I've loved my experience here. It's refreshing to build personal relationships and do workouts that fit where each person is. Amazing environment to work out. Alex is a great trainer that listens to your needs and gives you the feedback needed. Restrooms are kept clean. I have been attending Team Swoll for about 7 months but I know people that have been there for years! It’s a family oriented gym where everyone knows/gets along with everyone ! I've been to other gyms both chain and locally owned, but nothing compares to the atmosphere of Team Swoll. Alex, the coach and owner, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise science and nutrition. He keeps the workout setting fun and engaging and the results are amazing. I've been able to build muscle and decrease my body fat while increasing my strength. Thank you, Alex, for building my confidence and taking me to a whole new level in training!

I've been a member at for the past few months, and overall, I’ve been really impressed. The facility is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is top-notch, with a wide variety of machines, free weights, and functional training areas. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or group fitness, there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer tips or help with form. I’ve also had a great experience with their personal trainers—very professional and attentive to individual goals. One thing I especially appreciate is the gym’s commitment to maintaining a positive atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome, regardless of fitness level. The class offerings are diverse, I’ve tried a few classes, and the instructors have been motivating and energetic, creating a great environment to push yourself. Another standout is the cleanliness. The locker rooms are pristine, and the gym provides ample cleaning supplies for wiping down equipment after use, which I think is crucial, especially in a high-traffic environment. If I had to nitpick, the gym could use a bit more space during peak hours, as it can get crowded at times. However, this is a common issue with any popular gym. Overall, I’m happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness facility.

It was an absolutely perfect experience! The facilities were exceptionally well-equipped, the manager who helped us with the membership was incredibly humble, and the gentleman on duty tonight even remembered my name. Everything was flawless!

Came to check it out to see if it's worth the price and sure, it has a lot of amenities and sorts included which is convenient but this place is NOT clean. Look at the Sauna. Dust galore. How do you not keep up with the bare minimum in cleaning? People are paying top dollar for this gym that, in hindsight, is not the largest gym floor area. An LA Fitness has a tone more floor space and it's a fraction of the price. It's a shame LA Fitness is not around the area because I really miss that since moving here.

Such a beautiful facility. Always so clean. Plenty of group ex classes for whatever you like to do. The equipment area is massive and has so many different types of things. The indoor pool has hot tubs and saunas. The outdoor pool has cool slides your kids will love.

Super racist, a girl manager who’s was built short and stumpy- wash smoking out of foil in the bathroom. Cancelled gym membership immediately, can’t believe people would put other people in hazard of such strong drugs in a gym restroom.

The place is just plain nasty and unsanitary. The windows and mirrors are disgusting and I have tried different hours! Really makes me wonder how sanitary and Covid-free or bacteria-free their equipment is. It’s a virus waiting to happen in that place.

I enjoy this gym - reasonable price and good equipment. The reason i have 3 stars is because when there is a class going on we’re not allowed to get dumbbells. When i tried taking some from heavy metals i was told no as well. I think the zuma room should be open as a free space with dumbbells when classes are happening.

This facility is a legitimate 3 out of 5 compared to its other locations. I personally don’t know if these gyms are franchised. But this location (Atascocita) is lacking in many levels. In comparison to the league city location, league city is definitely a 5 star worthy gym. League city offers: -free child care with premium membership -better and cleaner equipment - professional, courteous & educated staff - good water fountains Atascocita offers: - child care at an extra fee (subject to increase) - bad water fountains - some employees are helpful with the exception of the individual that works nights, extremely arrogant and unprofessional. But hey he’s a minim wage type individual so it’s expected of. - equipment is decently maintained and clean. Ultimately it’s the only option around Crosby and Atascocita but just as they expect the monthly dues we should expect a level of efficiency and professionalism.

Started going here a few months ago. I have a home gym and already had a gym membership elsewhere through my insurance, but this location has a pool, which was my primary reason for switching. Pros: +The pool. I don't know of any other gyms in the area in this price range that offer a pool(Lifetime has a pool, but it costs MUCH more). I usually use the pool Friday - Sunday to swim laps, and it's never busy. The pool seems well maintained and clean. It does require the Peak Results Membership though. They also have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. +The HIIT Zone. A large open area with turf for HIIT type workouts. Battle ropes, push/pull sled, rowers, boxes, boxing bags, and a plethora of kettlebells/dumbells in this area. +Multiple Power racks/lifting platforms/barbells/bumper plates. Not all commercial gyms have these. Planet Fitness definitely doesn't offer this equipment. +Large amount of dumbbells and weight machines. Most of non-Crunch Fitness branded weight machines are pretty good quality. +Lots of various cardio equipment Cons: - Some machines aren't as well maintained as others, or aren't as high quality, so some things are out of service more often than others. The rowers in the HIIT area need some maintenance or just need to be replaced. They also need to get some Airdyne/Rogue Echo Airbikes for the HIIT area. - There's mostly just one of each machine, so you'll have to wait for the machine during more busy times. I've seen high schoolers come in and congregate as a group around the leg press for over an hour. - The bench press racks don't have built in safety spotters, so be prepared to ask for a spot. - Gets pretty busy in the evenings during the week. Be prepared to wait. - Not 24 hours on the weekend (open 7am - 7pm on Sat/Sun) - Childcare costs extra ($20 a month) and has limited hours. - They let vendors sell juice and stuff by the front door and once a guy was going around to people working out trying to sell stuff. Overall, it's a great deal and would recommend for the price. If you need the childcare while working out, you might want to look elsewhere.

I really enjoy going to this gym! It's crowded between 4:30pm - 6:30pm weekdays but never to the point where I can't get a full workout. I love the atmosphere! This is the most consistent I've been going to a gym and I'm seeing results. The workers always greet you with a smile and are willing to help and answer questions. The trainers don't harass you to sign up. The gym, lady's bathroom and locker rooms are ALWAYS clean. There are tons of equipment to use, and they are always working and in good condition. I thought I found my gym home but turns out to be the worst gym EVER!! I got treated way better at planet fitness! Honestly if you don’t like your job, get another one. Management and employees definitely need training here! Won’t EVER be back!!

Quan and Tuekeha are great instructors. They have really helped me stay on track with going to the gym because I can lose direction trying to workout alone. I love the hot showers after workout and only wish the indoor pool got a little warmer

The manager has been rude for months, and it seems like she either has an issue with the girl's attractive physique or may be acting out of racism. A young lady was simply recording herself, ensuring no one else was in the background, when the manager aggressively snatched her phone. Then, she escalated the situation by calling the police and falsely accusing the young lady of physically assaulting her multiple times. If that had actually happened, the manager would have provided camera footage to prove it, but no such evidence was shown.

The manager is very rude. She snatched a phone out of a young lady’s hand for recording herself (no one else) and then called the police & LIED saying she put hands on her. And if you haven’t guessed the manager is Caucasian & the young lady was African American. I’m not sure if she’s racist or just jealous. I do not recommend coming here. They didn’t even try to get her side of the story. I hope that young lady gets justice.

I was considering signing up for your gym, but after seeing how your staff treated that woman, I’ve decided not to. It’s disappointing, and it’s clear that you need new management and staff to run the gym properly. If that’s how members are treated, what assurance would I have that I wouldn’t face the same treatment?

The trainers here are absolutely incredible - they have an amazing ability to know exactly when to push you to your limits and when to offer that perfect word of encouragement to keep you going. Burn Boot Camp Atascocita is absolutely phenomenal! The workouts are challenging, high-energy, and designed to push you to be your best, no matter your fitness level. Burn Atascocita has changed my life! Joining Burn has been the best decision I’ve made for my health, my children & family. It’s an amazing workout and community. I have 2 toddlers and they love coming to the gym with me & playing with their friends while I workout. It’s amazing!

Great atmosphere and supportive community! It keeps you motivated to continue attending. Workouts are fantastic and can be modified to your level. Fun promotions to keep you focused on your goals. They also offer focus meetings with a trainer to help you zero in on specific goals and develop a plan to get there. These are complimentary with your membership. They are family friendly and complimentary child care is available while you workout. Gasp! I wish they were around when my kids were little! Get ready for lots of high-fives :)

I love Burn Boot Camp Atascocita. I’m so glad I joined when I did. The trainers and workouts have helped me become stronger both mentally and physically. It’s not just a gym, it’s an awesome community. My whole family goes, and to top it off, my kids love the child watch ladies!

This place is very disorganized, poor communication, and the coaches were not that great. I signed my daughter up for beginner tumblers and turns out for the whole summer program she was in the wrong class, turns out she was doing beginner gymnastics. It was me who figured it out after almost 3 months. The coach she was supposed to have had no ideas she was missing from the class and the coach that had her had no idea my daughter was not supposed to be in that class. When I asked for the owner to call me about it, I never got a call, surprise surprise.

Coaches care, like a lot, and the children have fun every time

Both of my girls have been going here for a year and they look forward to their classes. They love their coach and I can see alot of improvement since they both have started! Definitely worth the money! Great investment into my girls! .

The place closed during pandemic and both of my girls have 3 remaining classes. When we returned they refused to let me book makeup classes for my girls. I will file a consumer complaint to BBB and with the Texas Attorney General, and licensing authority.When we returned I found all the coaches who taught before the pandemic were left and the new coaches are not good at all, not worth to go anymore.

My 9 year old goes here and loves it!!! It is so good to build strength and discipline and get him started on the fundamentals. EVERYONE here is amazing, and makes you feel like family. Love the good energy and positive music they play. When you walk through those doors you can’t help but be in a good mood. Seidy at the front desk is always greeting us with a beautiful smile and a hug. All the couches genuinely care, it’s obvious by their actions. So happy to find this place!

We first met Logan years ago, before he owned his gym. It felt like God brought us together from the start! My hubby Adam & I and our two kids (elementary age back then) would do family boot camp together & it was so fun! Logan has always been larger than life & more encouraging than life, too! He believes in you 100%. Fast forward to this fall of 2024, Adam had his 3rd brain tumor surgery & we chose Logan to be his trainer during recovery. It’s been the best choice. Logan is addressing the physical, but also mental, emotional & spiritual aspects of Adam’s recovery. He said he was going to help Adam get better than ever & I’m already starting to see it! 🙌🏼 Can’t wait to continue this journey together. Like we say at the end of training, #Fitfam on 3! FitFam! Jesus! 🙌🏼

I cannot say enough about this gym!! The energy is through the roof and the positivity matches it!! I absolutely love coming to workout!! Coach Blaine is so much fun to workout with. He is so good at bringing the heat in a fun and energetic way that you can’t help but have a great time while are you getting your workout in! Coach Ramir is so high energy that even if you don’t come with your own energy, you’re gonna feed off of his and get a killer workout! I have worked out for a long time, but he always has exercises and ways of working muscles that I have never done before! Coach Logan: Every time I workout with Logan it is FIRE!!! He is always changing up what we are doing to keep things exciting and challenging! I’m constantly laughing, motivated, and crushing it at a workout led by Logan! All of the trainers at this gym are first class. I don’t get to workout with Coach Jenn and Coach Ty often, but everytime I see them, they are motivating me and checking in to see if there is any way they can help me! If you are thinking about trying this gym out, DO IT NOW!!

Coach Blaine is awesome! Highly recommend him as a personal trainer. If you want to hit your goals don’t hesitate to call and book him today. No regrets! So grateful I get to train with him!

Update: It has been 8 months since I met coach Logan, Jen and the team at Loganitus. At the time I was ecstatic to find a place to push my fitness and group to keep me motivated. Now, I am even more amazed at what I have seen them do for the community and youth in our area. Even an oz of the energy, drive and passion can be life changing. Special shout out to coach Blaine, who has a near 40-year-old lifting like he is in his 20s again. May 2024: Best workouts I have had in 20 years! The energy and camaraderie is next level. Coach Blaine and Logan are legit, truly authentic... can't get enough.

I was looking for a gym who has workouts and coaches that challenge me, And I found it at D1! They have excellent facilities and great coaches! Who push you to get your best version! I’ve been working out there since March 2023, and I’ve improved my agility, strength and balance… they have a great staff, and Also I found great people there, who motivated me in every workout. I took some personal training classes with coach AP, and it was excellent and professional, I reached out my goals! The partners are super nice, commited and willing to help you in every aspect. I highly recommend 100% D1.

We were interested in this facility based on social media marketing with group exercises for children. There were maybe 40 kids when we got there. It was way too many to focus on them doing the exercises correctly. The coach couldn’t focus on everyone especially while talking to another coach who was on looking. It just felt like my child was another number. There was no follow up call either to discuss.

This Gym is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to! Coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the entire workout! Can’t wait to see the see the results because I already feel the results after just a few workouts! Shoutout to Coach Co for pushing me

I honestly have to say, D1 training is at the top of their game. The facility is A1,all the coaches are D1 Athletes and up to standard. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely. My son loves it and I’m thinking about joining myself.

Love this place. Very positive atmosphere. My shy daughter greatly enjoyed group training. The coach is great and my daughter is improving. They run and train the entire hour. No sitting around chit chating. Coach provides corrective feedback immediately so the kids can work it out in real time. Also teen Bible study on Fridays!

Love the staff and location. A great Christ's centered basketball gym to develop and have indoor events.

If you’re on the fence about trying this studio, just do it! It’s has been such a joy and the classes range from stretch to light exercise to intense so there is something for everyone. All the instructors are great and the owner is really intuitive with the body. These classes are great exercise and has even helped me with pain relief.

I absolutely love this place! The owner is such a genuine and kind person. All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The classes are both fun and challenging. The instructors are also very good about adapting exercises to the various needs and abilities of the people in each class and do so without creating a class that is too easy for some and too difficult for others, which I imagine is not easy! They are attentive to your form and are very good about correcting it if needed so you get the most out of the workout without harming yourself. The prices are reasonable and the studio is beautiful and always clean. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

Pilates CNTR is a great facility with top notch instructors! I have been to a number of Pilates studios over the last 7+ years and it is by far the best. A good workout with a community feel. Highly recommend!

9Round Kickboxing is absolutely amazing! The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They create such a positive and motivating atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Their kindness and genuine care make all the difference, and the workouts are always fun and challenging. I highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a great workout and an uplifting community!

As someone who has had a very negative life, self esteem, overthinks, stresses over stress, and new medical issues, 9Round has given me a boost of confidence and motivation to be a better person not only to myself but to everyone around me. I’m never shamed for making a mistake, just coached to do it better the next time around. Love the small intimate atmosphere and attention of all the trainers. As someone who travels for a living, the flexible schedule works wonders for me and I take advantage of the trainer’s schedule as well as when they’re not there so I can prove to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to.

Rick and kristian we're great they are awesome I wouldn't trade anything for this workout that I did with them for 30 minutes it will definitely have you right physically mentally as a customer service man they were phenomenal they made me feel comfortable they made me feel like I found a home where I can work out peacefully and privately their service was amazing they were very transparent in the contracts that we were talking about for me to become a member and also Rick used to be a triathlete and Christian used to be a boxer so they have some not some but they have experience in what they are doing. Wow! Where do I start? … from the very beginning of my 1 week trial pass, I didn’t feel discouraged and wasn’t treated like a number. I was always greeted by first name. I ended up joining all on my own. No pushiness ! and I love the motivation the trainers give you. I’m still learning what certain moves to do at each round, but I’m always shown what to do. Thank you Rick and Michele !!

I have been working out at several different gyms over the last 20 years, but this is by far the best workout I’ve ever had. I Highly recommend 9Round!

This center is made for disabled kids to enjoy but the playground is open to the whole community. It is huge and has so many different areas to climb, slide and enjoy. The ramps are just as useful for toddlers as they are for wheelchairs. My baby loved getting to get up the playground all by herself. It's also very convenient that it is fully gated off so I could let her run around and tire herself out. This is by far the best playground in the area so hopefully they keep it nice.

Restroom's are never open.

So happy the gentleman I care for (his Caregiver) has now joined the Monday baseball team to meet new friends and have a blast.
