I love taking classes at Reforming Pilates! The workouts are such a good challenge, and the instructors are super nice and always help with form, so I feel like I’m doing everything right. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming space - I always look forward to going!

Words can’t even begin to describe how much I love Reforming Pilates. I have been coming to this studio since March (first pilates studio I’ve ever been to) and every experience is better than the last. I’ve done classes with multiple instructors and they each take the time to learn who you are, remember any injuries, and provide modifications/correct form as needed - truly working to make each class the best experience for you. The environment is very welcoming and intimate, staff is extremely kind and caring, and the people who attend in general are really sweet. The location of the studio is super easy to locate plus there’s free parking! This studio has helped me become more confident in not only this skill but within myself. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about @ReformingPilates! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. I've been struggling with back pain for a while, but after just two classes with Ella, my pain has been alleviated. Ella is an amazing instructor—her classes strike the perfect balance between challenge and care. She's also incredibly attentive, always helping me with my form when needed. I'm excited to try out classes with other instructors and work toward achieving my personal fitness goals with this studio

Love this studio!! It's a beautiful calming environment and always a great workout. The only thing I would like to see improved is the consistency between classes. Some instructors do a nice little stretch/warm up at the beginning, which I LOVE, while others just jump right into the workout. Some instructors also turn the lights down at the end for the cool down and change the music to more calm music. These seem like small details, but I wish every instructor would do these things!

Had a great first time experience at Reforming Pilates. The instructor Abigail took her time and explained all the movements, correcting my form when needed. I love fitness, and think Pilates is a great compliment to my workout routine. The class I took was a basic reforming class, I look forward to taking some of their other more focused muscle group classes. I definitely plan on incorporating Pilates into my weekly workouts. The atmosphere is beautiful very Zen spa like. They have a few locations in Miami, I am glad they opened a location Fort Lauderdale as well. We need more fitness options that have a beautiful luxury vibe.

We had an incredible time at Cyclebar for our girl’s bachelorette party! The private ride was a perfect way to celebrate, and our instructor, Brooke, was amazing—she was laid back yet motivating, making the experience fun and energizing for everyone. We left feeling exhilarated and ready to take on the weekend!

I decided to try Cyclebar to see what fitness routine i can add to my lifestyle. So far I have been enjoying taking the classes as they keep me disciplined. I usually attend classes during the mornings, Justin was a great addition this morning. I enjoyed his class, the song selections! He has a calm demeanor but the class is still so motivating and powerful! The other instructors are great as well.

The space is cozy but functional. You are greeted upon arrival and given directives if new. Majority of instructors and front desk staff are genuinely polite and welcoming. You can see who has been a member here for a bit, it shows. Good space to keep active.

Solid 24 hour gym. The good… 24 hours. Easy to access. Quite during off hours. Staff is friendly when they are on site. Cool atmosphere. It’s not perfect, but for the cost it’s great. I’ve found people sneak in a lot during off staff hours, which really puts a sour taste in my mouth, that’s the main concern. Homeless and people without memberships sliding in with members as they open the door. Something needs to be done about that. It’s a safety issue for members and especially women. Most equipment is working, sometimes cables machines and other equipment is out of order, but quick to be fixed. Men’s bathroom is somewhat clean, but lack of soap dispensers is an issue, needs more sanitation. Overall, I’ll continue my membership, but it needs some management help.

This gym is a huge disappointment. The only cleaning supplies available are communal rags that look and feel like they've never been washed—why can't we just have paper towels like every other gym? It's so unsanitary and honestly baffling how this is even allowed. The soap dispensers in the women's bathroom have been broken for weeks, which feels like a basic necessity they're ignoring. To make matters worse, the "members only" door isn't functioning properly. If you arrive during unstaffed hours (like I did today), you’ll be locked outside with others, banging on doors and windows hoping someone inside notices. Ironically, when we finally caught someone's attention, they were chatting with a trainer who saw us and walked away. Thankfully, the kind member eventually let us in. When I finally made it inside, I walked into the women's only area to find five or six Home Depot buckets scattered across the floor, missing ceiling tiles, and equipment pushed aside due to what was clearly some kind of leak. This mess took up a huge portion of the space. Despite being open for just about a year, much of the equipment is already worn out—mats are torn, the hip thrust machine's strap is completely shredded, and everything feels neglected. What’s even more frustrating is that before leaving this review, I took time to read others, and the gym always replies to criticism saying they’re “trying to improve.” From my experience, that’s clearly not true. The same problems persist, and nothing ever gets better. There’s also a significant number of one-star reviews, which should be very telling. This gym has so much potential, but it’s clear it’s not being maintained. Every visit makes me more disappointed, and at this point, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Tried this location out with a day pass, it was pretty small I felt like the machines were basically right on top of each other. There is a “babe cave” for women exclusively which was the size of a closet. Upside is they have a couple machines that my gym does not have like the hack squat and pendulum squat machine so I gave those a try. Staff at the front were also friendly. And for sanitizing equipment, you might want to bring your own because they just have spray bottles with hand towels that are shared which is a little icky to me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Since December, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership due to personal reasons, and this gym refuses to resolve the issue. Every time I call, they say a manager will contact me, but no one ever does. Worse, they’ve hung up on me more than once. I’ve also emailed them with all the details, but they responded that cancellations can’t be handled by email. This is completely unacceptable! I can’t go in person at the moment, yet they continue to charge me and completely ignore my request to cancel. It feels like this gym is doing everything possible to trap people in there, even when it’s clear I no longer want their services. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain unethical. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!

The gym is great, but they score one star for their policy surrounding their contract with a trainer. The original person who signed me up told me I had to quit the contract 30 days from when I signed up or it would automatically continue. So when I went to change my contract 5 weeks before that, that employee told me I would pay for both contracts for one month…then it would turn over. Flash forward to the end of January I got charged again for both contracts. The woman I spoke to said you have to end a contract 30 days before your last payment or 2 months from the sign up date! At no time was this info given to me! And even their contract is intentionally written so it’s hard to understand when that 30 days start. So apparently they either don’t properly train their employees or they do this intentionally so they can get more money out of their clients. Either way it isn’t ok!

The Black Box Theatre was the perfect backdrop for our intimate wedding of some 70 people. The staff was very helpful with planning the details and providing what was needed before and during the wedding. Shaina was in charge and was very experienced with how to coordinate lighting, tables, dj booth, the bar in the lobby and our ceremony was perfect and lovely for all our guests to enjoy. Her suggestions made everything go as planned and she is a pleasure to work with as well as her professional staff, who felt like part of our celebration. It was a magical day and very affordable as well. Just need some imagination to work with the venue and make it your own dream come true, as we did.

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. I am extremely upset with my initial and overall experience with this center, its employees, and the entire process. My son’s school has an aftercare program that uses the same name as the YMCA, but it turns out to be a completely different organization. I signed him up under the impression it was the school’s program. However, it turns out it was for this facility, and I had to be given a completely different website from the one provided by the YMCA at his school. Marques kindly provided me with the correct website, and I registered my son. Now, I am requesting a refund because I mistakenly paid for a YMCA membership, even though it’s not the same organization located at my son’s school. Can you believe they declined my request? My son has never attended any of their sessions, nor is his name on any sign-in sheet. So I’d like to understand how they reached this decision. They claimed it was because I signed up through their website. But if the representative at my son’s school is using the YMCA’s website, how is this error my responsibility? I visited the facility on Sistrunk, believing I had canceled the membership. Yet, for an entire week, they have continued trying to withdraw money from my account for something I do not want. How is it possible they are still attempting to take funds after I went there to cancel? The employees do not communicate with each other, and nothing gets canceled, even if you have proof of an email confirmation. I am beyond frustrated with this organization. Corporate needs to review their decision and seriously consider new policies and regulations to prevent situations like this. Better communication and customer service are essential.

I would rate 0 stars but unfortunately it is not an option. Please hire better people to work for customer service at the front desk. I went to this location yesterday in the afternoon by 6PM. How is possible that the two guys in the front can’t even assist me when I asked for help on a simple task. Their facial expressions implied that they did not want to assist me with my inquiry. I had to cancel my membership because I went through a surgery and the recovery process will take more than I expected. I used to go very early in the morning and the crew are nice except for those two individuals. Very disappointed.

I really loved this gym. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The machines were great, especially for abs. Lockers, showers, even x4 free hydro massage chairs and sun beds. Which were the best after a workout. Free parking, bike racks, and easy to cancel membership (I was going to be out of USA for a while), no hidden agendas.

Can’t beat the price. Clean, friendly, big, rarely too crowded. Gets the job done. Better than the other locations in Broward. Great people watching too.

I was considering joining, but after reading the reviews from members who have issues, I was alarmed to see each response from PF suggest that the customer talk to management for a resolution. That's ironic and suggests management doesn't know what's happening at their own gym.

I called before going. I asked if there was a hydromassage bed. I was told there was and clarified the difference between a bed and a lounger. I was again told that there is a bed. I came for my workout and after went to use the hydromassage bed. I was so disappointed that I was lied to and they do NOT have a hydromassage bed but have a hydromassage lounger instead. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to the front to ask the staff if I was looking in the wrong place, he came back to the loungers with me and started to argue with about the difference between a bed and a lounger. Even with going to the hydromassage website, he continued to argue. If I was given the correct information, I would have just gone to a different location which had the correct equipment.
