Best Gym near Jurupa-valley, California

I came here to sign up after work after a 10 hour shift. I’m already away from my 1 year old pretty much the whole day. I don’t know exactly how many times I had to express myself to not just one sales representative but two that I was just here to sign up and get my workout done after waiting for 1 1/2 just to sign up for my membership!!!! To top it off neither of them even helped me set up my account on the app.It was ridiculous why do they even bother signing people up if they are just going to have you create your account yourself. Might as well have a self service membership sign up. Sales rep. that assisted me 5the second time Anthony A. Who was very rude and unprofessional after I declined his sales offers when I kept repeating myself about just needing my membership so I can work out and go home to my baby girl at home that I haven’t seen all day.

On October 29,2024 my husband, mother in law, and myself went into this new location In Jurupa Valley, CA. They had a monthly $10 promotion which is one of the reasons we decided to get a membership. We were even told that after a certain date the $10 monthly promotion was going to end and that we were getting a "Good Deal" so we decided to sign up, on December 2024 they debited $65.98 for the annual fee. January 20, 2025 $15.99. So I called EOS since I thought it was odd for me to be getting charged that amount if they had told us it was $10. So today that I went into the Gym they are telling me that the day we made the agreement and got the membership we were told it was 15.99 not $10. I mean maybe 1 person can get things confused but 3 people? How could they all get it wrong?. now this is what I was told on January 21, 2025 at the Gym you should of asked what your agreement consisted of, I mean we trusted what we were being told when getting the membership of $10 a month they did tell us the first time fee was going to be more than the monthly $10 but that was it. Also today the front desk lady told me the following too: it was $65.98 because it was the $10 " For the First Month only" plus the $55.98 one time yr fee, after that it going to be $15.99 a month the $10 applies only for the first month. Of course I cancelled my membership not because I can't pay the $15.99 but because of this Gym's lack of profesionalism and how they just Don't keep their word on what they promote and sell. They would also be VERY pushy about trying to get yourself a trainer, I was very annoyed the lady finalizing our contract just kept being pushy about it, till I told her straight out I was not interested in that. which made her visibly upset with me. I just have to say be careful when getting your membership with them.

I had great customer service from Stephanie and Mia at the Jurupa Valley location and Christian at the Moreno Valley location. I got a membership for myself and one for my husband. We are so excited to start our fitness journey. Thanks to the great staff!

I thought this was going to be a great gym and it is, but the only thing that I'm disappointed about Is on there agreement there is a $25 dollar late fee if your card doesn't have the funds in it. That is more than the membership cost , I have 2 bank accounts where I can transfer between accounts if I see a bill I pay it. I have been to several gyms and none of them have this late fee, I'd Rather go to 24hr less people there anyways.

Loving this new gym! Stephanie, the Manager was extremely helpful today in upgrading me and my sister's membership. Her energy and personal service is definetly a 5 star review! Thank you, Stephanie!

This EOS gym has a wide selection of equipment. Everything is clean and organized well. They have a cinema, personal training, classes, hydro lounge, lockers, recover area, outdoors area, and a glute focus area coming soon. What sets them apart from other nearby gyms their new tech equipment. For example, some of the equipment such as the treadmills have a wide screen with Netflix, YouTube, Kindle Reader, and other applications. The leg press counts your reps, training weight, and even provides a visual guide. The location is somewhat spacious as well. Edit: My reason for my lower review is because of the 7 day pass. After asking for a 7 day pass one employee did not provide me with one and said I'd have to pay for a day pass as opposed to how they advertised on their website.

Nice gym. Still new so I don't know if it will start to get really crowded soon, as these gyms always oversell their memberships. Good equipment, good variety. My biggest gripe: LOUD crappy music. LOUD!! I don't even care about the type of music, you can never please everyone, so why have it all? EVERYONE is wearing their own earbuds and headphones and having to turn up our own volume to drown out the LOUD crap coming from the ceiling is annoying as hell and will eventually result in hearing damage. I asked the staff if they can turn down the volume and got a ridiculous answer: No, they have no control over it!! Corporate headquarters sets the volume and they can't touch it! What a crock. As if there is a guy from HQ traveling the country constantly with a decibel meter checking that the volume is set to "obnoxious" . There is a computer there somewhere where the manager can reduce the volume. I don't get it; why piss off all your customers, all the time? We all HATE it!

My experience at EOS gym was a good one because of an employee named Ryan. He made the process super easy and I felt very welcomed by him. Other employees should take after him because he is a prime example of “customer service.” I will be looking forward to using the free trial just from that one encounter. The equipment is also very nice and they have a wide selection which makes the gym experience that much better.

Really nice gym compared to the others I’ve been in! Lots of machines, very clean!! Leo at the front at night is very welcoming and has good spirits to all members! Highly recommend this place to friends and family.
