I signed up with Julia, ended up bringing the family in and doing a family plan. She was so helpful kind and courteous. She has this super positive energy that is infectious. As you guys know in my previous review i am not happy most of the time. However i wanted to come and shine the light on this young lady. Gym is really big offers a variety of machines and options. There is even an outdoor section.

My gym experience is truly a transformational one, I engage in challenging workouts that push them beyond my comfort zones and have help me achieve my fitness goals so far. The dedicated staff at the gym play a crucial role in making this experience truly exceptional, as they are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns that I bring up. A big shout out to Gabe, Frank, Karina and the rest of management.

I don’t normally like doing Google reviews, but I feel like it’s something I had to do for this company. I have been going to EOS for 2yrs and a half now. EOS is one of my favorite gym. The staff are amazing, friendly, ready to help you out, respectful, politely and also try to help you out. One staff in particular is Jerry, when I sign up online he was the first Who approach me at the gym to ask, how do I like the gym so far? He also was the first person to ask if I needed a tour after being there for three weeks. What I like the most, even though it has been two years, every time I go there Jerry always recognize me and always agree me with a smile. That makes me feel like I matter. The gym is always clean, not too crowded where I cannot work out. I just got into a car accident and I cannot work out so I did call to put a freeze on my account and Jerry help me out. I did not have to go into the gym to get that situated, I did it over the phone. Thank you Jerry!!

Eos fitness is one of the best gym I've been to. Also I would like to recognize a gentleman that works there named Jerry. His energy and personality is definitely a spirit lifter. When you don't feel like working out,he acts like a hype man. Respect to him!👊🏽

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I cannot wait to go back. I recommend everyone should sign up for a membership, the gym has all the equipment you could ever need and more. Such a great community. A huge thanks to Maxwell Hellman for helping me sign up and showing me around, genuinely a great person.

There are two saunas, and you would think one is for women and one for men. But they’re both for whoever gets there first I guess. I constantly check to see if one is free or at least being used by another woman so I can use it. But both are always occupied by men which is unfair because then women can never feel comfortable using it. In every other LA fitness the saunas are separated by gender which is the rational thing to do but I don’t know why in this location they don’t apply the same rule

I’m an Atlanta native visiting family in Coral Springs, Florida, and I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with LA Fitness here. The facility boasts a well-equipped HIT section, a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, benches, and machines. The layout is prestigious, and the overall cleanliness deserves an 8.9 out of 10. While I’d like to see more attention to cleaning the sauna and floors in the bathrooms, the janitors are doing a commendable job wiping down all equipment. My overall experience is a solid 9.0 out of 10, and I highly recommend it!

After staff reassured me they had my lost item in their possession. Asking for my name and the proper spelling multiple times to label and ensure I would received them the following day. When I returned to pick them up the next day they were no longer there. The employee then retracted his statement of “Labeling it.” If it was in employee possession that night and gone the next morning. I can only assume the staff is stealing from their Members. Very unfortunate.

I’ve be their customer forever and I already had some issues with missing informations about pricing specially during pandemic, but this time was the last. I added someone in my plan and the seller told me that the full price would be $35 dollars for the whole plan and again I had a beautiful surprise. They charged me $101 dólars, the plan was like a new individual plan, and he didn’t mentioned any cancelation procedure, I was keeping trying to contact them but I had to miss a day in my work to go business hours to know that they won’t give my money back. I was for LA FITNESS forever and I didn’t leave the gym like a lot of people is doing. I feel disrespected and my money was stoled! VERY BAD. NO MORE LA FITNESS FOR ME. 👎🏼

We have been here a couple of times to watch our daughter compete in gymnastics. The gymnasium is decent enough parking spaces, the bathrooms are clean, and there is a concession stand that offers lots of snacks. What I like about it mostly is the stands are very close to the floor so you can see your kids clearly.

It’s illegal to over charge for credit card fees. Never seen a place charge 3$ per cc transaction. I would not recommend this place solely based on their business morals.

A beautiful multi use facility. There are free play times throughout the week where for 2 bucks you can use the basketball courts. Very clean and well kept. I would expect nothing less from a city where the taxes are as high as they are.

Bad vibes the minute we walked in. I arrived with my wife, sister in law and niece. The receptionist asked in the rudest way..."are you all together?" Then looked at my nine year old niece and made a really nasty face like she was really annoyed. She then asked us to sign in..not in a friendly way..she just shoved the clipboard at us and said "sign" and walked away. We were there 10 minutes and it started to pour rain. Scott, a really nice life guard, told us we had to get out of the pool but we could get vouchers to return. The same lady told us we had to wait 30 minutes. We did. It was still pouring so we went back in for the voucher. She totally ignored us, working away at her computer. After 5 minutes of just standing there we left without the voucher. Money wasted, rude front office employee...don't waste your money here.

This is a very expensive fitness center. I won’t mind paying the extra money if the equipment was updated and not rusted and worn out. The women’s restroom almost always seem dirty and gross (pics below) .. the stalls are not always stacked with TP.. so ladies bring your own TP 🙄😳.. also sometimes the people watching the front desk are working out and not monitoring the door or checking for IDs. So anyone could walk in... 😳. And there is no security anywhere .. I don’t even see a single camera anywhere. I go in the mornin when it’s quiet and not too many people. But for the past few days I’ve gone, there is a creepy big burly guy who pretends to work out but is really there to gawk at women .. as he was doing to me. He followed me where ever I went. I was so scared I left. 😩☹️ I wrote an extensive email a few weeks ago to address these issues of faulty equipment and management seems to be slllooooowwwlllyy addressing the broken machines but told me that all the machines were safe to use .. however by the looks of the pictures below please be careful. Because in the beginning of joining the gym they make you sign a waiver saying that any injury sustained at the facility on any machine is as consumers own risk.. but these machines are so old and worn out that anyone is at risk and no one would be responsible but the customer. 😳☹️... so use at your own risk.

I miss seeing this one particular employee that was attentive in the past TodY Dec 11 I requested they refill the wipe dispensers. 20 minutes later but they’re still on their iPhones and on the computer at the desk. This is a good gym I enjoy coming here. The music is great but please give these guys a refresher in customer service and politeness to guests. No one even looked up when I asked about the wipes. One just pointed me to one canister that was in the corner and told me that one still has wipes .

The gym is relatively new, with lots of equipment and free weights. It does get very busy around 5pm onwards. I would give them 4 stars, but there are some days they have 4 or more vendors on site trying to sell things. It's pretty off-putting. Otherwise, it's a good gym.

A great gym that offers modern equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I haven’t used the cryo or massage rooms, so I can’t comment on that. The layout was thoughtfully done and the locker/restrooms are usually clean. I hope they can continue to maintain this location.

Gym floor seems cleaner than most gyms. Bathrooms and sauna area lack cleanliness. These areas definitely need attention. The pics are under the benches in sauna. Inside the lockers could use a wiping. Bathroom floors always seem dirty. Classes are good even though teachers are always changing. Overall it’s a good place to get a good workout in.

Each time I visit this location, it’s always worse than the last. This PF location is gross. The floors are always dirty and the most of the equipment are falling apart and rusty. It even smells weird. The staff is never attentive and always on their phones. If you drive a few more miles north, you can go to the Parkland location. You’ll immediately see the difference in cleanliness and customer service.

I can't for the life of me understand how you can engage in the hypocrisy of claiming to be Judgement Free and having a sign and alarm implemented in order to judge an entire class of people. Got a gallon of water? Judged. Got a body builder shirt on? Judged. Make a certain noise straining to life? Judged. Judged to the point where it may set off an alarm..... I went to YouFit first, then planet fitness. I can't begin to explain how happy I am that I switched to EOS over a year ago. No one should tell me how to act, what type of water container to use, or that I can't wear a certain shirt as a man.

Cleanliness levels are horrible. This is the tanning bed (room 11, not sure about the others, this seems to be always the one I’m assigned to). Busted bulbs for months. Who is checking or conducting regular maintenance? Terrible standards.

My experience is nothing but spectacular. Everyone is so nice, the coaches are always well prepared, Energetic and extremely motovating. Its all high intensity, so be prepared to burst some sweat. I also love the fact that they have the heart rate monitor and the screen that shows your progression. Ive trained with a few coaches Caleb, Nicole, Mike, Blaine and one would think the energy would be different but its consistent all the way, i love it, its well worth it and ive seen tremendous results. Thanks OTF.

This place is terrible. On January 26th after finishing my tanning session I realized there was blood all over the tanning booth, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable (see pictures). This is a serious biohazard and shows a complete lack of cleaning. Tanning booths should be thoroughly sanitized after each use, but it’s clear that this is not happening here. On a side note, the gym is extremely overcrowded, and there’s always a wait for equipment. They just celebrated 3 million members which is great for the owners $$ but not for the members themselves. There were also ongoing issues with the sewer lines recently, making the gym smell like it was overflowing for weeks. Just simply disgusting. The staff at the front desk are not attentive, they are usually busy chatting among themselves, and you have to interrupt them just to ask for anything, like access to the tanning, the massage chair, or simply refilling the cleaning wipes. I strongly recommend management to start managing this place and owners to rethink their business strategy.

This place is scamming people!!!!!! I was very happy to start at this gym but quickly found out that the business is ran very unethically. These people are taking advantage of me. After I cancelled my membership, they continue to charge me PT sessions. I bought individual PT sessions which they told me they didn’t usually do, but that they would accommodate me. Once I was working with a trainer, I realized it wasn’t for me. I told Maria I would check in to use my last session in a month. Crunch continued to charge me for PT sessions under the pretense that I had signed a contract. Even though the first time they made me sign it and then told me not to worry about it. After I told them I didn’t not authorize any more charges, and I cancelled my account and paid for my last month, they continued to charge me for PT sessions. At this point, it seems malicious. I have called my bank to dispute charges and Crunch charged me again. My bank said that at this point it is stealing. These people don’t care about their clients. I asked to speak to the PR manager Henry and was told he would contact me but he never did. I had to call the gym so many times before he finally answered. I do not like the way I was treated. I have asked to speak to Henry and Sean’s supervisor and nobody can provide that information. This seems very strange and illegal. I have the right as a consumer to speak to their supervisor. On top of all of that, the bathrooms are often broken. The men’s sauna is always out of order. This place is a huge disappointment. I am writing this review in hopes that a supervisor will contact me and get me in touch with the person on top.

The night staff is a nightmare they lay in the massage beds sometimes you can’t even find anyone because they are enjoying the massage beds instead of being in position to help!!! One lady had her friend there helping clean up and another friend was charging his phone laying in the massage bed day shift is amazing night shift could be better though

One Star. They started enforcing the no grunting/loud breathing while lifting weights rule again. This new employee just sounded the Lunk Alarm and harassed 4 people about their loud breathing during heavy sets. Are we serious? The managers/owners should NOT be telling their employees to tell the customers to breathe less during a lift. The only people who feel like they are being judged or intimidated are the customers being harassed by the employees who are watching them and monitoring their breathing. I should sound the lunk alarm on the employees for judging me for my breathing. I thought this was a gym not a library??

The coaches, especially Coach Jason and Coach Kim, are amazing—they go out of their way to ensure that everyone has proper form and always offer encouragement throughout the workouts. I also have to mention the music—it's hands down one of the best parts of the workout! Highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a great workout and a positive experience!

Just started the 3-day trial here at F45CS. Owner and coach Craig was amazing. Extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Other coaches were knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure I was doing my sets in the correct form and walked me through all the steps. The three classes that I attended were full of energy with people and music. Its felts great and 45 minutes classes flew by quickly. I loved it so much that I have committed myself for the 3 month unlimited package.

Definitely F45 is the best methodology to develop physical and mental health. Especially the West Coral Springs team led by Coach Craig, who care about maintaining a friendly and family atmosphere. My life has completely changed since I started training there. The truth is that the F45 goes far beyond training. For me, it's the best place to be.
