I found Carl by coincidence and after having a conversation with him about training, I booked an appointment for my son. This is not the first place I’ve taken my son for training but it will be the last one. I’ve been amazed at the level of professionalism and incredible guidance Carl has been able to accomplish into my son workout habits. My son had not really enjoyed too much the other places he has trained on, but he LOVES Carl. He is very direct, supportive and professional with his training. I have seen my son train harder than he’s ever had and be happy doing so. Carl has gained a customer for life here. My son will not train with anyone else and when my younger son is big enough to train, he’ll also be with Carl. Cannot recommend him enough!!

I have been training with Carl for close to two years now and I absolutely LOVE him. He is the most motivating and hard working individual I know and carries this into each and every workout I walk into. No matter your goals, he will be there every step of the way to help you achieve them. I now have a love for fitness and working out that would have never been possible without Carl!

Carl is one of the best personal trainers out there! He’s understanding, motivating, and he knows how to get the best out of his clients. Carl has been a breath of fresh air. I had reached a plateau in my fitness journey and he has helped me get back on track. I do have prior injuries that can flare up during workouts so he will adjust the movements while still achieving the best results. He’s understanding but motivates you and doesn’t allow you to quit even when it gets hard. He is The exact definition of what a personal trainer is. I highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to reach a higher level in their fitness journey. With Carl by your side anything is possible, communicate what your goals are and he will give you the tools to achieve them.

Carl has been like a knight in shining armor. I reached out to him to get in shape for my wedding (which has since been delayed). After gaining the quarantine 15 and stressing about corona, I finally decided to cancel my gym membership and train with Carl. He trains at a private gym conveniently situated near my house. He is extremely patient and creative with very minimal equipment. He constantly challenges me while teaching proper form and technique to help me understand what and why I’m doing it. His music is always on point and he is so great at motivating without ever making me feel judged. I am so happy to see my body transforming and feel so much more stronger and firmer 💪🏼 Thank you Carl!

I love watching the athletes because they are talented. I wish I could join any teams but I already know that these athletes were trained since they were born.

We absolutely love Top Gun and all the staff we have worked with. My daughter came down just for a clinic and I knew the second she walked in those doors that this would be our new cheer gym. The second you walk in you feel so welcomed and as if you’ve been part of this gym for many years. Liam has been nothing other than amazing since he started working with my daughter and I’ve seen such progress in such a short amount of time. Coach Demi, coach gene & coach Davi are the best coaches ever. Can’t say enough amazing things about this gym looking fwd to an amazing season..

We have been a part of the top gun program for seven years. It has been the best experience for my daughters. Besides the top-quality training your children will learn life lessons that they can take with them and apply to their every day lives. Everyone that you meet from the moment you walk in the door from the front desk staff to the coaches to the owners are all amazing, kind and passionate people. I can’t say enough about the staff. These people have become our family and I am so happy that my children have chosen this sport and Top Gun to be their home. Thank you Top Gun staff for loving my children like your own. We will forever be grateful. Once a family always a family!!!!!!

Our daughter has been with the Top Gun family for 5 years and we have not been let down once!! When looking for excellent facilities, coaching, and ownership, you need not look any further. This is a World Class experience for all their athletes no matter the level.

This has been a great experience. My daughter said, "There is Magic in the air here Mom". It was well worth the relocation & commute. Can't wait for this season.

We had my son’s first birthday there and it was a total hit! Hannah and Eddie did an awesome job keeping kids of multiple ages entertained. There are so many activities the kids do not want to leave. Would definitely recommend!

We have been at My gym for over 1 year. Our son started at 6 months and is now 20 months old. The staff is wonderful and friendly and our son looks forward to his my gym time every week. We also believe it helped a lot of his development since he was a preemie (33 week). We also celebrated his first birthday here which he enjoyed very much!

Hi Kathy! It’s maddy and I just wanna say thanks for being my friend and for understanding my autism and my love and enthusiasm for the older my gym content! I also wanna tell you how much I love the old my gym character songs (I received a majority of them from the newton location)! These are very fun songs to listen to and exercise and dance along with, and I think the quality of the music is excellent. I enjoy listening to this with my autistic son who is from Mexico , and we also like to watch the my gym at home DVDs form baby first tv. Not too long ago(probably in February or March ish), I received a dvd copy of mymo’s adventures form the lake Mary branch and I consider it to be inferior to the monkey see, monkey do! With Mymo and his friends CD. The mymo’s adventures dvd is super weird looking and the mymo voice is very strange sounding (I really don’t think it’s the mymo voice I know and love if you know what I mean) and I think the adventure songs by Aron Nigel smith and milkshake are annoyingly cheap and kind of cheesy(except for the hi hi song lol). This mymo and friends CD is great . In fact I'm going to see if other locations (mainly those in California or other states and the like) have some more songs and characters merchandise I am looking for! After all, you can’t beat the classics! I don’t care if I’m too old or not! I wanna meet mymo the monkey in person and visit a my gym in real life! lol! (I’m considering asking my uncle to take me to see the winter garden location since it’s the only one to my knowledge that has the older colors if you know what i mean! Also too bad that they don’t have a mymo mascot costume! lol!) A+++++++ (P.S. I visited once 4 years ago for a birthday party loved it and by the next open house we had joined. We have been members ever since. This place has been like a second home for my kids, the staff is warm and inviting and the programing keeps my kids moving and being active but more importantly teaches them social skills as well. They rearrange every class so the kids are constantly experiencing something new. I now have a 2, 4 and a 5 year old and we started mommy and me with the 5 year old and have been to all the classes now so I can tell you from experience that each one is designed specifically to that age group and is so much fun for them. We have hosted parties here also and my guests have always loved the parties. Coming here will not disappoint!

My child made so many improvements in her gross motor skills during her first year at My gym. She used to be a kid that was terrified of heights and struggled in some ways with balance. Through play, she mastered all these skills. Her instructors Ms. Cathy, Mr. Carlos, Mr. Eddie were always in tune with her emotional state and careful with handling her. She loved the staff and her interaction with the other children. An ideal environment for play and social interaction and confidence-building.
