Best Gym near Lauderhill, Florida

I been a member of planet fitness for 3 years now! The new employees Sonia and Kenya has been the best since day one! They are so nice and caring! I world recommend anyone who needs a friendly environment to work out in to come here! I love this place!🩵

I was well welcome by billy and Brian they made sure my check in problems was solve, great atmosphere, clean equipment and great black spa I recommend visiting the showers are always fresh to go and cold water machines.

Love the place the workers became my friends and family great place to work out and enjoy the people who work there

Davia is a good employee she help me out to join I really appreciate her and I love coming to plant fitness because of her

Awesome club with great staff and best Matrix equipment. Been a member since Grand opening. Cleanest organized club I've ever been in. Toni has a great open house for everyone today with breakfast for all ! Gotta come check ✔️ out this gym before you make a decision on the club of your choice. Never crowded with so many cardio and free weights too !

Great gym! They just need more straight and short metal bars for the cable machine as well as the rope for tricep pull downs. Just accessories for the cable machine overall Lots is children here “using” machines which is a bit annoying. Manager is very nice though and tried to improve things! Love the options the gym has to offer though!

Cannot rave about this location enough. I live in boca, so my regular retro is the Delray Beach location. I wanted to get a quick workout in after work and since my office is in Ft Lauderdale, I decided to give it a try. The second I walked in I was greeted by one of the managers, Chris I believe, as well as two other gentlemen, one with glasses and dreadlocks. For anyone that regularly goes to the gym, they would know it’s absurdly uncommon to be greeted with hospitality as such. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and enjoy my workout. Apart from the customer service, there were few people there so I didn’t need to wait for a machine, and it’s also worth noting everything was clean, functional, and tidy. Even walking out, I commented on how much I enjoyed the service, and another employee gave me a coupon for a few bucks off a smoothie. Easy 6/5 rating (not a typo). 100% going back.

I’ve been to every competitor gym since I was in college. I’m dusty now at 36 but from my experience.. this gym is actually incredible. Very clean, amazing staff, and it has really good equipment choices for both casual gym people and more serious like myself. Treadmills even have scenery options which is fun lol. One thing I really like is the bench press technology of sliding benches and actually being able to control your incline on barbell (which isn’t common). Lots of squat racks and the smoothie bar is a nice touch. Impressed with the layout and how friendly everyone is when usually I don’t care at other gyms. This is a place you just want to be at. It’s about to be a hot man and woman summer.. even though summer is over. It’s a lifestyle :)

Only recently joined, but so far, I absolutely love it. 💯 not crowded like crunch, pf, youfit, and other gyms in the area. Plenty of squat racks and free weight. Love the atmosphere 👌

This is an amazing company. They take wonderful care of my son and are really supportive. The therapist and staff are top notch and well educated in their field. I would definitely recommend them for all your ABA needs.

My son has been going to this amazing place for over two years. From when he first started till now he’s completely different! He loves going to therapy and love the staff it’s like a big family. They have summer programs and all. It takes a village to raise any child. AND this place I consider apart of my village. His case manager Judith is amazing one of his therapists Alex my son is in love with. Down to the front desk Sarai is just some of the amazing people.. it’s a must bring your children here.

I was skeptical of centers in general at first but my son has been at omega center for almost 2 years now and the progress he has made has been phenomenal! The therapist and staff are phenomenal and treat my kid like one of their own! I am 100 percent satisfied with everything.

Omega center have been such a blessing! Everyone is super professional and truly care about the children they work with and is shows. We are so grateful to have Cassandra as my daughter’s caseworker she goes above and beyond to ensure we have the correct support.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to this facility and all the therapists. My son has made so much improvement, it’s almost like he’s a different little boy. The individuals that work here are amazing at what they do. Management and supervisors are also very helpful in his overall care. They really want then best form him. My son loves coming here. Highly recommend Omega for ABA therapy

The coaches are amazing and really push you to be your best. I love the group format. Everyone is so encouraging, and the workouts are intense! The Ass n Abs class and Step Aerobics are top tier!!

Great Gym! The have a variety of programs that fit your schedule.

Great workout! Cardio & Strength Training combined efficiently into one hour, with an excellent trainer by your side to push you to give it your all and correct your form to prevent injury. Even meals plans are included! Train 6 days a week if you like all for $100 a month…can’t beat that. I highly recommend Coach Twana & Coach Dietrich.

If you want to see real results, you need to join ICanFitness. I have been to other chain gyms and this is by far the best. Coach Dee will get you in the best shape, it won’t be easy but the results make it all worth it. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They truly care about you reaching your full potential. No gym has ever delivered the results I achieved while being a member here. Just stay consistent by going at least 3-4 times a week and follow their meal plan. Their special classes on Saturday mornings are also fun. And if you want to get slim thick, I recommend their AAA 6 week program. Thank you ICanFitness
