Attention to me as new client was great. Kept me safe and made sure I understood how to get started. Enthusiastic. My only complaint is that there is no signage marking the location….. very hard to find if you are not already familiar.

Studio HIIT was fantastic! We had so much fun and felt extremely welcomed by Jen immediately. I highly recommend attending their Bungee Fitness class!

It's the only thing I would get up at 5:30am on my off day for! Kickboxing is my fav! If you're looking for a great workout family and getting pushed outside your comfort zone, this is the place!
