Only gym membership I haven’t wanted to cancel. Clean & the nicest people. Can get a good workout in and leave without any issues. Nice gym community never felt uncomfortable. Constantly updating the building. Excited to see what additions they’ll make in the new year!

Daniel was a huge help. When signing me up for membership, he throughly explained the process and options available. Then showed me the very clean facilities, I immediately started exercising. Anytime Fitness has a great atmosphere. Very professional, comfortable and friendly.

I love the 24/7 access—it makes it easy to work out whenever it fits into my schedule. The global access to other locations is also a fantastic feature, adding even more convenience and flexibility.

I’ve been a member for more than 5y and still love the friendly atmosphere. Great equipment to work out with and well maintained from free weights, cardio to resistance machines.

This is a horrible gym and a horrible experience. It takes WEEKS to cancel an account. The old manager would click two buttons and now you have to submit an address change. Or mail showing an address change. The whole thing is a scheme to get you to keep paying. If you value your body, mental health and bank account go to ANY other gym in the area and save yourself the hassle.

I love Ironwood I started in June 2023 and go M-F and I love every second of it!!I have lost 9lbs in 6 weeks and have lost body fat and the results are insane! I see a big difference from when I started!! I love each trainer! I work out more with Dex and let me you tell you he plays no games!!!He pushes you and motivates you the entire workout! The one on one training is intense but worth every second! I am glad I decided to live a healthier lifestyle!! What are you waiting for make that call!!

23 lbs lighter heading into 2024 thanks to James, Laura & staff at Ironwood! They deliver perfect portions of encouragement & accountability in a caring environment! Their nutrition piece is HUGE! I've gained the energy I need to help keep my personal well-bring closer to the top of a demanding priority list. Best thing I've done for myself in 20 years! Highly recommend!

Ironwood is different than anywhere else I have been. Every workout is coach led. They know your name, your goals, and your tough spots. They push when you need pushed and modify where needed. The members are real people who are seeking to improve their health and fitness. I have been welcomed as I am and encouraged as I grow by both staff and fellow members. Joining Ironwood was a great decision.

The best experience!!!! The ironwood family is at another level. Training with them has been a treat. We worked hard but it was all so joyful. They truly will make you feel like family and help you get your inner bad*as out. After giving birth to my son I’ve had the hardest time believing I can get back in shape and feel great. My results after the challenge were incredible! We have more work to do and I’m happy to be with them through my health and fitness journey.

Just finished the 6-week challenge! IronWood Fitness is an awesome gym!! ALL the coaches are PHENOMENAL! They’re all so helpful, welcoming, and motivate you to push yourself to the next level! They do a GREAT job in modifying the workouts for those who need more of a challenge or for those who need to scale it back some. Everyone at this gym wants you to become a better & healthier version of yourself, and they will do whatever they can to help you! I highly recommend AE Fitness! Allen is an exceptional trainer: knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly patient. These are qualities that are crucial for women seeking to improve their health and well-being. I particularly appreciate Allen's emphasis on proper form during strength training and his guidance on nutrition. The flexible scheduling options at AE Fitness also make it easy to fit fitness into my busy life. Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoy the group classes offered. I've found them to be motivating and fun!

I absolutely enjoy having a trainer who is understanding and flexible! Allen is very personable as a person and trainer. If I can’t make it in person he has alternative methods for the workout. His prices are fair based on your needs. The gym is tidy, fully equipped with up to date equipment and he always has motivating workout music playing. Definitely worth looking into if you ever need a trainer.

Allen is very professional and knowledgeable in health fitness, works with every individual to help achieve desired goals. The weekly measurements helped hold me accountable. I really enjoyed my sessions with the groups and one on ones unfortunately my work hours got in the way and I had fall back until I can resume the program. I would definitely recommend AE to others.

With personalized plans for home and gym workouts as well as meals, I have been able to quickly surpass my goals- get stronger, heal injuries, & even lost 5 lbs!
