Refuse to cancel over the phone, force you to either write a letter and follow up a week later or cancel in person. This is outdated, hostile to the user, and ridiculous.

I was at a leg machine when the owner came up to me and told me to hurry up and get off my phone. I told her that I take 2-3 minute rest times and she started saying that people that come in are in a rush and or on their lunch break (I don’t know anyone who goes to the gym on their lunch break). Canceled my membership a week later. I now go to this gym called fitness factory and never had a problem again

Jack and Trish the owners are wonderful people, always asking how things are and if you need anything. I feel like they are extending family. CycleFit Lehigh Valley has changed my mind, body, and soul for the better! The community is like no other! I love the instructors, the variety of workouts, the playlists, and the friendships that I have made and strengthened while sweating it out there. The workouts can be modified for any ability and will always leave you feeling like you've just had your best workout yet! Allie, the owner, is a true gem! She makes fitness fun, obtainable, and realistic all while motivating you to push your limits and take your intensity to the next level. It has been the best part of my day over 250 times!

I started going to cycle fit because I was feeling unmotivated in the gym and never wanted to go. Trying a group fitness class was something worth trying and I’m so glad I did. Everyone who works here is truly so nice and welcoming and I look forward to seeing them every week. Also, I noticed a huge change in my body and mental health so big plus there!!

I am so glad I found CycleFit Lehigh Valley and decided to give it a try a few months ago. They offer multiple types of classes involving cycling and/or weight training, with multiple classes every day of the week. The coaches who run class are great, making you feel welcome when you're new and keeping you challenged and motivated during each class. I also love that everything is run through an App, so that you can keep track of classes, your purchased class passes, and more. On your first day of class they make sure you are set up and know what you're doing. Even though I know how much I'm going to sweat, I always look forward to walking in the door!

CycleFit has truly become the best part of my day! When I first walked into the studio, the welcoming atmosphere and beautiful aesthetic drew me right in. The instructors are all highly trained and knowledgeable, challenging me and giving modifications when appropriate and/or needed. All of the equipment is top of the line and maintained well. I have been going three times a week (sometimes more) for the past year and feel better than ever. If you’ve been searching for a workout studio, give CycleFit Lehigh Valley a try! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been training with Coach Brandon at SWC for the past 6 months and, I must say, it’s definitely been money well spent. Not only has his training put me into my best shape physically, but as a female, I have gained the techniques and confidence to protect and defend myself, which to me is invaluable. All of the students at SWC are kind and willing to help each other. Coach Brandon is highly skilled and knowledgeable and makes learning fun yet challenging at the same time. I highly recommend this place!!

My son has been attending classes at Spartan Warrior Combat for the past several months. I had been looking for a way to keep him active and cut down majorly on his screen time. We decided to check out SWC and it was one of the best decisions I could have made and definitely worth every penny. My son now looks forward to coming to classes with Coach Brandon because he makes learning MMA fun while pushing him out of his comfort zone. His confidence levels have also increased dramatically. I couldn’t be happier that I found this place and what it’s done for my child. We love it there!

I honestly can't say enough amazing things about this incredibly special gym. I have a hard time sticking to an exercise routine and find accountability really important and helpful. For me, the BEST things about JIVA are the supportive and expert instructors and the wonderful sense of community they provide with their members, who are all friendly and down to earth. At this gem of a gym, you are NOT a number. You are always greeted hello and asked after every workout how things went. Being a member at Jiva feels like you are part of a family. The instructors are SO knowledgeable and caring, and most importantly, make the workouts really fun! There are also so many different classes to choose from, and they provide workshops and other events to keep members engaged. Another great benefit is the instructors will offer lots of tips for folks who need adjustments. If, for instance, someone struggles with shoulder or back injuries, they will ALWAYS give alternate exercises. I believe a gym like this is a rare find and I am so grateful it's in my hometown! XO

Some may say this review is brought to you by a wicked game of bingo; and to that I say: true! 😺 (And that's a bingo!) 😺Just one of the fun things you may do as a member here. Nonetheless, this is very much my honest review, which anyone who knows me has heard me say or share in comments across social media in recent months already. I have known about Jiva for many years and never thought it was for me until the beginning of this year, when I had reached a point in my fitness and weight management goals where my old bike, swim & gym winter routine at the YMCA wasn't cutting it any longer. I needed new motivation and guidance. I signed up for a free trial jiva power class to test the waters and by the end of it I knew I would give it at least a 1 month try. My monthly membership allows me to practice all of the classes they offer so needless to say I wanted to experience them all. Now several months into my membership with Jiva I've really come to enjoy these workouts, the convenience of being able to sometimes even quickly join via zoom on vacation or from home, smaller group sizes, judgement free exercise environment for all abilities and the energy I gain from all of it daily. From Jiva group power to centergy, aerial yoga, an occasional boot camp morning as my now regular routines to sprinkled in fun groove, a roll-it workshop or extra core sessions, each class comes with wonderful unique instructors who will offer guidance and modifications but also are just very genuinely themselves. My weight management doc has been impressed how I've been losing 40+lbs since January all on my own but the truth is, back in January I was far from this motivated to work out as many days a week as I am now with Jiva. My body has been thanking me with much greater mobility, strength and endurance which has translated into longer and better mountain bike rides, better climbing and ability to clear obstacles and features on the trails or more technical terrain. I even felt confident enough to race for the first time in years. If you've been picking up and putting down weights at the gym without much results and even bigger confusion on what to do, put them down a last time and try a month at Jiva instead. If you haven't worked out at all and are looking for a place to start again; Jiva is your new home! Then get a massage with Leigh, you won't regret it!

I want to give a shout out to Mark Nutting and Heather Stirner Nutting at Jiva for helping me get back in shape after several misadventures. It's taken us 3 years to get back out on trail but here we are 22ish miles into a 25 mile competition last Sunday. This is the first ride I've finished with no muscle soreness at all and I chalk that all up to Jiva! .

This is the first time I’ve done a class like Restorative Yoga & Reiki, so I did not know what to expect…it was amazingly relaxing! It was wonderful to give myself permission to relax for an entire hour in the middle of the day, & the time absolutely flew by. The best part was how much it helped a flare-up of muscle spasms I’d (conveniently ?) woken up with that morning…the session helped immensely. Thank you Betsy & Leigh…Hoping this modality becomes a regular offering at Jiva Fitness!

Leigh Orner-Carnese, LMT is AMAZING!!! I’m a very picky LMT/Energy Healer and won’t let just anybody work on me! She is among the rare few that I do, because she has an extremely intuitive touch backed with the knowledge base to help you really work out the pain and tightness. Highly HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a deep therapeutic massage!!!!

After going through weekly boot camp sessions for a little while, I feel like I can run through a brick wall. These guys know their stuff and will push you beyond your own expectations. I always walk away in a better mood, the results show and the positive mentality side effect make it a no-brainer great investment. I highly recommend this high octane, no nonsense training facility.

I had a job interview coming up in a month, David was able to get me in right away and did wonders. Coming here was so much better than doing something at home or at the gym where I would have probably lost motivation.

I signed up for use of the sauna and it’s the worst experience due to a lack of etiquette from other guests. People wearing full outfits socks and shoes in the sauna is just unhygienic and gross, I don’t want to breathe in the chemicals and sweat from your workout hoodie, a man with a wet sock who routinely drains it out over the rocks or the ventilation. (Happened multiple times, and I’ve had to leave when I see him come in) People on phones taking phone calls, loud headphones. Just absolutely disgusting place, horrifying, especially if you are not American and used to European sauna etiquette you will want to stay away from this sauna. (This will be nothing like a European sauna) Sad that no rules are enforced to make the sauna a nice place but the other guests just have no common decency.

Very small GYM. Never seen such tiny space. When place is crowded- all machines are occupied. Poor machine selection, not enough machines for different muscle groups. Don’t recommend.

Recently moved into town and tried several gyms in the area. Trinity was by far the best choice I made. A ton of equipment, dumbbells on one rack up to 100lbs, the other 115lbs. Just look at the pics, too much to list in text. Matt, the owner, is super motivated, friendly, and approachable. If you're looking for a new gym, there's no need to go anywhere other than Trinity. Open 24 hours, 7 days, super convenient.

This is by far the best gym I've visited in the area. It's super clean and secure, with access only granted by key fob. It's never overcrowded, and all the equipments are well-maintained and new. The owner is very friendly and knows most of the members.

I trained with Matt at a different facility many years ago. We got together again and I joined Trinity Fitness during the end of the COVID lock down. Matt worked hard to provide a safe and ultra clean environment to get back into working out in a facility other than my home. I have never regretted the decision. I re-connected with him and many old friends. A warm and inviting environment with many people willing to share ideas on meeting your fitness needs.

Trinity fitness is my favorite gym I've ever been to! I love that it is never crowded and it is always super clean. It's also a plus that it's open 24hours because I have an irregular schedule and often need to work out either super early or super late. The gym has parking right out front and it's in a beautiful area/building. Everyone I've met there or that I've seen in passing within the community have been super laid back and courteous. You won't have to worry about people distracting, judging your or being in the way. Working out is always a pleasure now :)

i love living here. the apartment is gorgeous and well worth the money in my opinion. these reviews are not it. you are moving to a historical building, you should expect thin walls / to be able to hear your neighbor. also - they are very up front about parking during a tour. i haven’t had an issue finding parking somewhere on the grounds, although sometimes i have to walk farther than i’d like. if you want a designated spot you can pay the monthly fee, although i choose not to. i love the access to all the shops / restaurants and the gym here is gorgeous. highly recommend!

Paper thin walls. You’ll hear every conversation from neighbors. A huge privacy issue. Couldn’t sleep from noisy street traffic. Frightening police raid in my building in the middle of the night. Loud construction during the day. Some buildings have secure entrances and some don’t. Mine didn’t. This was an issue for me. The worst was having no designated parking spaces for tenants. Paying high rental prices, and not getting a good quality of life, is unacceptable. I was towed along with many others for not being in a proper parking space, because some nights after waiting over 35 minutes for one.. I gave up. Restaurant bar customers filled the parking lot in the evenings. It cost $400 to get my car back from the tow yard, and I had to go through the stress of having the tow company yell at me on the phone demanding cash only, non-negotiable. It took 3 days to get my car back. This was AFTER I had brought these issues to the office for many months, along with other tenants, and we were told that since they were under construction we had to deal with it. Then during the pandemic, they offered no lenience. Needless to say, I broke the lease. (Maintenance was friendly when needed)

We love living at Silk, Jennifer (property manager) and Todd (maintenance manager) are wonderful and very attentive to all of our needs!! Been living at the property since the beginning of development and the apartments are gorgeous! We recently decided to move to a different unit in the complex and are thrilled with the difference in all units. Due to the buildings being historic there is definitely noise between units at times, but that’s what you get when living in any apartment. We love it here, definitely would recommend to perspective tenants looking for a “city vibe.” Many great businesses and business owners and ice cream place is an absolute PLUS! We love it here, thanks for an amazing experience with living!

The largest issue with living here is parking. The surrounding shops & restaurants may seem nice, but there is no dedicated parking for us paying tenants. Customers of the brewery, winery, bridal shop, distillery, cafe, etc. take up most of the parking and tenants are forced to walk long distances to their buildings. Many, many tenants and/or visitors end up parking illegally (with no repercussion). The lack of parking must be by design as VM reality charges over $100/month for a reserved spot. The units are visually appealing. However, as other reviews state the walls are quite thin and you can easily hear all of your neighbors. That, and there are MANY tenants currently with pets that, when unattended throughout the day, constantly make loud noise. The property manager has even stated there have been numerous noise complaints in my building due to pets, yet nothing has changed. The in-house maintenance team seems great. If there's an issue they can fix, they are speedy! Alas, more times than not, issues must be outsourced to appliance companies who take upwards of a month to fix an issue. That said..there shouldn't be any issues to begin with. The living experience is definitely not worth the price. I urge anyone reading to avoid renting here. If I haven't swayed you, be sure to at the very least rent a top floor unit or you WILL be miserable. Every tenant I've met agrees; the lack of parking is outrageous and pets are too noisy. Fix the parking problem and I'm sure you'll retain more renters.
