Best Gym near Las-vegas, Nevada

I enjoy coming to this gym for leg day! Around noonish, it's empty, and the girl's room is almost always empty! They have a large area for free weights and many smith machines. This gym is small, but you can't tell when it's empty.

i got a member pass from lvac on 9/28 which included a free smoothie. the front counter lady @ 10/12/24 8:30pm said its past 2 weeks and denied me the smoothie. i told her i wasnt told this by lvac staff or juice bar but the 2 week period ends on 10/12? . she got mad and called me a liar in spanish, said she can pull footage / audio on when they told me. im putting this on here so others dont approach the bar and look stupid bcs staff doesnt communicate with costumers lol . Lady has no right to be talking to people this way. I spoke to the LVAC night shift manager whos name is Brogan(white, ginger redhead), he laughed about my complaint. True its the situation that is funny when your not on the recieving end. I believe they discriminated me over my sexuality. That lady did not like me since i started going to that gym. It be your own people, All bad ... youll be hearing from me again!

No idea why this club hires people to stand at the front desk on their phone!! The check in girl is rude and literally would not crack a smile even after saying hello to her. Why should your members have to greet your front desk people that are literally hired to greet your members!!??? You have rude people who refuse to smile and can barely be bothered to look up from their phone as the very first impression when members walk through the door!! It’s unbelievable your employees take their jobs for granted to the point they are not the least bit worried you will see them on camera being jerks to members!!

Decent price. 2 year contract is better bang for your buck. Floors are not level where they should be - by benches, racks, deadlift areas and machines. Has most things you need but wouldn't hurt to have a few more modern and uniform machines(some machines aren't fully balanced for uniform usage)

Been a member of LVAC for some time now and I still think it’s the best in Las Vegas. You get the gym, pool and sauna, and a juice bar that had tasty options. This facility is one of the oldest locations and it still looks great. Each location has exercise equipment no other has. Unique equipment at this location include: Pendulum leg machine Wrist and forearm machine Incline bench with uniquely angled bench Let’s not forget the silver abdominal twist machine

What an incredible atmosphere. I was visiting for the weekend and decided to join a class. Just what I needed to set the tone. The owner had taught a seminar in Toronto and my partner attended, then encouraged me to join a class while here. So the word travels! And it shows. Good job Inferno

Highly recommended for competition athletes like myself who are recovering from injury and rebuild endurance, balance and form.

The energy in the Inferno studio is contagious! From dawn to dusk, there are classes being offered for people of all fitness levels. For over 10 years I have attended class here and I can say that every class has been different from one another. You will find yourself challenged yet accomplished and fulfilled.

I've been going to Inferno since January, and I keep going because the staff is amazing! I always leave here feeling accomplished. I wish I could go every day.

AMAZING is an understatement! I’ve tried several other studios and none get close to Inferno. Since starting in May 2023 I look forward to my morning classes with Sharea - the best - every time. I’ve also taken classes with 4 other instructors and they are all AMAZING. The routines are fantastic, everyone in the team is amazing and very friendly. The best part is that no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are at, you will ALWAYS feel welcome.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 8 months and I love it! The staff is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. They make a person feel welcome. The equipment is always clean and they offer a variety of fitness classes. The instructors are professional and the classes are fun. I always get a great workout! 💜

I’ve been a member at EOS Gym for a while now, and I have to say it’s been a game-changer for me. One of the biggest reasons is Kenzy—she’s truly incredible. Her energy, positivity, and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals are unmatched. Every time I walk into the gym, Kenzy is there, ready to motivate and push me to be my best. Whether it’s correcting my form, helping me set realistic goals, or simply giving me that extra push when I need it, she’s always there to make sure I leave feeling accomplished. The atmosphere at EOS Gym is great, but having someone like Kenzy around makes it even better. The business side of this gym is very shady. I have been overcharged more than a few times and they are unwilling to help or credit me with the amounts that they have overcharged me with repeatedly. Definitely be careful of signing up with this gym. I do like the gym but I am going to have to cancel all my families memberships because they continually overcharge me despite repeated requests for them to fix the billing issues. And there is no support from the workers at the gym. They ask their boss and they say sorry we can’t help you. And just overcharge away again. Shitty deals.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I see a lot of the same employees there every time I go and they are always cheerful and welcoming, which is a breath of fresh air on those days when you really don’t have that motivation fully there. Franky, Kenzy and Kylie Were specifically very helpful with my questions which led to me leaving this review. Great gym, Can’t recommend it enough.

The best kids club in the entire state!! I love them so much and they are always so friendly and clean. Joanna is the best manager and I’m so grateful for her team! My kids are so happy there and they trust them. I’ve been to multiple locations and you won’t find a better team! 100% recommend!

5 stars to Ruben for noticing me looking to sign uo for the gym and making sure I got taken care of. Wish the door had instructions for people looking to become members or had a door bell. Excited to start!

Pretty bad. It is a tiny gym, but thats ok. It's a close by and never THAT crowed. The free weights and "most" of the machines seem to be in working order although EOS or AnyTime Fitness is much better. The reason for the low rating is all the elliptical machines are either broken entirely or are buggy ( pause / randomly shut off etc ... ) They have A LOT of ellipticals too, so it's hilarious getting on and off like 6 before you find one that actually lights up, only to find it shuts down randomly. Most all of the cardio equipment is broken. Would be better if they just removed it and put in a few extra weight benches.

Been coming here for a couple of years. Very solid gym, you get what you pay for and better than the other gyms in the nearby radius.

Scammers. They want you to cancel gym membership in person only. If you moved to New York you are SOL.

This gym has downgraded in quality over the past year and it's ridiculous. The manager hasn't been in office in over 3/4 weeks, the bathrooms don't have soap/towels to wash and clean your hands, and more. Nobody is maintaining the gym at the moment, including NO janitors. The gym wasn't like this a year ago. I'm not sure why this is happening, but ever since the old manager left, this quality of this place is going downhill. A premium price is paid for this gym and this is how members get treated. I'm disappointed to say I even go to this gym. EDIT: After two months of not going to this gym, I paid a visit today and it was okay. Bathrooms actually had proper equipment and things were somewhat cleaned up around the facility. Manager was completely absent during my visit even though I went during office hours. Not sure if I plan on renewing my membership once the contract is over due to the overall experience though.

This gym and the one on East Charleston have fallen apart. Everything is dirty. Electrical fixtures at the entrance are literally hanging by a wire. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 3 weeks now. Countless voicemails left and no staff ever at either location. I call corporate and they’re no help. I disputed my charges and cancelled my credit card because I would always get random fees being charged and they also charge way way more than any other gym in town. Other gyms at least have a staff to talk to. It used to be really cool and then they just decided to not show up or care. Good luck reaching anyone ever from corporate to local. And they only respond in generic emails or texts but you can never actually talk to anyone.

The owner of this gym needs to come in and fix things. The gym is disgusting. Members have been complaining for almost a month. That’s how long there hasn’t been a “manager” taking care of the problems that’s happening. This is a PRIVATE gym, members are paying triple the price compared to commercial gyms. For the price WE PAY, we deserve coming to a clean/functional gym. Don’t even bother replying to me with the same prompt, “Your feedback is important to us…” Clearly, you can read the reviews. Do better. Update: I went to the gym expecting it to be clean since the owner said they made improvements the past 3 days and that I’ll for sure notice a difference. Umm, yall literally just took out the trash. Whats the point of taking out the trash and say “yeah, it’s clean” while everything else is disgusting. This is clean to you??? What were the improvements? The audacity. Next time, just have someone in the office so I can cancel my membership. Another update: All week the AC hasnt been working and it’s HOT AF!! Yall do realize it’s over 110 degrees outside right? Fix the damn AC. Also, when are we getting a manager? People have been letting non members in. For $50+ a month, there should be someone during office hours. It baffles me how the owner of this gym cant comprehend that and other issues.

Gym has been closed the last several days. No notice from owner or manager. What the heck am I paying for still?!

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I would not recommend a gym membership with this company and specifically this location. While I was living in Nevada, the gym itself bathrooms would be out of order and when they would be open they wouldn't be cleaned properly. I also have been trying to confirm if the gym membership would've canceled in March, as per an email from them but I am still being harassed by ABC Financial because the gym sent my cancellation notice to them a month later. No one answers the phones and not one is responding back to emails being sent, Especially when they stated they would reach back out to me. I will be contacting the Attorney General for the state of Nevada on this matter.

To the employee that said behind my back I wouldn’t do a 5 star here it is lol. But I’m doing a 5 star because it actually is a dope place in here. Lighting is on point and there are tripod/holders for your cellphones on almost every machine. And if that doesn’t cut it I was told you can bring your own tripods. Clean set up!

I've been a member of EOS for quite some time, and I absolutely love this gym. I even travel from another neighborhood just to work out here because of the great atmosphere and the specialized eGym equipment that you can't find everywhere. The variety of machines and the quality of the facilities are what keep me coming back. However, I have to express my frustration with the equipment maintenance. For the past two months, the triceps machine has been out of service, and for the past week, the back machine has also been down. I've mentioned this to the staff multiple times, but nothing seems to be changing. It's disappointing because these are essential parts of my workout routine, and it's becoming increasingly inconvenient. I really hope the management takes this seriously and resolves these issues quickly. EOS has so much potential, but equipment that stays broken for extended periods takes away from the overall experience. Please prioritize fixing these machines so all members can continue to enjoy a full workout.

This gym is okay. They do have a great Tank since they actually have ALL the attachments but the sauna sucks ass. It’s never hot. And so many people hold the door open to let it out. As someone who understand the benefit of a hot sauna it’s seriously disappointing to see not to mention all the shoes that stay on. At least up at the Craig Location they keep the sauna hot and yell at anyone who goes in with shoes as they should.

Love this location. Always clean and well kept with friendly staff. But EVERY elliptical machine is broken, as well as many cardio machines. It’s peak gym season in January and they can’t anything fixed for weeks. So inconvenient especially since it’s relatively busy all the time.

I LOVE the staff here!! I love the open floor plan and am motivated to come back daily! My only complaint is the limited disability spots. I am disabled and the spots they do have are filled by people that don't have placards. I come to the gym to try to keep walking, as I have debilitating pain, partial paralysis, etc. It might seem like a strange complaint for me to not want to park further, and walk further to the door. But sometimes I have trouble when leaving, if my body decides to act up. It would be nice to be able to easily get into my car without having to limp through the other end of the parking lot.

Thank you to May and the crew, at the location at Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch for making a positive change. When they the renovated, they changed the positioning of the machines which created a VERY narrow walkway. I when I arrived today the machines were back in a straight line like they were before the renovation, it was so nice to be able to walk around without worrying about bumping into someone. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

I love this location. The size, amount of equipment, and the fact that I don’t need my lock are all great. Maurice and the other staff members are what made me select this as my home gym.

Planet fitness is supposed to be where I have peace but every time I come in here I’m bothered by one of the staff I’ve been at other gyms in Las Vegas this is the most annoying staff they stand there and play and then say something to me which was not true like leave me alone you don’t have to say nothing I might need to be at another gym altogether. They made me pay for goggles I didn’t need the place is become the worse place to be.

This is the worst gym ever. I signed up for a promotion and within the same week, they hit me with an annual fee for 40 bucks. Then I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me unless I also paid for the next month! Now they constantly try to charge me for some gym I don’t use and force me into staying. It’s so empty, they have to rob people to stay afloat. Do NOT sign up for this gym. The ambience is terrible and will make you NOT want to work out. They barely have the equipment you need (squat rack, bench press ) and it’s always empty. The only people that go in their stare at you while you’re trying to lift. Don’t believe the reviews, they paid for those.

The girl at the front desk was screaming getting crazy over her not wanting to check a customer in! Completely unprofessional and rude to everyone trying to work out! If he pays his monthly dues and that's her job literally, then she should do her job! No excuse and no way for an employee not to act and not conduct herself like a professional.

've been training with Charlie P. for 6 months and I'm incredibly impressed with the progress I've made. Charlie and his team has a deep understanding of fitness and tailored a program that perfectly matched my goals and abilities. I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, flexibility and feel much more confident in my overall fitness. Charlie is also incredibly motivating and supportive, creating a positive and encouraging training environment. I highly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

I had my first physical therapy session ever with George Michael about six weeks ago, and in that one session he was able to help me pinpoint why I was having low pack pain after my leg days due to improper form with my deadlifts. His expertise and knowledge and kindness has had a lasting impression on my training sessions and I can’t believe how much he was able to help me in just ONE session! I will definitely be booking with him in the future.

Optimize and Dr Christie have been life changing. I started going to see Dr Christie as a last ditch effort. I was in constant pain in my back hips and knees, I could barely get off the floor. I wasnt even able to work out anymore. Not only did she help get me out of constant pain, and back in the gym, I was actually able to start competing again in the Firefighter Challenge. I’d never would’ve been able to do it without her skills and expertise. I will never be able to thank you enough!

I came to Optimize Therapy through a chance meeting at my gym. I had been complaining that day to my trainer about a nagging shoulder issue. George happened to be there and did a basic assessment. He said Dr. Christie would be a great practitioner to help heal my shoulder. Not only did Dr. Christie give me a thorough exam, she explained in excellent detail why I had this problem and what I needed to do both at the clinic and at home to rehabilitate. She also helped me with other issues such as shallow breathing and plantar fasciitis. Dr. Christie is very warm, outgoing, and kind. I highly recommend her and Optimize Physical Therapy!

The entire staff and treatment you'll recieve at Optimize is AMAZING! I was lost and thought the pain and discomfort I was experiencing was my new normal. Dr. Christie listened to my needs and has put me on path to feeling happy and capable again. I have several friends who also being treated my other staff at Optimize and they all have said stellar experiences as well. Thank you Optimize for being a place of warmth and healing!
