Good variety of equipment all in good working order, plus there is a pool and court for basketball or pickle ball. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility and locker rooms/bathrooms are always clean!

Do not go here for swimming. They have reservations but no enforces them. So if you reserve and the pool is full, oh well. People take up lanes for swimming lessons when there is a perfectly good pool to the side. It's a badly managed lap pool

had to come here for several days while the ymca in new albany was closed for harvest, worth the trip! equipment was a bit old but and was missing a few things but i made it work! nice employees, not super busy, plenty of room to lift weights without people in your way! would go back!

Better machines than the floyd county ymca. But the kids area is NOT like the photos. Their play area as of 10/21/24 was honestly worse than a goodwill toy section. I didn't see any toys in the main area other than the Little People play structures but none of the People. No blocks, no coloring area, no play food no train table no Melissa & Doug supermarket stand. Coco Melon was on a dedicated TV when we came in. White board read 'clean up/close 11-12' but their kids club hours are until 1230. Super annoyed that the choices for a family are a total poop play area or access to machines.

This is my home gym. Fairy big and clean facility. Gets pretty busy right after 5 til about 8 so I try to go earlier in the day. Overall well staffed and ran gym.

Hands down the best planet fitness I’ve ever been to! The staff goes out of their way to support patrons and the manager is so so INCREDIBLY kind! The facilities were clean and stylish, I love it!

When I tried to cancel my membership, I was informed that I should have signed a document as part of the procedure, even though no one had asked me to do so. I've been going to the Jeff Planet Fitness 5 days a week for about 3 years now and I love it. The staff is super friendly, and it's very clean. They're quick to get the maintenance crew to fix any machines that go down. The layout is better than any other PFs that I've been to in the area. I appreciate you guys. 💪

I had no clue what I was in for whenever I went in for my free session . However, it was fun, motivating, yet so hot. The building was clean. The rooms were clean and the way it was set up was pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and understanding. They were nonjudgmental And it made me a lot more comfortable. It was more of the people that came to work out, that would give you the looks as if you didn’t fit in.

I can't say enough good things about Hotworx. The 24-hour access is a game-changer, and the added security of member-only access makes me feel safe and comfortable every time I visit. Since joining, I've experienced incredible mental clarity, detoxification, and better sleep all thanks to the infrared heat – it's truly rejuvenating. My physical health has also improved dramatically, and I feel stronger and more energized. I would rate 0 stars if possible, be prepared to pay a fee for canceling. The fee to cancel is higher than a months membership as well. Strongly recommend you do your research before even walking in the door on all of the crazy fees they have.

The cancellation policy is the worst, designed to take as much money from you as they can. It is very expensive to start and finish this program, to me it is too much money all around, I only tried cause I like being able to sit in a sauna. I’m not a fan of sharing the saunas with strangers, but I do like the saunas. Also you can go 24hrs a day, that is good too. Not a huge fan of the employees, the only time they were super nice was before/as you sign up. Overall I am just disappointed with my experience at HOTWORX.

I’m absolutely OBSESSED with Hotworx. I really never have been one to consistently workout, but Hotworx has completely changed the game for me. I CRAVE the heat from the infrared sauna and my day doesn’t feel complete without a workout. I love that the saunas are semi private and open 24/7 so I can go anytime day or night. The staff is always super friendly when they are working and do a phenomenal job of keeping everything bright and clean.

Billy is knowledgeable, and very clearly values building relationships with his students. Our experience has been wonderful so far, and we have enjoyed Billy’s personalized attention, and plans for teenage son.

Billy is an amazing grappler, Coach and person. Billy helped my grappling game tremendously, especially when I was able to attend daily. His focus and attention to detail is paramount and wants his students to succeed, whether it’s mastering a technique, defending oneself or competing in a tournament. His gym attracts people of all backgrounds and it’s been a beautiful process learning from others’ experiences and getting to meet good people. With my hectic schedule, I’m at least able to make it in twice a week thanks to his am and pm hours and flexible personal training hours. I plan on hitting the mats again as much as possible and looking forward to once again seeing the team on a weekly basis.

I've been going to Billy's Mobillity training for over a year now because it has helped me tremendously. My right hip and thigh would become so painful after walking or standing for only 10 to 15 minutes that I had to sit down and recover. My doctor advised me to try regular exercise so I found Billy's class and checked it out. Within a couple of months the difference was so amazing, I could walk for miles without any pain! I keep going now twice a week because I feel so much better, and I just enjoy Billy's company! He's a great teacher and very knowledgeable, and he keeps studying to bring new ideas to class. He has a great space now so his classes just keep getting better, I highly recommend him!

Billy is my mentor/coach in jiu jitsu. He’s really helped transform me and the way I move. I became stiff as a board competing in bodybuilding for around 10 years and Billy has really showed me ways to increase mobility/flexibility that go beyond just training jiu jitsu. I love training at this gym and definitely recommend it to anyone!

This place is truly incredible! Seeing all the TLC from owner and head coach Billy Edelen from day one till now is truly incredible. Between all the variety of classes, experiences and people what’s not to love. Attention to me as new client was great. Kept me safe and made sure I understood how to get started. Enthusiastic. My only complaint is that there is no signage marking the location….. very hard to find if you are not already familiar.

It's the only thing I would get up at 5:30am on my off day for! Kickboxing is my fav! If you're looking for a great workout family and getting pushed outside your comfort zone, this is the place!

I joined Riot several months ago looking for a gym "family". I immediately felt welcomed by the members and staff. The staff is very knowledgeable of all aspects of Crossfit and the positive impact it has on a person mentally and physically. I look forward to entering the gym, knowing a challenge awaits. I continue to go back because I'm encouraged to be 1% better than the day before. I am stronger because of Riot and I have a wonderful and supportive gym fam to help me along the way.

I started this journey nearly 8 months ago and I'm SO incredibly thankful that I chose to take it with CrossFit Outlook! I look forward to going in every time and I always feel amazing when I leave - like I've really accomplished something. And I believe that is because of the culture and atmosphere that has been cultivated with the members and the coaches. I absolutely LOVE the coaches at Outlook. Each and every one brings a different style and are diligent in watching athletes to ensure proper form, which is super important to me. I don't feel like a number or means to an end.
