Decent environment, clean, secure. Many people train as a family, or pairs as couples or brothers. The reception staff are always attentive. For those who know how to train, it is a gym with excellent cost benefit.

I like it. Sometimes people try working out too close to me which throws me off my rhythm and I don’t like that. Overall it’s a nice gym and I can tell it’s a well kept gym.

A great training place for me as an average guy. Very reasonable prices, good approach, clean, quiet, nice staff and members. Just visiting or local, if you need a little workout without too much hassle, this is a good place to do it.

I love the gym and I felt safe, but my daughter went tonight and someone broke her window almost in front of the gym. There are no cameras. I wonder how they have 24 hours open and not even a camera outside. It was only 9 pm

I've been training at Fitness CF for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The facility is top-notch, with a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always available to offer advice or assistance. What really sets Fitness CF apart, though, is the sense of community. The group classes are motivating, and the trainers truly care about helping you reach your goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, the atmosphere is supportive and encouraging. I’ve seen noticeable progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness, and I can’t recommend this gym enough! Suni Rodriguez

In the gym's hum and clink of weights, There’s a force that never hesitates. A steady hand, a guiding light, His name is Nick, who sets things right. With every rep, his spirit shows, Through sweat and grind, his courage grows. He lifts us up, both strong and kind, A warrior with a gentle mind. Through every set, he stands so near, A steady voice, a friendly cheer. No task too great, no goal too far, Nick’s there to help us raise the bar. His passion burns, a steady flame, For health, for strength, for every aim. In every lift, in every stride, With Nick, we find our strength inside. So here's to Nick, with heart so true, The gym’s bright star, forever new. A love for strength, for every fight, With him, we’ll reach the greatest height.

Great gym, except for closing hours on weekends. Large sized many machines, benches and weights. The Bathroom is a bit too hot because of the sauna but the sauna is nice to have.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the kids' area at the CF gym, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The space is vibrant, clean, and extremely well-organized. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being and enjoyment of the children. There are a variety of activities to keep kids engaged, from interactive games to creative crafts. The CF gym has truly created a welcoming and stimulating environment for kids. I highly recommend it to any parents looking for a trustworthy and fun place for their children while they exercise. 🫶🏻

If you’re looking for a trainer this is the place. Justyn Boles help me and is an incredible trainer. He helped transitioned me back into the gym after a back injury and each workout was designed with my injury in mind. I was able to not only get back to where I was before injury but surpass it. Also the gym is clean and all of the equipment works great!

Wow. One of the best locations I've been to, and I've been to a few locations in California and a couple in Florida. F45 Clermont is my second home every time I come to Florida, I can't wait to work out with the people here. Ricky runs a great operation, the staff are friendly, personable, knowledgeable and fun. The facility is always clean and the community is great. Group workouts are so fun because you're all in it together. The coaches always challenge and push me, which I appreciate because it's essential for growth. Attending for almost a year now, I'll definitely keep coming back to F45 Clermont. No matter your fitness level, it's always challenging. So far I've worked out with cross fit games athletes, boxers, MMA fighters and law enforcement here at F45 Clermont and trust me, everyone gets a great work out in.

Terrible therapists, every single person that I know that has came here have all left with the same complaint. The staff act like literal children and at certain points I felt like calling an inspector to come shut the place down. We were met with disrespect and poor work ethic. Never coming back and if you love your kids you won't subject them to this. Not to mention that a former OTA therapist that worked for them became a close friend of mine & told me that they had him doing evaluations even though he is only an assistant, not an OTR. This place is illegal and needs to be shut down. It seems to me like they buy their reviews because there is no way these are honest.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Every therapist is unique. Kids love them. I have seen how children come to this place happy with a big smile. You can tell the kids really enjoy this place. I really hope one day this place would expand and more children would benefit from all of the good things this place offers.

OT is great. Speech therapists are horrible!! Constant change of speech therapists lets you know it must not be a good place to work and they are not very professional, Which is a shame, my kids had been coming here for over 5 years but we are taking them elsewhere.

This is the perfect environment for a child with special needs. Their team is very professional. Ms Kim (Speech Therapy) and Ms Linda (Occupational Therapy) are the best. This location is pretty spacious. They have a high and lower floor. The lower floor has a small school setting for kids. The high floor has a very big sensory room with many fun activities for the kids. The therapy rooms are many and they are pretty big. They often do fundraisers to improve this place and make it better for our kids. They are located 10 minutes away from Walmart and 5 minutes away from Clermont Landing. This is a great place for kids with special needs. I would definitely recommend people to check it out it's definitely worth it.

BEWARE… do not fall for this. They will not let you leave the studio after a trial class without signing up for a membership. They do not teach you the technique (yet charge you a lot of money for classes where the teachers are just on their phones) and they find ways to blame their clients for any mishaps. If you’re in the Clermont area, there are plenty of more affordable fitness studios to choose from with better instruction and more professional owners.

Did not know what to expect but I liked the experience. The exercises can be intense which I did not mind because it made me feel like a training ballerina lol. I would say half ballet and half pilates is how to describe the classes. My only concern is the hygiene with the equipment, I don't think the wipe down of the equipment is sufficient. So while working out I don't want to worry about how someone before me half cleaned the equipment I used before or not at all. You feel pressured after the free trial to sign up for classes though. I saw changes in my body in a week with my core and leg definition. I also personally don't want instructors who I feel are out of shape and don't align with my health-conscious lifestyle to teach me but they are super helpful. I recommend people to try and keep an open mind and see how it works for you.

This is truly my favorite workout and PBC keeps me motivated and continuing to grow in my health and fitness goals!! They keep it fun and fresh with new challenges and milestones to push me! As a former professional athlete it is a workout that I can push myself as hard as I want but also modify if needed for old injuries and limitations! Best workout and community!

Pure Barre is a challenging and intense workout for all levels. I’ve enjoyed being a part of Clermont’s studio for the last 5 months. The classes are well choreographic and you are working the entire 50 minutes with no down time. All of the instructors are encouraging and professional. I highly recommend this studio!

Decent gym for a great price! $16 a month is not bad at all. There is a pretty big initiation fee but otherwise cheap for what you get. Pros - lots of equipment, almost never packed, Green turf with sled and Farmer carry handles, people are nice, is technically a Christian gym or at least the owners claim it is, only gym in Clermont with a belt Squat(pit shark). Trainers are good at there jobs and very friendly. Cons - nobody re-racks their weights not even the trainers. Plates kind of suck. They are not the normal diameter of plates in other gyms, all of the equipment is old and in somewhat disrepair, barbell knurling is all but non existent, cable machines are missing pins to change weight. Overall - 3/5 stars You get what you pay for! My review is a tad biased. I am a competitive powerlifter and like nice equipment. Specifically good quality barbells and plates. Gym could use an update. A few new barbells. Some iron plates that are standard size. Maybe trade out the 2 full Racks that are cheap and falling apart for some decent half rack and replace deadlift platform with an actual platform. Sadly the main income for the location is the chiropractic office downstairs so the gym upstairs doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Love the community feel of this gym which has all the equipment you need and accessible 24x7. Natalie, Brooke and Preston are warm, friendly and attentive to your needs. Trainer - John Murphy has been invaluable with my wellness journey. As a 60+ year old female client my challenge has always been maintaining commitment and consistency. John’s expertise and knowledge in kinesiology has allowed him to create a strength training program that meets my fitness level and adjusts to health issues and limitations when life happens. I am stronger than I have ever been and redefining the aging process with John's guidance. If you are ready to take control of your health I highly recommend John and The Life Center Gym to help you meet and exceed your fitness and health goals.

I’ve been going to this gym for the past couple years now, and comparing to other gyms in the area it’s hard to beat. It’s rarely ever too busy to where I feel like I can’t get anything done, and when it is I just switch up my routine. Great location, everyone is kind, and has mostly all the equipment I could need. However there are a few lackluster items that could be improved. Many times there are machines that are down, taking weeks or months to be fixed. The upholstery on a lot of the equipment is torn, beat up, and should have been replaced a long time ago. Some of the cable attachments WERE recently replaced but only after being on their last leg. The foam rollers looked like someone got hungry and started gnawing on the ends (these are incredibly cheap to replace). Men’s bathroom is dirty almost every time I’ve walked in and could used a professional floor cleaning. The mirrors are cracked/broken in places and have been since I signed up. It took months to replace a missing dumbbell, only to be replaced with a mismatched set. With all this being said, some of it is minor, trivial stuff, but as gym members who are paying attention to these kinds of things, they could be fixed easily and a lot quicker if the time was taken to do so.

Would like to say that The Life Center is a great place to bring the whole family. Dr. Paul is one of the best chiropractors I know and has years of experience. Preston has done a great job with the gym which has all of the equipment that a college athlete needs. Very clean! Love the Christ aspect at the gym also! Keeping God in the center is encouraging to see!

Gym is a fragment of when it was the Lord's Gym back in the day. After a month I've gotten to get a good feel for the place and have mixed reviews. The turf and belt squat are great additions but at the cost of other equipment barely hanging on really dampens the mood. I've mostly been disappointed in how dirty the place is now. Trainers and members leave stuff everywhere, members sweat all over the seats and they don't clean it up afterwards. It's just a lazy nasty culture here. Not all is bad in the gym though. They have everything you would need to workout, it's not overly packed like CF fitness and the price is great.

The owner: Despite his intimidating appearance, Coach Zach is super friendly and kind. I’ve seen him train different ages from youth to elderly with great patience! He’s very knowledgeable in strength training and is excellent at programming for sport-specific goals or just life goals. The space: It is a nice little space. Clean. The BEST equipment! You can tell how thoughtful the owners were in selecting the training equipment here. The ultimate selection for strength/strongman training with some unique pieces too! I have a home gym but have been training here since opening. It’s never crowded and the other athletes I’ve met so far are very welcoming and supportive. I’m looking forward to witnessing this small biz cultivate a community!

I’m loving this gym! I like not having to worry about programming. I like how the workouts are short but intense. I can get in and out of the gym quick because no one is ever on the equipment I need! I like how I can see the correct form for all the movements without a trainer just by watching the videos that are playing. I also like the lighting in the gym; it’s bright enough to workout but dim enough that I can have no makeup on and not shave and no one can tell.😁 I also like how no one can see inside the gym from the parking lot in case I’m the only one there in the evening. It makes me feel more safe.

It's such an honor to discover a wonderful gem of a gym unlike any of the others. The Hit Fit stands by presenting a total invigorating workout. I recommend this workout for anyone looking to advance or increase skills. This 35 minute workout can be for the trained individual or even adjusted for beginners so it's a complete WIN to have the opportunity to sweat here. Anyone who trains in martial arts, boxing can see that the workout compliments their training. My favorite part are the trainers who are extremely helpful and detailed. Christina and Seth you both are amazing! I recommend this gym above all the others. You are looking at high intensity interval training, cardio, weights, kickboxing, boxing, mat work, e.t.c. The combination of workouts keep it interesting everyday. I just cannot get enough!

I initially signed up for what I believed was a 16-week challenge membership, paying $662 upfront for two participants. However, this experience has been marred by confusing policies and communication issues. Pros: Excellent, friendly staff Clean facilities Cons: Misleading membership terms Poor cancellation process Issues with third-party payment company (NAC) After moving to SC in February, I cancelled my membership in person at the gym when I came back to Florida in March, I even received an email confirming the cancellation from HIT FIT. However, after after a charge on my credit card in April, I called the gym to inquire about billing. They referred me to Chris, the employee I originally signed up for my 16 week challenge. Chris then told me to call NAC, which I had no idea who they were. After many attempts with NAC to resolve the cancellation, I was recently sent to collections for an additional $662 per account, totaling over $1200. The owner, Marissa, recently contacted me regarding my initial 1 star review. She was professional and attempted to address my concerns, informing me that HIT FIT has ended their contract with NAC (National Acceptance Company), the third-party company handling memberships. While I appreciate the quality of the gym and its staff, I have several ongoing concerns: Unclear membership terms: I unknowingly committed to a yearly contract instead of the 16-week challenge I thought I signed up for. A representative from NAC, who introduced himself as a HIT FIT employee, told me I could cancel anytime for any reason. This proved to be misleading and added to the confusion about the actual terms of the membership. Inadequate cancellation process: Staff failed to inform me that I needed to contact NAC directly to cancel my membership. Issues with third-party company: NAC made cancellations extremely difficult, with most communication limited to email and rarely available phone support. In the end, I had to pay $278 to resolve the issue, which covered the month of April and a $50 cancellation fee for both accounts. While this was significantly less than the $1200+ collections initially demanded, it was still an unexpected expense. I believe HIT FIT of Clermont should take responsibility for overseeing their partnerships, ensuring clear communication with customers about membership terms and cancellation procedures, and addressing the misrepresentation of NAC employees as HIT FIT staff. While I cannot recommend this gym due to these issues, I hope they will improve their business practices to match the quality of their facility and staff. Word of advice to potential members: Do your research and always read the fine print before signing up for any gym membership, especially when third-party companies are involved in managing memberships.

This is the worst camp I have ever signed up for my kids. I was attracted by the self advertised 'testimony' on their website and lured into believing there could be something special about the camp. However, what I got was totally the opposite. The camp manager Kathy has a terrible manner - extremely rude, disrespectful, ignores your concerns, and hangs up your calls. The message from Kathy AND the camp owner is that they dictate the process and can do whatever they want, only in their sole interest. They did last minute changes of location and time, and cut swimming hours by 25%. Morning and afternoon swim sessions were crammed into one single shortened session straight, and yet they told me that I should be thankful for what they did, when I brought up my concerns. Insane. For everyone new to the camp, please note this is NOT THE Nike swim camp. This is the Peak Performance swim camp, branded with Nike (which apparently has no control over the camp). I ignored other bad reviews on the internet, thinking maybe those were just some one-off events. I was so wrong. This camp is just - HORRIBLE.

Very poor experience. Doors unlocked and entered freely without resistance, despite not being a member. The one staff member present stated that since her door was closed and business hours were over, that she couldn't tell us about membership or prices. Even though she was folding towels, working out of the office, in the gym, she was not even friendly or polite. I don't recommend going.

Best kept gym secret in Clermont. If you are looking for an affordable gym here is your place. The only negative is staff hours are very limited.
