Love this place. Very positive atmosphere. My shy daughter greatly enjoyed group training. The coach is great and my daughter is improving. They run and train the entire hour. No sitting around chit chating. Coach provides corrective feedback immediately so the kids can work it out in real time. Also teen Bible study on Fridays!

My children and I love the Energy of this gym! The mission of the owner shows in the kids. Highly recommended!!
