Fantastic gym and fantastic coaches. Coaches are inviting and friendly and are always looking to help you improve and reach your goals. The atmosphere is friendly and driven. Just the kind of motivation to keep you coming back. Each day is a new and creative workout, targeting different muscle groups you didn’t even know existed. The design of this gym: instructors, members, and workouts make Sets a unique and fun place to workout. I’ve been attending on and off for years and am never disappointed with their quality. 10000000% worth every penny.

I have loved getting back into working out thanks to the Hamilton Sets Team. Everyone has amazing energy and provides such supporting and motivating partnership. The classes are challenging but fun, and most importantly they push you to constantly go further and be better. They have a wide range of equipment and really target all areas and muscles in ways that don't get boring or repetitive. The staff is also really great at getting to know the members; making you feel like they want you there and are always available to modify any exercise if need be. Hands down recommend to everyone!!

I love my SETS workouts - they have a warmup, 30+ minutes of circuit training, a burnout, and some stretching at the end. One full hour of a total body workout!! They play great music, have amazing coaches who push and encourage u, and keep your interest by varying the exercises and changing up the equipment in the room!! Also, they offer so many classes at different times of the day!! I would highly recommend this training program!!

I love SETS Hamilton! My endurance and fitness level was beginning to plateau and SETS was exactly what I needed to make improvements. I feel motivated going to class and know the coaches will push me past my limits. They offer many class times and weekend classes which works with my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend joining this gym!

Not only WOULD I highly recommend but I have! I have been with them for two years and I don’t think another gym is going to do it better. The coaches become a friend and so does those that go there. It becomes a family! They listen to feedback, they take accountability, they support everyone and their needs, they push you to work harder, they are funny and fun, they are positive and so much more. They are creative in how they conduct each class and set new goals constantly. The best part is that they continue to improve and get better and better. I haven’t regretted joining yet

I’ve tried exercise classes everywhere, including my local YMCA, martial arts dojos, a place called I Love Kickboxing (I don’t know if they’re still around), but I could never get myself motivated enough to continue going after the first week or two (begrudgingly). Since the COVID pandemic, I’ve been working from home so I’ve become very sedentary and decided that I need to do something more than just walk my dog. I saw an ad for CKO’s 16 week challenge and decided to go to the introductory meeting to hear how they’re going to be different. During the meeting, I heard things that other places promised to deliver like a “fun” experience and all that. I was still skeptical that I would continue, but I signed up anyway. I told the instructor and the others that were there, that I am motivated now, but there’s no guarantee that I would still be motivated next week and that I’m the type of person who needs somebody to come to my house and drag me to classes or threaten to steal my catalytic converter if I don’t go, because I’m so bad with committing to these things. One of the other prospective participants offered to scoop me up on the way to class but we lived in opposite directions, so it was all on me. I went to the first class and it was tough. I’m in my early 50s, overweight, and extremely out of shape, but I got through it and I loved it! I returned for a second class and enjoyed it as well! Third class was also very good/exhausting. I found that each instructor has their own style, but they all get you moving and keep you motivated throughout. Now, I’ve realized that the more classes I go to, the easier they get and the more excited I am to continue. It’s really very strange for me to feel this way about exercising because I’ve always hated it and always talked myself out of it, but something about the feeling of punching and kicking that bag is exhilarating! It’s exhausting for sure, but it’s great because they work out every part of your body. You’re not running around the perimeter of the gym to strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up, you’re boxing and kicking and standing in ways that make it more fun than just jogging or running. The stretching, planks and other activities strengthen your core and other muscles, so you truly get that whole body workout without getting bored!

this is an intense, nonstop workout. For those needing time to become reacquainted with intense cardio workouts, instructors are patient and encouraging. The focus is on motion, not pace or power. You'll commonly hear the instructors shout out, "Don't stop. If you need to adjust, adjust. But don't stop moving." I've added some weight in recent months since my regular gym closed these kinds of classes and am about 15+ lbs. heavier than I typically am. As someone with years of experience with this level of workout intensity, I can testify to this program's effectiveness. This extra weight will be off in a matter of a few weeks moving at CKO Hamilton's intensity. They deliver a wonderful workout and expect you to summon your best. That's hard to find. Try it. You'll like this program.

CKO has changed my life in the past year since I’ve been a member. The owner, John, is a amazing guy and instructor. The members and instructors here have become like a family to me. I feel stronger, healthier and better than ever since incorporating CKO into my life 3 days a week. I highly recommend joinging! You won’t regret it.

I have been a member CKO Hamilton since the first day they opened their doors! I have also been to over 6 different Cko gyms and I have never felt more at home then when I walk through the doors at CKO Hamilton. CKO Hamilton is not your typical gym it is a family and a team where trainers and members support each other at any level of fitness or age to push yourself past what you think is possible for yourself physically and mentally. This Gym is so amazing and welcoming because John the owner and his wife have put their all into creating a space where you are challenged and accepted into the family every time you step in the door and when you leave. The trainers push you, challenge you, support you, engage with you and care about your technique and form. These hour workouts leave you crawling out the door but wanting to come back. I have lost weight and have kept it off from the amazing workout I receive at Cko Hamilton. I have grown as a person and an athlete because of John and his team. I have gained confidence, strength, stamina and a sense of toughness. If you have a bad day cko Hamilton is a great place to work it out on the bag. If your looking for more than a fire burning workout that will melt away the pounds and a community come check out Cko Hamilton and see what you are missing out in. Thrilled with the decision to join CrossFit jungle gym! I’ve completed my first 60 days and prior to making this commitment I was extremely anxious and doubtful. I haven’t been apart of a gym in over 2 years and prior to that I’ve had a track record of joining programs from spin studios, peloton, small group classes etc and then falling off. Cross fit was a world I didn’t know too much about or ever experienced and leading up to my first day I was told by “others” it’s going to be really tough and intense. I was regretting signing up. Coach Jim kindly spent over an hour with me helping me navigate through all my challenges and concerns and I showed up my first day and haven’t looked back. I can now say I feel comfortable, look forward to the workouts, and feel powerful when I leave. I love the coaches, the atmosphere, and the people. I enjoy the workout structure and what I’m most happy about is knowing there is always a modification that I can do that still makes me feel accomplished after. If you are feeling nervous or even if you feel like you are not cut out for this my suggestion is to silence the negative thoughts and take the leap, it will be 100% worth it!

I love it here! All the coaches are extremely helpful and the community they’ve created is very welcoming. I hadn’t been to the gym for many, many years and their 60 day program eased me back into focusing on my fitness and nutrition. I was very apprehensive because I thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything in a group class, but everything truly is scalable. I’m so happy I got out of my comfort zone and gave this a shot. I’m getting back in shape and enjoying it!

Recently did a very last-minute drop in here. I reached out to Jim about one hour before we passed through town and luckily he messaged right back! He was able to accommodated my husband and I for his midday class. He talked about the workout and gave great options for scaling while demonstrating knowledge of his athletes abilities, giving them individualized, specific goals for each movement. Time management was great, we finished with time to do skill work at the end. The warm-up was very thorough and definitely went over each movement. Had a great experience here and really enjoyed Jim’s coaching and willingness to let us jump in!

Starting my journey in CrossFit in October was an experience I did not know where I’d be two months in. But 60 days in I can honestly say the results are definitely trending in the right direction and am eager to continue to progress and change my overall physical health. Anyone who decides to join the CrossFit Jungle Gym will definitely reap the benefits of their hard work and consistency.

I have been attending CrossFit Jungle Gym for the past two years. The coaches and programming are amazing. Coaches are attentive and offer a variety of scaling or Rx+ options for each workout. In addition to the small group classes they also currently offer personal sessions, weightlifting classes, run camp and CrossFit for kids. The other thing that sets this gym apart is the community of people who workout here, and support each other in and outside of the gym.
