Solid 24 hour gym. The good… 24 hours. Easy to access. Quite during off hours. Staff is friendly when they are on site. Cool atmosphere. It’s not perfect, but for the cost it’s great. I’ve found people sneak in a lot during off staff hours, which really puts a sour taste in my mouth, that’s the main concern. Homeless and people without memberships sliding in with members as they open the door. Something needs to be done about that. It’s a safety issue for members and especially women. Most equipment is working, sometimes cables machines and other equipment is out of order, but quick to be fixed. Men’s bathroom is somewhat clean, but lack of soap dispensers is an issue, needs more sanitation. Overall, I’ll continue my membership, but it needs some management help.

This gym is a huge disappointment. The only cleaning supplies available are communal rags that look and feel like they've never been washed—why can't we just have paper towels like every other gym? It's so unsanitary and honestly baffling how this is even allowed. The soap dispensers in the women's bathroom have been broken for weeks, which feels like a basic necessity they're ignoring. To make matters worse, the "members only" door isn't functioning properly. If you arrive during unstaffed hours (like I did today), you’ll be locked outside with others, banging on doors and windows hoping someone inside notices. Ironically, when we finally caught someone's attention, they were chatting with a trainer who saw us and walked away. Thankfully, the kind member eventually let us in. When I finally made it inside, I walked into the women's only area to find five or six Home Depot buckets scattered across the floor, missing ceiling tiles, and equipment pushed aside due to what was clearly some kind of leak. This mess took up a huge portion of the space. Despite being open for just about a year, much of the equipment is already worn out—mats are torn, the hip thrust machine's strap is completely shredded, and everything feels neglected. What’s even more frustrating is that before leaving this review, I took time to read others, and the gym always replies to criticism saying they’re “trying to improve.” From my experience, that’s clearly not true. The same problems persist, and nothing ever gets better. There’s also a significant number of one-star reviews, which should be very telling. This gym has so much potential, but it’s clear it’s not being maintained. Every visit makes me more disappointed, and at this point, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Tried this location out with a day pass, it was pretty small I felt like the machines were basically right on top of each other. There is a “babe cave” for women exclusively which was the size of a closet. Upside is they have a couple machines that my gym does not have like the hack squat and pendulum squat machine so I gave those a try. Staff at the front were also friendly. And for sanitizing equipment, you might want to bring your own because they just have spray bottles with hand towels that are shared which is a little icky to me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Since December, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership due to personal reasons, and this gym refuses to resolve the issue. Every time I call, they say a manager will contact me, but no one ever does. Worse, they’ve hung up on me more than once. I’ve also emailed them with all the details, but they responded that cancellations can’t be handled by email. This is completely unacceptable! I can’t go in person at the moment, yet they continue to charge me and completely ignore my request to cancel. It feels like this gym is doing everything possible to trap people in there, even when it’s clear I no longer want their services. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain unethical. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!

The gym is great, but they score one star for their policy surrounding their contract with a trainer. The original person who signed me up told me I had to quit the contract 30 days from when I signed up or it would automatically continue. So when I went to change my contract 5 weeks before that, that employee told me I would pay for both contracts for one month…then it would turn over. Flash forward to the end of January I got charged again for both contracts. The woman I spoke to said you have to end a contract 30 days before your last payment or 2 months from the sign up date! At no time was this info given to me! And even their contract is intentionally written so it’s hard to understand when that 30 days start. So apparently they either don’t properly train their employees or they do this intentionally so they can get more money out of their clients. Either way it isn’t ok!
