This is my third or fourth time joining Planet Fitness at the Everett location in my hometown. When I returned a few months ago, I was disappointed to see the poor maintenance of cleanliness, particularly in the men’s showers and locker room. However, I’m happy to report that things have significantly improved in the past month, and the facility is now spotlessly clean. I genuinely enjoy this place and look forward to continuing to visit a gym that makes me feel great and refreshed afterward.

The gym itself is perfect and fits all my needs. The staff is thoughtful and very kind. The area around and the parking lot not as much. Lots of syringes on the floor and a sketchy feeling. Despite the gym being open 24 hours some days, I’d not risk going later than 8pm, unless there is some more security around.

Bathrooms have been a complete disgusting hellscape. Paper towels are consistently out in multiple locations. A lot of the machines need to be maintained but haven’t been. This gym used to be very well maintained and clean! No clue what happened.

Same thing as what many others have said. Paper towels are usually always out at multiple cleaning stations which is really annoying. The women's locker room and bathroom is seriously so filthy almost always. I like this location because it's close and convenient for me, but I'm seriously considering driving further to another one....we shouldn't be told that we just need to speak to a manager to have these issues fixed, they just really shouldn't be issues in the first place.

The cleanest gym I've ever been to. I feel comfortable and the "no judgment environment", is the best ! !! I used to get intimidated looking to get a membership before in other facilities until PLANET FITNESS came into the neighborhood. I was sold on day one of my visit there just to check it out. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and patient to anyone I see every time I'm there. The price was very reasonable. I recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Our son took us there for a workout while in town. It's a great power gym. Not too big and yet had everything you might need.

If you take your training seriously this is the place for you! The crowd here is always grinding and the atmosphere is great! Sam the owner keeps the place as safe and welcoming as possible. You don't need the newest most sparkly equipment to get the job done, they have everything you need. An ugly and a pretty red plate all weight the same. lol Their new location is SO much more spacious! Can't recommend this to other Everett area powerlifters enough!

This is a top notch gym that focused on power lifting and strong man training. It is no nonsense, but has a very supportive atmosphere. More than enough equipment. The owners, Lee and Neal, are wonderful and create an atmosphere where people welcomed and encouraged to better themselves.

The owner of this gym Sam is extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe most of these positive reviews are from the previous owners. The gym is small, cramped, dirty, and the equipment is dated. There are many gyms in the area that are much better. Don't waste your time here.

If you are looking for an old school, family feeling, iron loving gym... EGO is where you need to be. Great atmosphere to train and become a stronger version of yourself. EGO, despite the name, is a very humble gym full of knowledgeable athletes that take the time to help you in every way. The Dougherty brothers have created a wonderful brand and have been killing it with the opening of their new gym.

One of the most welcoming gyms I've ever been to. I switched from planet fitness and I already love it so much. Dave, Jay, and Jenny have been so welcoming. Love how big this gym is, the equipment is amazing, and everyone else is really welcoming. So happy to have started working out here!

No nonsense gym experience: Emerald City offers the best deal in the area. Unlike other gyms here (LA Fitness especially), they are not overbooked with customers. You can actually get parking and get to your weights/machines without too much hassle. The layout also helps you prioritize and get to what you need. Plus the staff and customers are super friendly.

Kevin was really great, showed me some great insight on lifting movements, nutrition overview and was very welcoming. Switched here recently and was super impressed. The facilities are newly updated, have everything I need for lifting and they have a great fitness program you can opt into that is challenging and fun. Overall the community is super welcoming. Thomas, Tony, Dave and others are always helpful, friendly and genuinely want to help you achieve your fitness goals. They also have a great kids club, heated pool and other extra amenities. Would recommend definitely.

Hello! I have been going to this gym for 5-6 months. It is a gym like no other, it feels like a community. Jenny was the first person I got in touch with, her energy is so inviting, and talking to her feels refreshing she understands me and my goals. She also talks about what her journey was and how it's going it feels inspiring to hear. She recommended a few hiking adventures to go to, and I loved them both. She gives me tangible goals, cheers me on, and gives me insightful information for the coming month ahead. With her help, I am getting closer to my goals; our monthly check-ins are something I look forward to. I have always felt welcomed here! J is someone I love seeing I have been shy to say hi, but he has a way with people that lets you feel open. The gym has everything you can ask for and has multiple stations so that you don't feel overwhelmed by crowds or rush hour. The only things I could request are bands for stretching in the yoga room. Thanks to everyone I have met in a short amount of time. Thanks for making me feel welcome and for sharing a friendly smile.

I've never had a gym experience like this! The community culture here is really solid. It's a place for everyone of any background and skill level with their fitness knowledge. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is and how dedicated they are to helping you reach your goals - shout out to Melanie!

We started by sending our 3 year old son to YMCA mill creek’s stage 1 - water acclimation here. He has never had water or swimming pool interaction prior to this. The instructor I was very friendly and went extra mile in making him comfortable . I will recommend this place for swim lessons

The staff is usually friendly, equipment is average, but oh my goodness, the HVAC is terrible. There's almost constantly some section of the building that doesn't have heat, and the pool area is especially susceptible.

I, too, was disappointed when family swim hours were reduced. It's made it difficult for our water-loving kids to both get to swim and get to bed on time. But the high score notwithstanding is because of the awesome classes (especially Zumba--always an enthusiastic crowd and never awkward) and the kids zone!! My kids and I have loved coming here!

Never been so disappointed by their stuck up staff in my life. I have a 3 day pass and wasn’t able to use it here because they said my pass was for king county which I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t use my pass at a snohomish county branch . The staff were rude and judged me instantly so I wouldn’t even give them 1 star honestly

It is extremely disappointing that they use a very large area of the Silverlake park for a few months of the year and block access for all stakeholders all year round. I was walking my dog through the park and was approached by staff of the camp insinuating that I walked through a barrier in which I did not. This person‘s attitude was not that of a government employee, it was very hostile. I recommend that a better job with our tax dollars and actually make an area that they can reasonably accommodate for the camp when you stop stop

Coach Erick is phenomenal. My 7 year old daughter has been having lessons with him and we are very happy with his lessons. Coach Erick is always encouraging and positive with smiles and also very good at demonstrating a correct posture. We love his detailed teaching method and his comments about what she can improve. I highly recommend him for all level students.

We have been members at this place for several years. Our children have and continue to have very positive experiences with the swimming program. Our older child is presently swimming with their HS conditioning group. It’s a year-round co-ed non-competitive team of high school swimmers. I love that it gives them consistency in exercise and positive engagement with like-minded teammates. The instructors are certified swimming coaches and genuinely have a love for swimming. My younger child enjoys her private lessons thoroughly. Non-members can participate in their swimming program. Members get a slight discount. I highly recommend this program if you are shopping around for swimming lessons.

Columbia Athletic Club has been a great, overall place for me. I enjoy Tennis but also use the Gym. Recently, I have joined up with personal trainer Alex Taluc to make my body stronger and to avoid injury while playing Tennis. He has been great as I am a total beginner. He has the patience and created the right workout schedule for me. He is also very realistic with your personal goals and very engaging. I am thrilled with the results so far! I highly recommend this club for Tennis and gym activities. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

My grandchildren have been swimming on the high school team since September 2024. I am very impressed with both Columbia Athletic Club as well as Erin, the coach of the high school team The pool, pool deck, dressing room and showers are very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Erin, is a great combination of a tough coach and someone who praises efforts when they are due and give correction advice if a kick, for example, isn't legal. Their fellow swimmers are kind and cheer each other on during practice races. I am so thankful my grandchildren are swimming at Comumbia!!

I’m thrilled to be a part of the IMPACT training sessions at Columbia Athletics Club! The program offers a fantastic variety of classes, from stretching and mobility to boxing, making every workout unique and tailored to my needs. The trainers are exceptional, bringing not only great knowledge but also a positive attitude, and they excel at adjusting the sessions to meet individual goals. The overall experience at the club has been outstanding, with a welcoming and supportive staff and all the facilities you could ask for. Joining Columbia Athletics Club has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey!

I’ve been attending Orangetheory Fitness for almost 15 months and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. The high-intensity interval training workouts are always challenging and effective, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall fitness. The combination of strength training, cardio, and endurance exercises keeps things exciting and never feels repetitive. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about helping you reach your goals. They’re always ready to offer tips on form or modify exercises to fit individual needs, making the workouts accessible to all levels. The heart rate-based tracking system helps me stay focused and ensures I’m getting the most out of each session. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing service I’ve received from the receptionist team (George and Taylor) at Orangetheory Fitness. From the moment I walk in, they greet me with a warm and friendly attitude, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. They’re always professional, efficient, and ready to assist with any questions I might have, whether it’s about class schedules, membership details, or special promotions. The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. The supportive community of members adds an extra layer of motivation to keep pushing myself. Whether you're looking to build strength, burn calories, or just improve your fitness, Orangetheory is the place to be! I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t regret it!

If you have never taken an Orangetheory class, this is your sign. This location specifically has the best coaches, the best front desk, staff, and a spacious floor plan. It is one of the most fun and engaging workouts. I think what I love most about it is the energy in the room the inspiration from the other members and the genuine encouragement and motivation energy from the coach. All of the coaches you can tell really loved their job and care about your work out. It’s great music, the hour goes by fast and every single day is varied and every single day is challenging. Also, they recently added strength only classes, which means no treadmill, no rowing, strictly 50 minutes of pure weightlifting, and they’re so great. The first class is free and you will be doing yourself such a disservice if you don’t at least try it. I was originally a member for four years took a break during Covid and then just joined again and I have tried everything in between so I can confirm it is the best workout and nothing compares to it. Call and ask for George and he will set you up with your first class!

Orangetheory Millcreek is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting, energetic, and motivating. The staff members are warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each member's fitness journey. George, the manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and supported. He’s attentive to each person's needs and goals, creating a space where you feel both challenged and comfortable. The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate, making each workout enjoyable and effective. It’s clear that the team at Millcreek really cares about building a strong community. Highly recommend this location if you want to take your fitness to the next level!

I used to like this place back when it was MUV fitness, at least then equipment was up to date and rarely had any issues. Nowadays, a lot of treadmills and other equipment are neglected in repairing them which makes working out even more crowded and very limited. I hope in the future they can improve for the sake of others

This is a new facility, and although it is not as large at the old Everett one, it’s still great. Lots of new and familiar faces. They club staff are starting to pick up on things, and it’s really starting to round out. Parking is still iffy, but if you can find a spot, this is one of the best LA Fitnesses to work out at. Ask the front desk for a water bed or massage gun if you have the time!

Equipment is always breaking down, but the problem is that they're neglecting to fix it. The gyms too busy and overcrowded to not have things repaired within reason. The things that are breaking are as simple as cables. The employees play dumb and they're reaction is what do you want me to do about it. I miss when it was 24. Please take care of this gym since you just merged it with the closed location and made it so much more unpleasant. And please do something about the hot water in sinks
