We started by sending our 3 year old son to YMCA mill creek’s stage 1 - water acclimation here. He has never had water or swimming pool interaction prior to this. The instructor I was very friendly and went extra mile in making him comfortable . I will recommend this place for swim lessons

The staff is usually friendly, equipment is average, but oh my goodness, the HVAC is terrible. There's almost constantly some section of the building that doesn't have heat, and the pool area is especially susceptible.

I, too, was disappointed when family swim hours were reduced. It's made it difficult for our water-loving kids to both get to swim and get to bed on time. But the high score notwithstanding is because of the awesome classes (especially Zumba--always an enthusiastic crowd and never awkward) and the kids zone!! My kids and I have loved coming here!

Never been so disappointed by their stuck up staff in my life. I have a 3 day pass and wasn’t able to use it here because they said my pass was for king county which I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t use my pass at a snohomish county branch . The staff were rude and judged me instantly so I wouldn’t even give them 1 star honestly

It is extremely disappointing that they use a very large area of the Silverlake park for a few months of the year and block access for all stakeholders all year round. I was walking my dog through the park and was approached by staff of the camp insinuating that I walked through a barrier in which I did not. This person‘s attitude was not that of a government employee, it was very hostile. I recommend that a better job with our tax dollars and actually make an area that they can reasonably accommodate for the camp when you stop stop
