Excellent experience with Rich at my gym! Rich was very professional and friendly during my introduction to the gym. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how to use the equipment safely. He also showed me all the areas of the gym, which helped me feel more comfortable from the start. His positive attitude and knowledge made the experience amazing. Thank you, Rich L

The reason I give the two stars is it's a nice gym but the hours are terrible but used to be 24 hours. I get out of work on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. And the gym closes by 7. :00. I can never work out on weekends because of the early hours they have. Also they need better gym maintenance. A lot of machines don't have the stickers to say how much weight is on it. .

Ravi, the general manager is a great addition to the LA Fitness staff . I came in for a 3 day pass to try out the gym and he convinced me to sign up full time & even extended the length of the pass so I could try the gym out. Can’t wait to make this location my home gym

I like LA Fitness but this is a VERY unfortunate, isolated and oddly situated location. It would be better sited with better and more and lighted parking lot and better pedestrian access. At the Oxford Valley Mall or the Target Shoooping Center or Langhorne Shopping Center would be better. They would all be more convenient and safe. Who can work out well worrying about your car being broken into or getting in and out of the building. Where Pet's Smart is wouldn't be bad, either. Where it is located is simply bad and this is why I am dropping my membership; I don't go because it does not feel safe.

I've been a member of LA Fitness for a long time. This locations has THE BEST management team. The front desk manager Samantha is really friendly and helpful. The General Manager Jay is always willing to work with you to help you find a deal that you're gonna afford AND he know PERSONAL TRAINING, so he can help you with your workouts.

I cannot recommend this gym enough! I am the most indecisive person, my son almost left the hospital without a name since I couldn't decide on one. Joining SETS was the easiest decision I've had to make. After my first class with Carley, I completely skipped the 21 day challenge and signed right up! I have tried probably every class a gym had to offer around here and they do not compare to SETS. The coaches do an amazing job teaching the classes, keeping them different and challenging. This place is seriously for anyone, whether you're older, a new mom trying to get the pre-baby bod back, a beef cake looking for a new way to build muscle. The coaches will help tailor each work out, so a specific person can succeed. You will seriously get the best workout around from SETS! The members here are amazing and friendly and I always see people cheering other people on. The coaches here are on another level. Any other gym I went to, I just felt like another payment keeping their lights on. Coach Nick, Carley, Lindsey, and Jessie sincerely care for every member. They go out of their way to know each member on a personal level and really strive to make each member feel comfortable and welcomed. I have never once felt like another check, I have always felt like a member of their team and I always look forward to coming to class every day. They're really just amazing and what makes this gym so special. I leave everyday feeling strong physically and mentally! Just trust me when I say to get your butt in this gym, you won't regret it at all! You'll look and feel amazing!

I just started going to SETS about a month and a half ago and absolutely love it! The coaches are great and the workouts are even better. I love the flexibility of the schedule and all the times offered for group classes. I was mainly looking for a gym with group classes and was so happy to find SETS especially so close to home. I highly recommend coming in and trying a class out.

I first came across this SETS via social media ads and I inquired online. Within minutes the owner Nick called me right away with information about the gym and answered any questions I had. Best thing I did was try SETS. It’s in a prime location and they offer so many classes. For someone like myself with a crazy work schedule. I love having options incase life gets in the way. Classes are challenging and the coaches are engaging/personable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone! All you need to do is show up and they set you up for success. Also most importantly the VIBES are UNMATCHED!

SETS has been a great experience from the beginning. Filled with great coaches that care about your progress, fitness goals, and motivating you throughout each workout session. I personally have achieved my short term goals and will continue to go to this gym for my fitness journey. Highly recommend SETS!

I enjoy an OTF workout b/c it offers a comprehensive one-hour workout that engages my entire body. The combo of cardio and weights not only keeps me physically active but also allows me to target different muscle groups. The inclusion of the rowing machine adds another layer to the full-body workout experience. A well-rounded efficient 1 hour workout. Lastly, having knowledgeable trainers and great music is the cherry on top. I love having the guidance of trainers to ensure I am maintaining proper form and getting the most out of each exercise. While the upbeat music and orange lights enhance the overall atmosphere. All of these and the friends that I have made at OTF Langhorne keep me coming back for more.

Orange Theory is well worth the investment. I love the fact that it is heart rate driven and as a result I can see in real time how hard I am working. You get an intense, well-rounded workout in ~1 hour with the added bonuses of coaching engagement and a community spirit.

I love the atmosphere that Orange Theory offers. I've never been that motivated during a workout. I typically dread going to the gym but it is different here. I've only been to one class and knew immediately I wanted to start a membership. Everyone is friendly and supportive, it really is awesome.

I love the designed workouts and how the instructors encourage us by name. Unfortunately, with the increase in cost it isn't sustainable for most people with only being able to workout for 2 hours a week and nothing more. I belong to another gym as well that cost $30 a month with a full gym, free weights, classes and a pool. I really think they should rethink the pricing model to allow more people to join. I have noticed as I rejoined that it is much easier to get a class because there isn't as many members fighting for the class times. If they want to keep their members they should offer them the lower price after a 4 months, to keep the existing members. .

Joined back in 2020 Pre-Pandemic at the behest of my son. I think he got a free month for referring me. Almost 600 workouts since, the time spent to supplement my running and time at a local Y , OTF -Langhorne- has become my mainstay. The staff and friends I have met along the way make it a perfect way to jump-start the day, usually at the tranquil hour of 5 AM. I could go on and on, about the variety of coached workouts each day, but do yourself a favor, and sign up for at least an introductory class or two. You will not be disappointed!

As a personal trainer myself, I wanted to go to a gym that had more serious equipment. This gym is exactly what I needed. All of the equipment is well maintained, the people are friendly, and the owner is legit. He told me he hand selected his equipment and it shows. I usually go later around 8 pm when I'm done work (after a long exhausting day of PT). Just the environment alone gives me the boost of energy that I need, even on days when I'm basically running on empty. I highly recommend 💯

After leaving my job in law enforcement to relocate for my wife's new job, I found Back to Basics. I had tried Golds, Planet Fitness, and even my wife's CrossFit gym, none of which suited my style. Jason is very knowledgable, the gym is clean with great quality equipment, and everyone is friendly and personable. I would recommend the gym to anyone, and if you're looking for personal training, I would say that Jason is your guy.

Hands down the best facility in the area. If you’re interested in keeping your head down, working hard, and being pushed to be better, this is the place. It’s a privately owned small business that genuinely wants to create an environment where people who want to train hard can do just that. Jason (the owner) is an awesome, humble guy who and has created a great facility. 6/5

Back to Basics is hands down best gym in the area! When I moved to PA, I tried so hard to find a local gym that felt comfortable to workout in, had equipment I could challenge myself with, and wasn't overcrowded. Back to Basics was the perfect fit. Here, I never have to wait to use the machines I want or have trouble signing up for their classes (which are awesome and have a nice amount of variety). Along with every traditional piece of equipment you want, they also have a great open space with racks for olympic lifting, sleds, tires,weighted vests etc. for conditioning work ,and even foam rollers and bands for active recovery. Lastly, if you want real results -- you have to try their personal training program. I have trained with the owner Jay who goes above and beyond to make his clients achieve their goals and his expertise in bodybuilding and personal training speaks for itself. His programs and nutritional guidance were made custom to my goals and I couldn't be happier with the quality of my sessions each week. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Love Apache. Coaches are great. They keep the pace of the practice moving at a good clip. Kids are never bored. Decent mix of wrestlers to advance your skills. Highly recommend.
