Only for Ford Employees. Modest gym, no squat racks, but seems well equipped besides that.

I love this place. The indoor track is my favorite. The staff is wonderful and make it a joy to come amd workout. The equipment always works and is well taken care of. Shower water can stand to be hotter 😊
