My wife and I have been taking classes with Cassandra for over 6 years, and as seniors we feel that it is an absolutely essential part of our health strategy in staying agile and mobile. My posture was really poor when I first started and my balance was terrible. Cassandra has corrected those problems. When we have injuries or surgeries or such she can work around those problems and even come up with exercises and stretches that help you get you back in shape much quicker. It’s so marvelous the way she can tailor a program to give you exactly what you need. I would highly recommend Cassandra’s Absolute Pilates as an essential part of your health needs.

Cassandra is so knowledgeable about even the most intricate parts of the anatomy and knows the correct way to access those hidden muscles. She is extremely sensitive to specific injuries a client may be dealing with and never pushes her clients towards an inappropriate exercise. She has a deep well of knowledge to quickly offer a safer substitute move. The age of her clients range from teens wanting to improve in their competitive sport, to seniors looking to increase their strength and flexibility. Classes range from beginner to advanced. Her studio is well appointed with multiple pieces of equipment always maintained in excellent working order.

Cassandra is an incredible pilates instructor that is very focused on the art of pilates. She will work with individual needs of a client if they have any particular ailments or injuries. There is also an amazing barre class by Corinne that just helps you recenter and revitalize while getting a great workout! New clients get a free consultation and class to get familiar with the workouts and get to know the instructor. It had helped so much!

My husband’s name is on the google account. I have osteoporosis, so I have been attending Pilates classes for 10+ years which have been a huge help. Cassandra is very knowledgeable and can focus on target areas to strengthen, correct, and improve balance without risking injury.

I've had years of personal trainers, gym memberships and classes. There's nothing as personal, applicable, challenging and LONG LASTING as Pilate's with Cassandra. She's got a great studio, adaptable classes and best of all, a great deal of experience as a very skilled teacher.

As an ex worker I wanted to let everyone know the gym isn’t going to open anytime soon, they don’t care about the location or the community even tho they say it’s a campaign for the black and brown communities in the area, they only care about money and since the LAke worth area is not as good as Delray or other fancy areas this location won’t be open or will be next year after they done remodeling New Jersey clubs. Don’t wait for this gym as they increase the annual fee to $60 dollars and it’s just focus on the aesthetic not enough machines and even the delray location it’s lacking machines and every time something is wrong Also the management wasn’t the best as they don’t care about employees Save your time and money

I just walked by here and this place still isn't even open. Several months ago I was approached by people in the parking lot trying to get me to join. How is this not still open? There's absolutely no work being done inside!

I have tried calling the center multiple times with no answer to cancel the plan that I have yet not been able to use. The reason I want to cancel is because I can’t wait any longer for the gym to open and second because all the people they keep enrolling and posting on IG are ghetto.

I enjoyed this gym while I was a member. Shannon was our trainer for a while and she was very nice and professional. The smoothies are yummy.

This is a fraud....no work is being done.... only a shell on the inside yet outside they seat trying to sell memberships to a non existent center.........
