They held the space for Eid prayer this year, it was an amazing experience. Thank you for collaborating with all the local mosques 🕌 to be able to perform our religious obligation in one of the most celebrated Islamic holidays especially during the time our brothers and sisters are suffering in Palestine.

My graduation was here! A guiding staff at designated check points from the front door throughout the auditorium. They were accommodating and pleasant. The entire facility is very pretty. It's decorated with art work of local kids and other specific exhibits. My only complaint was that the auditorium itself was extremely warm. They could've turned the A/C on to lower the temperature since it was packed with graduates and their families. That many bodies can generate a lot of heat!

I got a membership, went one time and I'll never go back. Ever. First they say if you have a child of the opposite gender you must use the family locker room. Ok that's fine. I go to check it out, not only does it have a huge window on the door for everyone to see everyone changing in there.... it was FULL and I mean FULL of men and their SONS. Not one little girl in there or woman or anything. Why can't they use the men's locker room then? I have a 5 year old son and a 13 year old daughter.... I certainly WAS NOT taking her in there to change with all those men [I mean there was 20, I'm not exaggerating, men and adolescent boys] and I wasn't either. But I'm not allowed to take my 5 year old in the women's but you want us to change in the family room full of men? I told the front desk and they said when I come I can tell them and they'll make all the men leave and I'm like who wants to go through that. NOT TO MENTION a guy comes out the pool struggling to blink telling us we shouldn't swim because someone puked and pooped in the pools and it was over dosed with chlorine because of that. We left within like five minutes of being there and I'm going to there to cancel today or tomorrow. I will never be back. Not that it matters to them, and I don't expect you too. I just was tricked by the good reviews and pictures and was irresponsible in the sense that I should've toured the place first. And I am not a Karen at all. So for me to write this, the situation had to be outrageous. Just some insight.

A nice space. Recently they organized the lighting of the tree for the first time since the pandemic. They also had a wonderful display of Christmas trees, toys, and decorations. There was a funny skit with the Grinch on rooftop as the mayor lit up the tree. They had fire outdoors. It was a warm and relaxing event with colorful decoration. Very good use of space.

They tell you it’s $9.99 upfront, but they’re slick with it. There’s a $2 processing fee, and then every year they hit you with $77, which breaks down to $18.50 a month. They lure you in with the low price, but then bam they drop the real costs on you once you’re hooked. Not only that the gym is freaking disgusting.

Reasons why this location isn’t the best option: 1. My friends bag was stolen, he was told to make a police report and never received anything further in regards to this. (This was 2 years ago) 2. If you go in the evening, it is CROWDED. Like basically hitting captaincy. 3. The members that go to this gym are VERY INCONSIDERATE. I went last night January 25th for the first time in 2 years and not only were people walking in front of me during my work out BUT people were just stealing equipment. AND I went into the part of the gym that has a door, there were other people in this room and these members were walking out and just shut off the lights??? Like okay??? 4. It could be cleaner , but the staff is worried about their own workout to do their job. 5. YOU CAN NEVER CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. They send you to collections when you have tried to cancel.

Hammouda is the best gym employee I’ve ever dealt with. He always helps me out whenever I have any questions regarding my membership or any general questions about the gym and is always very informative and friendly. He’s the reason I love showing up to this gym everyday.

The gym is dirty, and no one follows the rules. Weights and dumbbells are scattered all over the place. The dumbbell rack is empty. There are a lot of people, mostly young, and it's one of the worst gyms I've been to—and I've been to gyms all over the US.

Beware of subscribing to this group. These are a group of thieves. They stole our money after we cancelled the subscription several times and filed a complaint. They are still stealing from our bank account. We even cancelled our bank accounts because of their theft. Beware of subscribing to it. This is advice from someone who has tried it. Even my friends had the same problem with them.

Great staff and useful facilities including a sauna and cryo chamber (didn't use that though) . They do a day pass which is great for visiting with work when you want more than the Hotel gym (5-10 min walk from The Henry)

Bad news!!!! This gym are ripoffs!!! I am advising you now before you regret it. I tried to cancel my gym membership. They told me email them. I emailed them. No one replied. No one stopped it. I kept on going to the gym calling asking for supervisor or manager. They kept saying that the manager or supervisors is not available or is traveling out of state. I knew they were acting suspicious. Even when I emailed them two months ago, they were still taking out of my bank account. I’m very upset how unprofessional they are!!! Very rude, not honest, steelers. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one so they don’t pull money out anymore. it made problems for my bank. I couldn’t pay bills. I pray that they get what they deserve!!!

MUST READ !!!!!!!!!!! 01/10/2025 @4:30-5:00pm I recently visited this gym for a day pass, and while the facility initially impressed me, my overall experience quickly turned into a complete nightmare. After a brief tour, I clearly stated that I was only looking to try out the gym for the day. Instead of respecting my choice, I felt an overwhelming barrage of pressure to sign up for a membership—something I have absolutely no interest in at this time. When I said I preferred to stick with the $10-20 day pass, the male staff member had the audacity to question my decision, asking, “Why would you pay $10-20 when you could just put that towards a $150-160 membership?” This completely disregarded my financial situation and felt not only condescending but also demeaning. Despite my multiple refusals, he continued to push, insisting I could pay in two weeks willing to accommodate me just for me to get a membership . It’s bewildering that he couldn’t understand that I simply cannot afford that kind of commitment right now. As a female, I found this exchange particularly distressing. No woman should have to endure harassment or pressure from a male staff member, especially in a setting meant for health and wellbeing. When I finally went back to retrieve my ID to use the day pass, he continued his relentless pursuit by attempting to obtain my bank account information for a membership. This behavior is not just inappropriate; it is an alarming violation of personal boundaries that makes the environment feel threatening. I am utterly disgusted by how this situation was handled. It’s shocking that in today’s society, a female customer can be subjected to such disrespect and pressure tactics. This experience has showcased a blatant lack of professionalism and understanding of how to treat patrons with dignity, especially women, who deserve to feel safe and respected. Given their history of responding nastily to other negative reviews, I fully expect backlash to my feedback as well. If you're seeking a gym that respects your choices, financial situation, and basic human dignity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Their inability to handle criticism and promote a respectful environment is glaringly evident!
