If you are looking for a community where you feel empowered and have an excellent work out, Pure Barre Cypress is the place. All of the instructors are wonderful, and I’ve had the best time these last six months. Would highly recommend for anyone as it is very user friendly and modifications are given as needed!

I enjoyed the classes and the energy of the instructors but knocked off a star because of billing miscommunications, which I see was also an issue for another reviewer. I originally signed up for a monthly unlimited membership in September and satisfied the three month requirement. Q4 is a busy season for my work, coupled with travel plans and family visiting for an extended period of time. I knew a monthly membership wasn’t going to work for my schedule. When I explained my situation and inquired options for a class pack versus my monthly unlimited, they signed me up for what I thought was an 8 class pack which I can use adhoc. I was wrong, and I was sold an 8 class per month package which required a 3 month minimum commitment & I discovered my error by the 3rd billing cycle. Looking back, the process at the studio to sign up displays the terms electronically on a touch screen and I was only directed to the pages where I had to sign. It was my error not reading through all of the fine print before signing until I was $400 paid up for three months of classes I didn’t take. Definitely try out the classes, but I’d caution to take the time to read through all of the terms before signing up to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for.

I finally found a work out that I love and look forward to going to! It’s a challenge but there are modifications for everything so you don’t get burnt out. The teachers are amazing, Chrissy, Ashley-Shawn, and Brandi always make me feel welcome and excited to take class, and help me to have the correct form to optimize my workout. Don’t hesitate!! Sign up for your foundations class and get hooked!! 😊

The Pure barre class is a very great work out class. I like it here. The only thing that I don’t like is that there was a miscommunication on the payments. They told me that it was cheaper to pay monthly. So I said ok please can I pay for a month. After a month I thought I could cancel. But they told me I was locked in for 3 months. No one told me that this wasn’t a month to month program. That I was locked in for 3 months and that I had to pay for all 3 months.

I love Pure Barre! Over 500 classes in and it’s still an effective and challenging workout for me. The instructors are amazing and management is responsive. Good variety in class times offered. Highly recommend you try a free class!

I wish there was more information available here, like the gym's operating hours. There's also another gym at Dragonfly Park, which is much larger. I like this gym because it has stairs, but if the Dragonfly Park gym also has stairs, it would be a great option since the current one feels a bit small.

I looked forward to not having a gym membership since moving to this neighborhood, but I was mistaken. With how nice it is here and the amenity fees we pay, I was surprised to find out there are only 2 small gyms to accommodate thousands of residents. Some machines are broken, there are barely any benches or normal lifting racks, and there are a bunch of middle and high schoolers playing around in the gym. Really off-putting. I also raise the question of why there’s so many cardio machines when there are quite a lot of trails in our community.

For how expensive HOA fees are, this place is a massive embarrassment. Its poorly maintained, half the machines are breaking or already broken. Teenagers open the door for people without a fob so it’s constantly full of people who don’t even live here. Parents either bring their kids here or let them come alone when the rules clearly say children 12-15 need to be accompanied by a parent. So there’s always kids horse-playing and abusing the machines and there’s no one on site to tell them to stop, so be ready to be an unpaid baby sitter while you’re working out. People also don’t take time to learn gym etiquette so there’s a ton of campers who spend 50 minutes watching TikTok while sitting on a machine, saving machines when they’re doing something else, lifting right in front of the dumbbell racks or not wiping down machines when they’re done. A good start to fixing things would be adding the age restriction in large font on the door. But over all this place is a hell hole and should be avoided at all costs.

I mean it comes with the neighborhood which is cool and all, but it just ain't too much. For starters, there's no reason this place can't be open 24 hours. The Towne Lake gym is. There's no reason it can't have more equipment (like the Towne Lake gym). Do we really need 4 treadmills and 4 ellipticals? Last I checked, you can do cardio for free outside by walking or running. You can't do a bench press or deadlift on the sidewalk. Speaking of those exercises, why can't we have a free bar? Why must it be stationary on a machine. Makes it harder to do certain exercises. I'd get it if cardio machines weren't taking up half the space but they are. If you can, just go to a real gym.

Another tiny “world class amenity” here. If you move here, do not think you don’t need a gym membership, you do. They have 2 Tiny gyms for 10’s of thousands of homeowners and their kids…

Am happy to provide another very positive testimonial for Steve. It was fairly easy to make the appointment on the website, and after that, there was prompt and good follow-up communication. Steve arrived right on the scheduled time, and very quickly and efficiently diagnosed and solved the problem with our treadmill. Also gave some good Q&A and advice before he left. Much appreciated.

Steve communicated extremely well as we were both waiting on the part to be shipped. Part arrived after 3 months and he was here the next day. Came on time with a great professional and polite demeanor. Got the job done fast and was on his way!

Steve was great! He came out for a warranted routine maintenance and found issues that I didn’t even realize I had with my treadmill. An important screw was missing; thanks white glove ‘service’. He immediately found a problem with the console that I didn’t catch. I would definitely recommend Steve and will continue to call on Fitness Repair Xperts. Clearly are trustworthy, knowledgeable and are in business to support the customer.

The Culture of FSM Fitness is unlike any other. I took part of a 6 week challenge in where they were able to coach, motivate and really push me to lose 25 pounds, again... in just 6 weeks! This is the only place that I have joined that has helped me achieve such a goal. I recommend FSM Fitness to anyone and everyone I can for the amazing work they do. It is more personal than any challenge I have been on and they could even put a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed sign on their door! I cannot thank the FSM family enough for all the good they do to anyone willing to push themselves to achieve any fitness goals they have for themselves. Thank you Pete, Dee and Alley! You guys are awesome! See you again SOON!

This facility is AWESOME! The trainer (Pete) brings such a positive energy to every class. I did the 6 week challenge and was able to meet my goals using the meal plan that was provided. Each class really pushes you just beyond what you think you’re capable of. I loved working out here and would highly recommend this place to anyone that is serious about getting fit and changing your life!

FSM Fitness has helped me to take back control of my health and bring back confidence to my life. Before them, I have tried diet and exercise on my own. Though my method was working fine when I was a teenager, however, it did not work for me in my adult years. I struggled to maintain my weight and it rapidly inflated at one point that I later found out it was due to a health condition. I kind of gave up any hopes of losing weight at that point. After I started the 6 weeks challenge with FSM, I realized that my nutrition intake was COMPLETELY WRONG. I was eating only once or twice a day before introduced to FSM but still had a hard time losing or maintaining weight for that matter. Their nutritional plan allowed me to eat more yet still lose weight (win win). Ms.Alley Diaz is the one in charge of this department. She determines which nutritional plan to put the clients on depending on their age, health, and physique. She always make sure they are on the right track with their nutritional intake. Don't be offend if she calls you out sometimes if you're not eating the right things on your list (it's to help you reach your fitness goal). The trainers, Mr.Pete Diaz and Ms.Dee Ann Stevens, are the muscles of the program but are extremely sweet and caring of their clients. My goodness, they will train you so hard that you will NEVER allow yourself to get fat again!!! The workouts intensity levels are from mediocre to I'm going to die here. Of course, we all have a choice to go at our own pace. Their workouts are highly effective in conjunction with their nutritional meal plans. DO NOT DO ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER! I tested this out and quickly realized that they were serious when they tell you to follow the meal plans. By following their directions, I lost a serious amount of weight within the 6 weeks course that I decided to continue my fitness journey with them. This gym has a positive-up beat vibe to it like no other. When I go to other gyms I feel like I'm surrounded by angry zombies with no facial expressions. FSM has these motivating quotes all around the studio that really helped me during my workouts (I live for motivational quotes). Overall, FSM Fitness is a wonderful gym with awesome vibe and truly caring trainers and administrators that provides effective fitness programs and nutritional guidance to help their clients to reach their fitness goals. They are definitely worth a try!

I love taking yoga classes here with Ramanika. Her voice is soothing and projects very well. She gives very clear instructions especially for novices like me. The vibes in class are the best which is what you need when you’re trying to relax. It’s like going to Black Swan Yoga without the traffic. She even has the lavender towels. I love the little touches. She offers mommy and me classes. I don’t have kids, but I love the idea that mothers can continue their practices while exposing their little ones to yoga at an early age. Will definitely be back and drag my friends here with me too.

Yall gotta get it together Berry Center. The No stroller policy needs to be revisited. Then staff tried to pacify me with a bottle of water as if i didn’t have my hands full with an infant. As much as staff wanted to holler out about disabilities and accommodations yet every seat at the top for persons with disability was nearly full of people, just sitting for the convenience. If you’re not gonna monitor and restrict special seating area for disabled, then you should allow Mothers with infants and strollers in that area. Also, I was denied elevator use while holding an infant in my hand and asked what is my disability and reason to need to use the elevator .. absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to another staff member and ask why was i denied access to the elevator i have a baby in my hand, she escorted me to the elevator stating i was welcome to the elevator and asked the employee who denied me the elevator why and the staff member LIED saying she said no such thing. Worst experience I have ever had in a public Today. All the “no exception “ i was told about my stroller Might I add that initially people were not even allowed to bring umbrellas. People were throwing away their umbrellas and then an exception was made to allow umbrellas. The same place that told me “no exception can be made “ made exceptions on umbrellas but not on a stroller. They did their job so well to not make exceptions for a stroller but didn’t happen to keep flowers , gifts and noise makers out of the building which where also prohibited.

Nice facilities. A few of the seats I tried were uncomfortable because they didn't unfold in a level manner. The rows of seats are so close to the row in front of you, that it is difficult to pass people to get to your seat. The lines were long at concessions, but can't bring in any food /water of your own. Parking was easy.

WARNING to all parents of small kids. I brought my small child here for a cheer competition and was told we cannot put on makeup in the hallway. That's the rule and I abide by that. The problem is my sister took my child into the ladies restroom to put on makeup and THEY HAVE A BERRY CENTER EMPLOYEE stationed in the bathroom checking everyone! My kid and sister were kicked out of the bathroom because they tried doing makeup on there. QUESTION FOR THE BERRY CENTER: Do you normally have staff in the restrooms monitoring people? I ask because that's concerning.
