stars for the major points of; low # of members when I am there so I don't have to wait for equipment and the condition of the machines is quite good. Most members re-rack their weights which is much better than the experience that I've had at other companies. Cons; this place is TIRED. Several cracked mirrors and the paint job is dull and damaged....not very energizing to stare at charcoal grey walls and most of the other colors are in desperate need of a refresh. I've been a member of luxurious gyms in the past and though this brand doesn't compare, it seems to get the job done. Overall a very good place to get your sweat on.....just needs some updating.

Definitely an embarrassing experience I saw a Facebook post that said free 6 weeks and I read the whole post now when I showed up it was basically like an interview to see if I qualified for the program. They toured me, asked me questions and right at the end. They showed me a paper that says it’s $300. I understand it’s two payments but it doesn’t matter that is false advertisement and I’m definitely disappointed in the company I told him I’m a single mom with three kids, saw an opportunity and was excited! At least put in the fine print if you don’t lose the weight, you don’t get your money back so basically you pay $300. It’s actually over $300 and once the six weeks are up if you lose 20 pounds you get your money back they need to put in the advertisement because once again it’s false advertising. Also, I wanna know what company interviews people to see if they qualify when it’s really just about making money for them. We all qualify at that point if we’re paying you, we qualify.

Great gym, but there has been a reoccurring issue lately with the scanner not working on the door. I lift early in the morning before work so it’s an inconvenience arriving during non-staffed hours to realize I’ve wasted my time before work. Get this fixed, please

Nathan and his staff care about their members. They worked hard to hire a new coach after the one they had was badly hurt in a motorcycle accident. I now work with Vini and he is awesome. The gym is always clean and has a very good selection of machines and equipment to achieve my workout goals. I highly recommend this gym.

I went to this Planet Fitness location while I was in Phoenix for work for a couple weeks. I really enjoyed it! Plenty of space, machines, and free weights. The overnight staff was great. If I'm back in this area again this will be the gym I go to.

By the way nothing has Changed see pictures below of this morning 7am Saturday July 13th, 2024 JUNE 24TH, 2024: I live in Glendale and this Phoenix location is my Home Gym. I travel to Los Angeles 2-3 times per month. As a result I visit many Planet Fitness locations in between Phienix and Los Angeles. It's sad to report that this Gym is by far the least kept up. The staff are always just loitering talking amongst themselves. The men's restrooms and showers are generally dirty and smelly. The equipment is not cared for and the water station has been inoperable for the last 5 days but it's regularly either turned off on purpose or needs replacing. I've been on the verge of calling the Health Department and each day I visit I'm much closer! It's truelly disappointing.

I will take pics next time I visit PF. I had one of the best visits to PF yesterday. I go there to do my PT exercises. I noticed signage of some of their black card amenities and asked about them. There is one that I think is called the Healing pod. You lay down on it and there's a screen above and another screen with optional prompts for: visual background, meditations, breathwork, scents and heat. I was SO relaxed after 15 minutes. As well, I tried the new machine called, Cryo (something). It offers heat and or cold, along with pressure massage for the legs. Wonderful! Planet Fitness has different sections of workout equipment and plenty of space. The locker room and shower is decent too.

Well this place is my gym that I goto, when my body tells me to get up, and start moving. I recently had surgery on the bottom of my R-Foot. So it’s been a while since I was even able to walk without some assistance. So with age being a factor to I am differently on my mission. I really enjoy my workouts on my time, and most importantly when I feel like it. Open 24 hours 7 days a week So if you are thinking about joining a gym, I think you would really enjoy going Planet Fitness’s. They works with your health insurance, you may not have to pay a dime. Just call your health insurance company,ask them if you have coverage for Wellness Care. You need to Check with your Doctor first, and then it’s up to You!!!!! Photos provided by me!!!☺️

Nice place to work out at. It's clean and I feel comfortable here. I didn't see a sauna or steam room though. If there is I didn't see it. They have the hydromassage and other things though for blackcard users

Former member to this location and came back for the holidays. Jose and the staff I connected with were friendly and helpful with setting me up with a pass. Gym looks like it’s been maintained over the years. Will definitely be returning during future visits

Worked out at this gym today and was very pleased with it. The equipment is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s a wide range of classes to choose from. The atmosphere is motivating, and I’ve definitely seen progress. Highly recommend!

The LA Fitness was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were particular friendly and helpful with answering questions, I felt well taken care of. Jose was especially great to work with when discussing membership options and he laid out everything really clearly.

I really enjoy this location. The staff is always nice, everything is clean, and the equipment is never down. One the best gyms I have been too. I checked out other chains in the area but they were either overcrowded and filthy
